Terrible service!! One tech was working her butt off at the pickup window. There was a line for pickup and drop off inside the store. The tech at the window had to tell the other tech, Dimple, to help. She was ignoring the customers waiting to pick up and drop off. I waited at the drop off window for over 15 minutes being ignored. I was not helped until the pharmacist finished with her patient in the immunization area.

I've had a reasonable vaccination experience at this CVS, but tonight I had to pick up a prescription that made me sign that I understood that a consultation was needed for the medication.I tried to get that consultation, but it was not available. I asked questions about the medication and got non-committal responses and was told it didn't matter. I went home not knowing how to properly take the medication I was prescribed.

Worst customer service ever. I arrived after 5:pm to get my wife's prescription from her doctors appointment earlier in the day. Nothing. They said their computer didn't accept prescriptions from 7:am until 2:pm. So nothing. Told to get the paper prescription, which they don't give you when they send it in electronically.I go home and get her paperwork showing what was sent in, still no go. I only needed Amoxicillin. You would have thought I was asking for Opioids.I will never use them again to fill anything. Or like this case, not fill something and treat me like garbage. Luckily, this was for strep and not something more serious. I can only imagine how this would be if this was for post-surgery pain medications.Time to get all our prescriptions filled elsewhere, where they will actually get filled and hopefully have service that knows how to treat their customers.

I use this pharmacy regularly. Staff is always polite, professional, and reasonably prompt. I’m surprised by the large number of poor reviews, which definitely do NOT reflect my experience. I guess being a pharmacist is a thankless job.

1/31/24 update…..tried to give them another shot, but was lied to about policies they have..HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Wish I didn’t have to drive so far to a pharmacy that cares…Pulling teeth every time we have to get something here!!! Never ready, prices always jacked up, SLOW lines..it’s usually about 20 mins even if no one is in line! Hope a Walgreens comes to the area soon…

I called to have an antibiotic ear drop transferred that my regular pharmacy dropped the ball on. The pharmacist that helped me was so helpful and patient with this frustrated momma. Ear drop was ready in a reasonable amount of time and she also helped me at pick up and remembered me. Wonderful customer service.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever attempted to work with. Not open during posted hours, consistently lose my prescriptions that are on monthly refills, have over charged me by hundreds on multiple occasions and to top it off are always rude as all get out. Also, I was in there over an hour on two occasions to pick up a script that I was alerted was already ready. I have transferred all my scripts from the Celina location and will never go back. Now am having to wait another week to get scripts resent to another pharmacy because they can’t figure out a refill. Avoid if you can. I heard them last month tell several people that scrips came in while the “system was down “ so everyone had to call their doctors and have all scripts resent. I wish I could report the pharmacist somewhat because I truly feel they are putting people at risk ( I’ve been a medical case manager for 30+ years so I know what I speak of.). Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I come to this CVS all the time and usually the people that work here are pretty nice and professional, but I just visited the store this Sunday evening and the girl at the front cashier (Ashley) was totally rude. She never greeted me or even responded to my greeting.Didn't say thank you, or come back and see us. In fact she never looked at me directly and treated me as if I was invisible! Perhaps she needs to be trained in good customer service!

If I could give them zero stars I would considering I never got my prescription filled. My doctor called in a prescription, they questioned it. The next day still hadn't heard a thing from them. I call them to find out the status of my prescription. They had asked my doctor to change my prescription to another medicine. Not a generic brand of the same medication but a different medicine all together. They told me my doctor hasn't responded back yet and even if she was willing to change my prescription to the one they suggested (because they believed it was better.) They didn't have the medication on hand so they would have to order it. She point blankly said they were not going to fill my prescription as it was written. So I called my doctor and had her send my prescription to my previous pharmacy in Frisco. It was filled within an hour. The pharmacists are rude and self rightous and have horrible people skills will NEVER use this pharmacy again. I would rather drive to Frisco! That says a lot.

The staff in the Pharmacy department are OUTSTANDING!!!! I love how polite, friendly & welcoming they are. The 2 female Pharmacist are the 2 best- they know my last name when I pull up & I only go about 1 time every 60 days. One of the techs even commented that they had not seen me in a while & how nice it was to see me again. Great people!!!! The reason I keep going back!

