Not worth to sign up for reward program! It gave me $60 reward points. Tried to order online, it won't let me order it and said limit 2 rewards for online. Came into store, show 2 employees there that I have $60 credit and they can not give me $60 credit and told me to clear the browser and then went back. It shows I have ZERO CREDIT. They called customer service and told me I don't have any credit. Wasted my 1 hour for nothing.DO NOT, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR REWARD! IT IS A SCAM! IT TRIES TO GET YOUR EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER AND SEND ADVERTISEMENT.I will never come back again.

I ❤️ Tractor Supply, but, this 1 time, I went and bought a 10×10×10×10×6 Dog kennel,had to ask for help to load it in my truck, the help left when I asked to help tie it down, I mentioned that the top of 2 panels were bent, shrugged and said "oh well"no red flag to tie at end of load, for caution, I generally have a good experience there, I assume yard people don't like helping elderly people load, staff inside store are very helpful

If you call and ask when they stop filling propane and they say 7:30pm, assume they actually mean 7:10pm so don’t grab your tank and kids and rush up there to get it after working late on a Friday, because the only explanation you will get when you say you called and had been told 7:30pm is “well I guess we are stopping even earlier than that tonight”. How pathetic. I know I only came in 40 minutes before closing and 20 minutes before filling stops, but I wouldn’t have been last minute if I hadn’t worked 3 extra hours today on an emergency call, but here we are! Make sure you guys staff to customers need for all business hours. Thanks.

Super nice staff; literally every one I encountered spoke to me. That's solid management and I appreciate it! It's well-stocked, but not quite as much so as their larger stores. Love having it close to home.

Usually, I love this place but warning, DON’T buy your baby chicks from here! We bought four chicks, at two different times, labeled Leghorn (a hardy egg layer) and found out later that we were sold Cornish hens (meat chicken to be harvested by 5 weeks). Three have died and we have one left, who turns out to be a rooster. I also bought two americanas (egg layers) who turned out to be ornamental Polish chickens (not really egg layers and kinda jerks). Nobody who worked at TSC could tell me anything about the chicks so we just went by the labeled bin. There was no bin labeled Cornish hen/meat chicken or Polish/ornamental chicken so either the supplier or recipient was incompetent. Either way, my kids were devastated each time one bird died. Completely avoidable.

Great place to get about anything you need for mowers, maintaining a property and more. They had just what I needed. I needed a blade lock to hold a blade in place while you remove it. Sure a block of wood works but this was the safer option. If you need blades they have a huge selection.

Sam was extremely helpful when he was loading my new safe. He went the extra step and provided instalation information, as well as the factory codes that I would need once I got it home. There is no doubt that this saved me extra time. Thank you Sam!

Went in this morning for feed. The guy that helped loading my basket was awesome as always. The cashier however was not happy t o be there today apparently. Her name tag said Paige, let me just say I'm in there twice a month have never had anyone rude before. First of all i guess I interrupted her visit with the young man behind the counter, he saw me & said something she turned around & frowned, no greeting, then cussed & mumbled because she had to come around the counter & pick up the feed to find barcode on one bag. Then she scanned it twice again a cuss word. Never said a word directly to us. We saw it was ready for our card. She handed me the ticket still no words, I said well thank you she mutteted still frowning. One of the lady's behind me came out & said she said something rude & still had attitude with them. Please bring back the pleasant cashiers we 're used too.

Always have what I need. Purchased a propane gas tank at a good price and refill. The best part?? Steve was so awesome! Thanks for the help and for just simply having a great personality Steve! Happy customer = sticky customer👍👍

Asked lady at front desk to send someone out to refill the propane tank. She said she would let them know.20 minutes of waiting in the sun I loaded my propane tank into the truck and went back home.

Purchased my 1500 gallon water tank from here. The 3 layer design works fine, water is cooler, more durable against elements. Price was comparable to lesser quality at Tank Depot and other competitors.Two minor complaints. Spent a fair amount of money, and being a frugal shopper asked for use of rental trailer for one hour ($14.00 for half day). Manager said " no free rental". Lack of diplomacy.No problem. Rented trailer, it was not in great shape. Right tail light out, hole in the gate mesh with sharp Rusty edges, the lift was not functioning and bent , and the trailer was filthy. Took it to the car wash before using it and returned it much cleaner.Employees are friendly and helpful within their range of knowledge.

I used to shop here for their great products, prices, and service, until I Googled and looked up who their top major stockholders (the same major stockholders whose profits went up, while mom and pop, locally, family owned were put out of business over the last couple of years) are.If YOU do YOUR research, you'll understand why I'll now drive the extra mile(s) to shop and buy from the mom and pop, locally, family owned instead.

Had a great experience as soon as we walked in a man came and helped us. We were getting propane for the first time and the gentleman who helped us was personable friendly and gave us some tips. I am really glad I went here there price for propane was excellent. At checkout the lady was efficient when the woman in front was having a price issue instead of me waiting for that she moved me to the next register to quickly check me out.

A little tricky to get into with a 53' trailer, but the dock is easy to back into. Dock fills up with about 18" of water when it rains though. If you deliver here turn in front entrance.

