I am really impressed with this Ace Hardware location. The employees are very helpful; and it’s not just one employee, it’s the entire store culture. They couldn’t find what I was looking to purchase, but offered to order it for me. Also, only place I’ve been able to find Joe’s BBQ sauce (my personal favorite). Worth the drive!

Celina Ace Hardware is the must stop place for all your hardware needs. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need here, then you're not going to find it. This location is quite far for me, but if I can't find what I need at the 2 big box stores by the house, I've made the drive and they seem to have what I need every single time. The store is very well maintained and fully stocked. I highly recommend Celina Ace Hardware.

I’m so grateful to Ace hardware in Celina TX. I give them 100% on customer service and satisfaction. When I was sick with Covid, they came out to my car and got what I needed. Paid was my credit card and brought it back to me and even to help my little business out by filling up my water tank to bless me. Went to 7 different stores today looking for bulbs and low and behold my last stop (which should have been my 1st!) was Ace! I was able to find these C9 Bulbs at a very very low price. Kelly was so kind and helpful, he even carried my boxes to the front for me. This store is very organized and clean. Austin was working the register and was very friendly and wished me a Merry Christmas on my way out. Loved finding what I needed here!

I love this location! We were promptly greeted by the team upon entering the store. Jim, Travis, and Cage took great care of us. We purchased three water hoses and Ace had exactly what we needed. The team was wonderful, knowledgeable, and they truly made us feel like we were the only ones in the store even though we were not.I will definitely be back to this location although we do not live close. The overall experience makes it worth the drive. The selection was great and the service was phenomenal. They've earned a customer for sure!

I would go out of my way to shop at this location. Last visit I had a return that I hadn’t completed since Christmas & they made the entire process super easy. Everyone that I encountered was super friendly & they went out of their way to help me find something that wasn’t in the store. Overall, awesome experience!

Ace hardware always says in their commercials "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man."He must have been off today. Because the store clerk's only checked to see where my wife and I were in the store. (I noticed they would pass by no matter where we where in the store.) But not to see if we needed help. Hmm???The cashier was the only employee who even acknowledge our existence. I've received better customer service at other ACE locations. The three star's are for cleanliness, lighting and organization. NOT THE SERVICE...BruisedIn Celina.

Fantastic store because of their managers and employees! I had an issue with a product that I had delivered to my home. From the individual that I spoke with on the phone to the 3 individuals that helped me in the store, they all went above and beyond. Today I had some issues when purchasing some Christmas electrical cable. I didn’t leave very happy but I ended up getting a phone call about 2 hours later from the manager (I think). He let me explain the problem and shared some of his thoughts. He then went above and beyond to make it right. This was a very unexpected and just something you never even consider happening in todays environment where the customer is rarely right. I applaud this extra effort on this business and they have certainly retained me as a customer.

Great store with a good culture and good people. They are very friendly and always happy to help. They have a new robotic knife sharpener that will put a new shaving sharp edge on you pocket knife or favorite kitchen cutlery. They have a little bit of everything and the have a pretty good selection of yard tools, BBQ accessories, hand and power tools and honey do list odds and ends. They are a local go to for Christmas lights.

This is an excellent hardware store. Friendly professional staff, great customer service and large variety of products. Management is exceptional. Should you have a problem with a purchase, they will resolve it quickly. I highly recommend this Ace location for any of your hardware needs.

Just moved to the area (Prosper) and needed some paint samples and supplies. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful! The store was well stocked and super clean/organized. I usually shop at the two “big box” hardware stores (you know which ones), but this is definitely my new go-to hardware store!

Went to have keys made. There were staffed very nicely, but some seemed afraid to ask if I needed help, accept for the nice guy who made my keys. They seem to have everything you might need. So if you have a repair to do, or need some type of lawn or garden equipment, I recommend you give them a try.

Recently purchased a home near this Ace. Looking for a few items needed for home projects. Pleasantly surprised to see that this hardware store was extremely well stocked for a neighbor hardware store and had everything I needed. Nice to have a go to place without having to travel to a big box store for most items. Another visit today and the store had everything we needed. Great hardware store.

Visited this location for the first time today. The store is exceptionally clean, organized, and well stocked. All of the employees were friendly and quick to offer assistance. If you need advice and/or don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of the larger home improvement stores, Ace is for you. The owners obviously take pride in this location, and it seriously shows.Also, for those taking extra precautions during the ongoing pandemic, curbside pickup is offered and free.

This store is wonderful. 5 STARS FORSURE. So I left the house today needing zip ties. My first thought was to goto tractor supply. After searching forever I found small selection of zip ties at a very high price. I left and drove around the corner to Ace Hardware. As soon as I walked in the door there was an associate standing right in front of me. He greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I responded that I was looking for zip ties, cheap ones. He then proceeded to walk me over to the clearance area in hopes to find me some at a discounted price. After that that he walked me to the zip tie area. This store had tons of different kinds of zip ties. Different shapes colors sizes. Not to mention they were half the price of what tractor supply is charging. Everything about this experience was great. From start to finish I was able to get in and out with no issues. Store is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. I truly felt welcomed and also felt a bit like a vip. I had my own personal shopper helping me find everything I needed. This wasn't a one time thing. I remember coming here in the past and I received the same kind of service. From now on this will be my goto hardware store and I will recommend it to everyone. I was so satisfied I called the store when I got home to find out the gentleman's name that helped me. Richard is his name. He is an anchor for this store and I really hope to see him again in the future.

Owner is money hungry. This is the only ace hardware that does tiered pricing for contractors. All others offer way better pricing. Ace as a company should step in and keep things somewhat level across the board. Staff was not very helpful. Glad I only spent very minimal in this store. I always try to support local small businesses but will take my money elsewhere.

We have 3 Ace stores closer to our Frisco home but since we got such great service and product information and effort from the 3 guys we interacted with, we purchased our Weber grill from the Celina store.Attendants wore masks; I appreciated that.They delivered for a very reasonable price!They are right on Preston Road.Thank you. Service makes a difference and I am happy to pay more in order to save time AND make a more informed decision.
