Went in and bought a beautiful budgie. Their birds are healthy, cared for, and actually on sale right now. They made sure we had his cage set up at home before we could adopt him. PetSmart is hands down leaps and bounds ahead of Petco when it comes to customer service and quality. Thank you!

Great selection, fully stocked, clean. Associates are attentive to customers and customer's needs. Lady associate in live fish department was knowledgeable and helpful! Found what I needed quickly and was in and out and satisfied with my purchases for my pets!!

2 stars (not 1) just cuz the situation ended, I’m over it, and we parted ways.And plus my experience previous to this was a good one.This recent experience… wasn’t.The Pets Hotel at this specific location is not able to handle BIG dogs.At least the new employees aren’t.I’ve taken my dog here in the past for 3 whole days. No problem at all. The young lady (former employee) upfront LOVED big dogs and knew how to handle them.The current employees don’t.I have a 129lb Male Rottweiler who is still intact. They said they’re able to handle big dogs but they’re lying.My dog is big and extremely strong - aka a well taken care of, athletic, raw fed, 129lb Male Rottweiler who is still intact.He has NEVER bitten any person or any dog EVER. And they kept saying “He’s growling at us and he’s acting like he’s going to bite”. I informed them… he WILL NOT bite. If he was going to bite… he would’ve already done it. Trust me.Rottweilers growl. It’s called the ‘Rottie Rumble’. Each breed is different.These people aren’t honest and aren’t able to handle large powerful breeds.If you care about your dog, board em somewhere else.Waste of time.

We brought my Mini Schnauzer in to be groomed and the staff seemed ridiculously under trained. Understanding that kindness to animals in a new environment helps them be calm wasn't on their curriculum. Handling our 10 pound senior dog was too much of an undertaking for them. I highly advise anyone to avoid this chop shop.

Petsmart has a wide variety of dog foods and other dog related stuff. I’ve used the veterinary services and they’re pretty good. Next I’m gonna try groomer. I’ve heard good things neighbor showed me pictures of her great Pyrenees dog after grooming. They did a good job I have a husky so I’ve always gone to really expensive groomers.

Came in on 4/20 around 7pm. Needed assistance, I walked up to the front, there were four employee shooting the bull, couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Once we got it, they stared at us acting like they did know how to get into the locked products. Costumer service is lacking. Highly suggest retraining. You’re here to work not socialize. Not saying you can’t, but when a customer need help, we need to assist.

Poor customer service; ordered an item online to pickup in store but they didn’t have the item so they removed it from my order but than don’t provide an easy way to cancel the remainder of the order without calling. When I mentioned this to the in store employees when picking up the remainder of the order they didn’t seem to understand or care?

The petshotel was normally great. This time I picked up my pets and they smelled like pee. Their bedding was wet with pee. I will never ever go back there or recommend it

My Grand pup had an appointment for a hair cut and a bath.when I first get there Katrena acted like she was afraid of Gaia.Naturally Gaia is nervous but not to the point where she is making you afraid of her.Finally after 30 minutes trying to get Katrena to understand my needs and what I wanted done for Gaia and for her to finally put a leash on her to take her to the back.I was almost hesitant to leave Gaia as Katrina was not friendly or showed no interest in her job.She seemed unhappy to be there or to have to do the service.However, I I sent my son to pick her up as I was unavailable to do so. When I seen her she looked neat and smelled good, but as the week went on Gaia started reeking and still scratching like crazy.it’s been exactly one week and my Grandpup do not smell like she had a bath at all a week ago and I feel like they sprayed cologne and did a few clips of her hair But sis not give her a bath.She’s an inside pet so she should not be smelling this bad.I normally take her to the Petsmart in Round Rock but they didn’t have any available appointments.I’m sorry I paid all that money for a service I didn’t get.Katrena should not be working there if she’s afraid or intimidated by large dogs.

I recently took my Chihuahua to this Petsmart location for grooming, and it was a fantastic experience. They cleaned his ears and trimmed his nails with great care. I'll be bringing him back monthly. Highly recommended!

