I recently had a wonderful experience at Brookshire Food. The store was impeccably clean, creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the cashier. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout the checkout process, making my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Brookshire Food for its cleanliness and outstanding customer service.

WOW😃! What a wonderful place with wonderful people! I recently visited Brookshire's in Celina, TX before my appt with my optometrist at Lone Star Vision and I was very impressed! So clean, orderly, well stocked, and staffed with amazingly friendly and cordial people! I found yellow skinned dragon fruit and guava!! SCORE!! I was very happy that I was early for my appointment and decided to work into Brookshire's!! I love this place!! Great selection of SO MANY (HUGE fresh produce area!!❤️) items and all priced competitively. The lovely young lady that bagged my items even walked the cart all the way across the lot to the other side with me!! 😍 I live in Pilot Point but will be patronizing Brookshire's in Celina in the future! 🤩 I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

They offer more more than even they know! I called to ask if they had Traeger pellets. After the rigmarole of three different folks on the phone, they determined they in fact, did not have it. However, I ended up needing to go in anyway for something else; and what do you know but I saw they had it right by the charcoal. We're fortunate to have this local grocer up in our area.

Brookeshire‘s after almost 16 years of shopping your store I’m finally getting fed up. I have shopped at your store through thick and thin even when my wife didn’t want me to because your prices were higher after the big box store opened. I appreciated the fact when you remodeled your store as I know you were trying to keep up with the Joneses. And your food selection and quality are typically good. When you gave your pharmacy away to corporate America, I think that was a straw that broke the camels back for my wife. But at this point I have had it with the self check out. I don’t work for Brookeshire‘s and I should not have to bag And check out my own groceries. I don’t mind it if I come in and get one or two things. But when I come in and buy $100 worth of food that won’t fit on self checkouts and I have to fight with the computer continuously, it’s a bridge too far. You should have at least one staffed check out Lane open all the time for people who are making big purchases. Sometimes people are willing to pay more for better service. Unfortunately, you clearly are putting yourself in the same position as the other big box stores and you want the customer to do everything pretty soon I guess you’ll be expecting us to stock the shelves as well.

Love our local Brookshire’s. The crew here are so welcoming and nice! We love the stock found at the store and the curbside pickup is phenomenal. It is the perfect neighborhood grocery store that we happily drive from Gunter each week for our goods!

Somewhat pricey, but has so many items that I can't find in other grocery stores. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating as well. Reminds me of my small-town grocery store back home in Mississippi.

spent $20 on mostly produce to have bug infested blackberries even AFTER washing! on top of that, 3 of the 7 strawberries (the giant ones) bought were green moldy unlike i’ve ever seen. i’m so disgusted and disappointed. not sure i will be trying the rest of the produce i bought…and definitely will never buy produce here again (nor recommend it).

Overall, I like the brookshire stores. Pricing is okay. Buy one. Get one free deals are great. The young staff at the registers are usually really nice

So here's the deal, I really really like Brookshires and I always have. However over the last year or so I have noticed so many of the things I have purchased have been expired such as meat and various other things. Two times the meat that I got was literally spoiled and smelled horrible. So tonight I paid particular attention to the expiration date. The first sugar-free pudding that I picked up expired back in November 2017, the full seven months ago. The next one I picked up expires today, the day I am writing this June 14. I put many other items back because they were within a day or two of expiring, for example there is hummus that is literally good for another day or two but they are large family size containers so that was a non-option.The one really good thing about my visit was the person who checked me out at the register. Her name was Rebekah. Rarely does anyone take the time to put all of your cold items together and all of your chemicals and other such products together anymore. She did and I appreciated that very much since that seems to be a concept of the past. She was super polite very very helpful and is exactly the reason that I will continue to go back to Brookshire's even though I have to be super cautious about expiration dates on so many things.I sincerely hope that Brookshires will get it together. I don't really enjoy having to check every single date on every single item just to keep from getting sick and I especially do not like throwing out two things of lunch meat because they were so spoiled that they were not consumable.

They have recently remodeled, and it looks great! Very clean store and easy to navigate. Keep in mind it's in a small town, so you are paying more for convenience. We only shop here if we need a few items or if there is something we missed at another store.

I just wish this location was closer to Prosper, TX, but I fully understandthe need for this store in Celina, and it is always a very pleasant experience... Prices are a little higher than WM or KRGR, but it isvery fast service, and the Kiosk C-Store out front is super convenient...Very Nice Staff and the Best Service in our area... KRGR needs togo make a day of it and WATCH how Brookshire's serves theircustomers..... I have to drive right by KRGR on my way to Brookshires, so that should tell you the story..... TOP STORE In our Area....

I live near Aubrey, so it's a bit out of my way to shop here. I moved here from Tyler, TX, so shopping at Brookshire's feels like going home to me and is well worth the drive. I have my favorite "must-haves" that I don't go home without. And the reward points really help at the gas pump! Keep up the good work!

I'm really impressed with the changes in this store. I spent thousands each month at Kroger mainly because they had all the organic selections. I always wanted to give y'all my business but couldn't bc of the lack of organic foods. Since your re- grand opening I have found more of what I need and have been doing about half of my grocery shopping here now. Grocery shopping and your store compared to any other grocery store is such a pleasant experience. It's always clean, it's always staffed well, staff is a level above other grocery store staff. We love that you carry "Happy Eggs", even though they're sold out alot. We love the expanded selection of organic fresh produce. Thank you!

Love this Brookshires! I live right across from one of the bigger brands at Prosper Trail but I gladly drive north 10 minutes to shop in a clean, well-lit, easy-to-access store.I happily bag my own groceries since I bring my own bags and I like to bag a particular way anyway. Their sale prices are great, and I go in on Thursdays / Fridays and buy up as many yellow sticker items as I can fit in my bags. The employees are always friendly and helpful.The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are severely lacking in organic/natural options, so I can’t do all of my shopping here.

Was trying to have one of those ready cooked meals. They must have been in that shelf for days. I had gas station food that was better. This alleged chicken with supposed pasta in a so called mushroom sauce was inedible. Like ew, gross. The other options there didn’t look any better either. I don’t even know why I bought it. Didn’t believe it could be as bad as it looked. It was even worse than suspected.

Do t know how this place has 4 stars . Customers have to bag their own groceries. While 3 employees hang out in the office . They don’t take you cart out for you anymore but that’s not a big deal. For the prices they charge they should teach them how to bag have a empty cart ready to load groceries. Instead the employees just stand around until you ether bag them your self or teach them how to fill the cart . Chips and bread do not go on the bottom and then put a gallon of milk on top of them. And rude too .

This store has steadily gone downhill. Previously, the Store Director, Scott Wheeler was absolutely useless with a reward points issue which occurred during their remodel; effectively just ignoring my concerns. And today, around 10:50 am, there was not even 1 register open to check out customers. Oh, the self-checkout was open. But I don't use their self-checkout because every time I do the machine acts like I'm trying to steal something. I usually end up having to wait for a cashier to come over and fix it. I can't wait for the Tom Thumb & HEB to open up down the road.

I'm only giving this rating based on the fried chicken in the deli that I got on Saturday 10 June. My previous experience was that the fried chicken was exceptional whenever I had the craving to get some, but this time the chicken was dry and cold. Not sure if this was a one off but I'd like to hear from management in the reply. Unfortunately I'm out of town right now to go in person.

I am newer to the area and drove past this location, not knowing what it was. Eventually I decided to stop in and check it out. Such a beautiful store, great, kind employees, and amazing options for almost all your needs. I stop here once or twice a week. I highly recommend this location to all my friends and family.
