Our sweet dog died two days ago. My wife had just bought a bunch of dog food at Tomlinsons. With tears in my eyes, I took it back for a refund. The two young ladies were so kind and immediately took the food back. I never mentioned my name, but just gave them the receipt. Today, we received a very nice flower arrangement from Tomlinsons with a card expressing sympathy. Totally unexpected. They must have looked us up from the receipt! THAT is a caring business. They deserve our patronage.

I've never been to the stores because I live all the way in PA, but I still had a great experience with this company. Recently my office received a completely free gift card from this company in the amount of $25, I figure as an attempt to get their name to new people while helping our furry friends get toys, treats and nutritious foods! My favorite thing I noticed was the natural ingredients in ALL the treat and food options. On the back of the card it kindly requested that if I wasn't able to use the card, to please consider donating it, so I chose to donate the funds to the Central Texas SPCA- but instead of mailing the card and hoping for the best, I was able to use Tomlinson's online website to redeem the $25 and with a few dollars of my own I shipped a load of doggy toys, treats and flea products straight to the shelter with FREE shipping!! Thank you Tomlinson's for inspiring me to send some goodies their way!

First time finally stopping by for dog food. Even though it was right next to an heb I go to, I have to say I'm happy. I was able to get high-quality dog food that my dog loves, and the membership makes it affordable. Which is also good for use online! Highly recommend

This is a really nice pet store. Their prices are not that much different than bigger department stores that carry pet supplies. They also carry things for your pets that you may not be able to find anywhere else. I enjoy shopping here a lot, and I can bring my dog!

I can't say enough good things about this location. It is my local Tomlinson's, and although they're all amazing, the staff at this one is particularly stand out. They ALL know their stuff - even though I'm an experienced pet owner, I still have lots of questions especially about food types, and they can really give me the details. I've recently started feeding my kitties raw food after a conversation with the manager, Glenda, about which brands she liked best and how to introduce it. They also do an amazing job with the offsite adoption program, adopting out cats for the Williamson County shelter. I am a foster parent for Wilco and it is always nice to know that these folks are the ones in charge of making sure my kittens go to the right home. They really make sure it is the best match. I also really like their toys and other cat products -- different from what you can find at the bigger chain pet stores, and a lot of them are locally made. Great place with extremely helpful and friendly people!!

Really like the staff and Tomlinson's has such a clean store. Staff are extremely knowledgeable on dog food issues and allergies. They are willing to help find what I need for my 3 dogs! Prefer shopping here over larger pet stores. The food selection is excellent quality and healthy foods and treats for my dogs are also a bonus!

I accidentally placed a curbside order for the Tomlinson’s location on 49th 1/2 St instead of this one, the one I meant to place it at. The two ladies at the front were so friendly and understanding and saved me a trip, walking around the store to help me find the items I had originally ordered. Customer service level 9000! Thank y’all so much for being kind and accommodating, even though you haven’t worked there very long. 5/5!!!

All the people here are very friendly and personable. They always help me to my car with big bags and have recommended some great wet food for my cats! The toy selection could be a bit better by adding more toys for cats. The raw dog food is a great buy. All my fur babies love it!! Highly recommend this store if you want great information of great dog and cat foods!

Every time I have been to this store I have received above & beyond, exceptional service. Everyone always has a smile on their face & is happy to help. So refreshing! After my encounter with Claire today, I just had to come & leave a review. My 9month old was a little fussy today, & instead of hurrying us through the store, she stopped & let him play with some cardboard boxes for a while. Then, after helping me to find the right dog food, she carried it to the register for me. Then, she brought out some BUBBLES & started blowing bubbles to entertain my fussy boy! AMAZING! After that, she insisted on carrying the dog food out to my car & explained how she enjoyed doing so... so that I didn't feel like I was putting her out in any way. I don't ever leave reviews, but after so many positive experiences - I can't NOT. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

The staff is always ready with information and treats! Super friendly, knowledgeable about the products, love animals, and really pay attention to the needs of the 2 and 4 legged customer. When my Starbuck needed to lose weight, they had us at the top of their list for a new dry food. Less than 2 weeks later there were many more customers that requested the brand and specific bag of food, so they ordered Orijen Fit & Trim for all of us! It's almost always in stock in the 25 pound bag that we like and when it's not, they find it for us at another store or help in any other way. There's always a costume event or adoption event, so you'll never feel left out of celebrating with your 4 legged family member. Love this place!

I came here to buy fishes. Unfortunately, they don't sales fishes, but the cashier was very kind and professional. The place didn't smell like a pet store when I walk in, it was very clean, neat, and organize. I will definitely check them out again, when I get a dog, cat, bird, or etc.

Great place, I'm very happy to find somewhere that has my cats food! I only had a curbside pick up and I didn't catch her name but the young dark haired woman who helped me on 4/18 around 5pm did a wonderful job, I greatly appreciate her help! I am eager to revisit when browsing for fun is an option again.