I was trying to squirrel-proof some blackberry plants I was about to plant on my patio. I believe the same employee helped me over the phone and in the store. I don't remember his name though. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I've been here a few other times, and locations in other cities while camping also. I've always had good help. Dog friendly also. 🐕

The cashiers here are always helpful and engaging. Hard to find cashiers with personality sometimes, especially at a store like this. The staff here make me want to always come here rather than other big box retailers - just for the small town hardware store experience, if nothing else. And the prices are comparable, if not even less expensive. Definitely recommend TSC.

I always love coming in here. Everything is priced reasonably, they have a great selection and the chicks we pickup from there usually are in good health. It seems like a well managed store and the employees are always friendly.

People are friendly and I can usually get help pretty quickly. The problem is that I only go there for dog food and 90% of the time they're out of what I want, and the other 10% it's not on the shelf. I have to go find someone to go to the back and get it. Yesterday they were completely out of all the Diamond Natural types of food, but they've got plenty of the Purina junk.I'd give 5 stars if I could just get my dang dog food off the shelf when I go in...**edit** I think they’ve listened! I don’t know that I’ve had an instance in over a year where they haven’t had the food I’ve needed! Thanks guys! Told ya I’d give 5 stars if you stocked what I needed, so here ya go!

I was dealt with the rudest customer service over the phone to handle and online order I needed to cancel. The whole process was chaos. Why do you send out emails to let customer's know an item is in the facility, if in fact the item has a high probability of not being delivered yet? When asking for a refund they wanted me to come back into the store, which is out of my way, to make sure the item is in fact in the store to then have them refund my money?? Their customer care hotline fixed the issue in less than a minute without me having to go into the store. I would not recommend this store for anything.

Good bird food selection. Every time we go only one cashier working. Line was 8 people long. Someone finally asked the cashier if she couldn't get help, just expect to wait in line. If I could find comparable bird food somewhere else I would stop going.

I have always thought this place was a little pricey on some of their merchandise and maybe so, but having a respectful and knowledgeable staff goes a long way with me for a few extra pennies, overall I find their employees to be at least courteous if not always helpful. Lately, I have been most impressed by the depth and variety of hardware they have available. It is like the hardware store of old that actually has what you were looking for instead of the run of the mill wood screws and common stuff you get in a home depot or wal-mart. Even a whole section with automotive specialty items. My new "go to first place" for locating anything to do with hardware items.

I've always experienced great customer service at this location. Today, Michelle helped us locate the cattle panels and posts we needed, and Bill helped us load them up. They taught us how to bend the 16' panels to fit in the truck bed so that we didn't need to cut them. Wish I had learned that little trick 20+ years ago, but better late than never 😉

Inside they have a price for a welder at $3,099. I waited a couple weeks for my new bank card to come in so I could purchase the welder, I come back and the same price is still up. I go to ask somebody for help on how to purchase the welder and he told me he didn’t have any in stock, so I asked if I could purchase it today and pick it up at a later date and he said that wouldn’t be an issue. He brings me over to a computer pulls up the price and it is listed 200 more dollars than the listed price. He told me he wouldn’t honor it because he’d have to get a new welder in and by then he would have changed it to the price on the computer. He told me there would be free shipping to the store, so I decided to buy it anyways. Apparently there was not free shipping, 150 dollars more for shipping, so I left. A 3100 dollar item went up to 3500 not including tax.

This location is useless. I went to the store on 5/15 at 5:30pm and there was not a single person helping anyone. I needed to locate a product and I was gestured in the general direction of where the product was located with no further guidance. The website said they had inventory but nothing was available in-store. Since I couldn't find the product, and no one could help me, I placed an online pickup order for the same day. Had to wait until the next day to get a notification that my order was cancelled. I went to the location in Hutto the next day and it was a 180 experience at that location. I don't know what's going on at this location but management needs to get on the ball, this place sucks for customer service.

Looked like they had 2 registers open. Walked up behind the lady that was talking to cashier. When that lady left I walked up to put my stuff on the counter and the cashier asks me if I need help with something. Told her I was wanting to check out and she told me I needed to go to the other linr which had 6 people already waiting. I had no problem waiting but right when I went to other line the cashier went and sat down. 4 employees that I saw were not helping anyone. I would think employees would care more about their customers.

On June 7th, I placed an order for 6 bottles of Malathion, 3 were in the store that I picked up the same day as ordered, the other 3 were to be shipped and I would be notified. On June 16th I called the Tractor Supply store in Cedar Park and spoke to the manager and he said I needed to call Fed-Ex to see where my order was. I explained to him the tracker shows it in Pflugerville, TX he said that Fed Ex would be by his store later that day and he would follow-up with me after the drop off. I'm still waiting for the call and more importantly the Malathion.

I love this place. I have always loved hardware stores and farm stores, and this is a combination of both. As in most such establishments, everyone who works there is helpful. They take you to what you are looking for -- never point or say 'down aisle 3 and to the left.' They problem solve with you.The assortment of goods is amazing but organized. There are live newly hatched baby chickens. And straw for the doghouse. And all kinds of gardening potions and equiipment. And dog food geared to working herding dogs that no pet store carries. And of course hardware. Go. You'll love it.