By far the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Shelves not stocked, the drink coolers are all empty and I saw stock in the back so I know they aren’t out. On top of that the cashier attendant is lazy and refuses to help people and when he does he takes his sweet time walking slowly.

We love the CVS Pharmacy in CELINA TX. Matt and Isabelle in the pharmacy are so nice and helpful, as are all of the Pharmacist at this location. We moved from Celina a few years ago but continue to come back to the Celina CVS because the Pharmacist are so nice. This location still has that Home Town feel, and it’s always nice to shop where they know your name. Love the Celina location, fast friendly and great service! It’s clean and nice inside as well. Happy to shop here. Thank you for years of wonderful service!

I was there picking up some meds and when the pharmacy tech came to the window she repeated wrong prescription and said I would need to wait for the Pharmacist. I waited 30 minutes and then just left. Pushed the button and no one came, not even the tech. I understand everyone is busy and they are part of first responders, so am I and so is my daughter who is a nurse in the Covid Unit. I work with law enforcement. We are all under the gun and at least need some common curtesy.

Pharmacy is insane. Called at 4pm to see if they got the prescription, she said no then said oh yeah I see it give me 20 min to fill. It’s 5:30 I come in and they still don’t have it ready for me told me to give her 5 min now it’s 5:50 and still nothing, lesson learned to keep it with the small pharmacy down a half a mile from here.

I went to get tested for Covid today. When I arrived just about everyone in line was there for the same thing. ( not surprising). They had me pull forward, do the test then drive back around to deposit in this metal box that had a bin on top which I only assume was to deposit the sanitary towel that you are supposed to use to wipe down the box when you're done depositing your sample. There were 2 people ahead of me and no sanitary towel in the basket. When I opened it the bin was over flowing and I had to try to pack mine down in trying not to touch anything else! I wiped it all down then bathed in hand sanitizer. I got home and scrubbed up to my elbows like a surgeon. During this pandemic you'd think they'd take a little more care to ensure safety. If I don't test positive now, pretty sure I will after being there!

I have never had a problem at the Celina CVS. Always friendly and helpful. I get my anti rejection medication there for my transplant. I have never seen any middle eastern gentlemen. I will continue to support them.

The pharmacist will rudely ask you questions and then completely ignore your answers to the point where you have to repeatedly correct her on basic information when she reverts back to her false assumptions. Terrible customer service. Definitely do not trust that type of person and will be transferring to another pharmacy. The extra distance will be worth it.

They lady in the front was rude, when I went to pickup some pictures I ordered online, only because she understood the wrong name. Her attitude against me was unnecessary, especially since I waited more than 15 minutes because she was talking to some other lady about how she got her hair done etc etc. Next I will just pickup in prosper.

This has to be the slowest cvs. 2 prescriptions were called in at 4:00 pm needless to say here it is 8:00 am the next morning and I still have not received them. If I didn’t need the prescriptions the doctor wouldn’t have called them in. Horrible pharmacy

This pharmacy is terrible. Don’t even bother trying to call to talk to the pharmacy. I’ve been trying to call for past 3 days and just get put on hold until they win and I finally hang up after 10 minutes. Going in isn’t much better.

The pharmacists here are middle eastern gentlemen that do not know how to communicate effectively and demonstrate a lack of ability to understand concepts familiar to native US citizens. As a result of this along with their lack of English speaking skills there is a clear language/cultural barrier that is difficult and frustrating to wade through.These arrogant men are not an asset to CVS. I encourage you to avoid this place.

Aweful young cashier woman there. If you buy one single thing, she starts judging you along with the other worker there after you leave CVS. She gets paid to work there not to critize the customers what they purchase!!

All I can say is WOW to the one crazy reviewer who had to bring race into it! The men and women at this location are always professional and polite. Anyways I have always had a great experience here. Just looking up the phone number and was shocked to see the low rating, wanted to let people know that they also have many happy customers.

This is my favorite store. I don't like any other stores, at all. If I had to choose a store to which I'd sell my firstborn, it would be this one. The staff at the front are always helpful, and there's this one blonde in particular that's totally the bees knees. 11/10, would shop again.

It's impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone at this location. They often don't have medicine in stock and the rx needs to be transferred, but nobody will answer the phone.
