Ample parking, esthetically pleasing walking into the front entrance. Well laid out and not as crowded as I expected for a Thursday afternoon. It was nice to see all the shelves were stocked and items were easy to identify. The aisles might be a bit narrow for some, other chains have wider aisles and aren't as well stocked at times but 2 carts passing need to be careful to not bump.

Another solid Randall's location. This one feels larger weather it is or isn't. It is definitely a lot better organized and cleaner than the other Randall's I've visited. Prices are pretty normal and sales happen frequently. The sales are where Randall's really shine so jump on them

Nice store, excellent deals with their Randall's savings card, and Randall's app. This store has a Wells Fargo bank inside, a pharmacy, large floral department. Wheelchair accessible, large automatic door entrance. Just completed a remodel. Looks fabulous! Early voting is always located in this location. Please VOTE. Thank you. 🙂 Have a fabulous day.

I never seem to have luck at this location. Prices always seem high and you are forced to purchase multiple quantities in order to receive sale prices. The quality of the products also seem to be lower than that of those at HEB.

I stopped to get gas 4/8, the day of the Eclipse and paid $3.17/gal. The day prior it had been $3.09 and the next day was right back down. I noticed that none if the other stations had changed, or increased, their prices on their customers for the Eclipse. I feel Randalls swindled myself and their other customers off the publicity of the added traffic for the Eclipse in our community. Shame on you.

Have been shopping at HEB For years and went back to my old Randall's store today because most HEB's are closed on Easter. Shocked At how everything there was $2 to $5 dollars more than HEB. I routinely buy coconuts at HEB and bought one today at Randall's only to see that the coconut water inside was yellow and spoiled.Won't be going back.

We used to get what looked like roasted breast of chicken at the deli. Not sure what part of the chicken this is. We wanted breasts and legs. The people serving the children did not seem all that confident about what parts they were serving either. So part of the chicken is this?

Randall's is a great store with an excellent rewards program. I would have given five stars, but they do have a few areas that could be improved.1. You must always check the dates on everything to ensure that you aren't buying something that is expired. Twice now, my wife and I have brought items only to find out after getting home that it was past the expiration date. We double check everything now.2. One day you will come in and there will be plenty of your favorite chips or water, and then the next it will be sold out, and it may be a month or so before it is back on the shelves.Aside from those to factors, Randall's is a great store with a great staff.

They do have up to $60 cash back.They have self checkout.Clean restrooms at the non-produce entrance.Award-winning customer staff that made me feel like family and welcomed and would easily be the reason I come all the way back just to get my groceries at this location!Was in the area and drop by here to get some cash back and pick up a few groceries.They also keep this place Tip-Top and clean and there's even a Starbucks at the entrance with friendly staff too greeting you with courtesy that is getting harder to find these days!Also was very well lit and organized more so than some of the other Randall's that I've been at would definitely come back!Plenty of carts, parking, and even handicapped accessibility

Nadine in the bakery made my daughter a custom birthday cake on only a few hours notice and was just professional and as nice and thoughtful as can be, it's rare to get customer service like that too often these days! I could tell when I called in the middle of it she was hard at work and super busy! The cake looked and was amazing! Thanks Nadine we will be back thanks to you! Hard work should never go unnoticed or under appreciated because good help is hard to find! Thanks for saving the day for my daughter's big 18th birthday!!! I added the decorations but as you can see beautiful work on this galaxy libra themed cake!

This location has gone downhill over the years. This last year has been really bad. Always out of stuff, produce quality has become poor, seafood has never been good.But today is the last day I will go into a Randalls trying to look for something I’d rather drive to H-E-B. It’s amazing H‑E‑B always seem to have pretty much everything I need. Covid & supply chain is no longer an excuse when everyone else can have items in stock & what’s in stock is good quality.

Randells has always been my favorite place to shop. Your meat department is the only place I buy. I can always get exactly what I want.I especially look forward to checking out at your self check out. They have an associate "Julie" who is very helpful and always smiling. I enjoy my conversations with her. Very friendly lady.

Randall's is my favorite grocery store in the greater-Austin area. It's not small like "cute little market" small; it is just the perfect size grocery store with a great selection, and I love and trust their store brand, Signature Select. You save money and get qualify stuff at the same time! The Randall's digital coupons are fantastic for saving money on tons of grocery items, and they have an awesome rewards program where you can get extra money off future purchases--or use the rewards to get free items! The checkers at Randall's are always friendly and helpful, too. I truly appreciate having a Randall's nearby because I can always navigate the store with ease, never wait in ridiculous lines, and know that I'm getting quality goods at reasonably fair prices (I put it that way because no grocery prices are exactly reasonable these days due to the economy). Nothing beats Randall's!!

This is my favorite Randall's, always so clean so many deals and incredible produce. So fresh and as I mentioned the deals you find are out of this world. I got 36 full size Snickers (2 3ft holiday yard bars) for $.85c each. That's 18 full size Snickers for $.85c

Pros: they appear to have inclusive hiring practices, quality is fine, store is clean and not crowdedCons: prices are ridiculous. It’s the same brands just more expensive. Also, have gotten flowers here a million times and now it’s a 1.75x charge on the cost of flowers to arrange them. Arranging them takes about 2 minutes and is a WONDERFUL thing to do for your customers. but they’re rather turn an outrageously overpriced $40 bunch of flowers into an inconceivably overpriced $70 bouquet.Anyways, there’s just not enough reasons to shop here. Whole Foods and central market prices with HEB quality. Sprouts is across the street 👍🏻

Went to pharmacy for a flu shot. Never seems to be a wait, go into a private area to get it, no CO pay for us with insurance. People are nice and we are in and out quickly.Update: still true another year laterUpdate 2; things have gotten more busy, make an appointment! Otherwise we were in and out quickly

Self checkout is very convenient, and with a free rewards card you can build up credits for discounted gas and also get decent personalized coupons.During pandemic times or before big snowstorms, this is the place to check if HEB is sold out.This store is also conveniently located near sprouts.