We took our 3 dogs today to get their nails trimmed. Not super friendly, but not rude. The person who trimmed our dogs nails was kind to our dogs, especially to our more timid dog. As they completed the service, we walked over to the Dog day camp. That must be an awesome job, to be able to pet and play with dogs all day :)From there, we stopped by to check out the training for dogs. Donovan, a dog trainer, then came to see if we had any questions. He was helpful, professional and very patient with all of my questions, and gave me all the Information I asked for. I love Petsmart. They sell things that I can't find anywhere else for my birds.The clothes for my chihuahuas are hit and miss. They're teacups and hard to find anything for them.

I had the best experience with the night manager tonight - I wish I had gotten her name. She is the kindest soul who ensured that I had everything my pupsquad needed when an online order of mine was accidentally cancelled. I am amazed by her commitment to doing right by Petsmart customers and being extra kind when she didn’t have to be. She is an exemplary leader and Petsmart should be proud to have her as part of their team!! I will gush about this experience to every pet owner I know and you have earned my loyalty as a customer for life!!! 🏻

I’ve been getting my dog groomed with Jessica B for a few years now! She does such a wonderful job and I trust her with my baby!! He usually has pretty long hair after a few months and she makes him so handsome and smell so good

Honestly, their staff are helpful and nice but it's so hard for me to support big chains that are killing betta fish, as well as housing small pets in super small homes that aren't recommended. They also give out super incorrect advice about fish but I know it's not on the person just the chain pet store. I talked to the manager about the betta situation after seeing 3 dead or almost dead and took a rescue home with me, and it really does come from above, not enough funding and space to care for fish like betta who cant be housed with other bettas. The store is nice though and its convenience will always keep me coming back :( I just wish I didnt have too.Update went to the petco down the road and they have a much better experience! The staff are amazing and the fish weren't dying! I'll attach photos of some of the bettas I saw right off the back at petsmart YESTERDAY. Insane.

My wife and I decided to take our Basset Hound in to have her nails cut.We were greeted by one of the groomers and while getting checked in we saw one of the dogs getting groomed yelping in pain.Decided to still proceed with the appointment and while handing our dog to the groomer to be taken in for her appointment, could not help but get a unsettling feeling about the person.Was estimated our dog will be done in about 10 minutes so we decided to hang out.While I was browsing around the store my wife proceeded to pay.She called me from the register to let me know that as she was trying to pay, that the groomer called the register to let us know our dog was restless and cannot proceed with the nail cutting.So I proceed to pick her up and the groomer tells me our dog was restless, she was barrel rolling and that her eyes were turning red, so they were unable to cut her nails so they will only charge us for grinding them.Delivering this message the groomer facial expression was of indifference to say the least.The person didn't want to be there and you could tell.Looking at my dog's eyes they were bloodshot red (probably because she was getting strangled by their leash) and closely inspecting her nails (she really did not want me touching her paws) found her nails to be split and cracked.Our dog has been to this location for baths, nails cut and you name it countless times and never has a issue or exhibited the behavior claimed by this groomer.Expressed the situation to one of the store managers and the sole return was them considering the transaction a "wash".As if $10 is exactly what is going to resolve the problem.With sincere efforts to keep my composure we decided to walk out.This store and it's entire chain will never see or touch my dog again nor get my business.Heed my friendly advice and keep your dogs away from these butchers claiming to be pet friendly professionals as they are anything but that!

I love buying dog food, toys, litter and things I need for my animals here I love the rewards program it saves me alot in the end, however I wouldn't ever recommend using them for daycare, training, or grooming.

Store was clean and relatively easy to navigate. I had some questions about our new 8 week old puppies and when it would be appropriate to start training them with treats and the answer was "I don't know". I was hoping for a little more guidance than that. It wasn't a bad experience but it's not the best Petsmart I've ever been to for sure

After they are done, I went to go pick my dog up, this place tried to up charge me for $60 more than the actual service costs. If my dog has too much fur for you, let me know the charge ahead of time and be upfront about it. The manager said he’ll give me a discount but he’ll make a note saying not next time.And I asked him what service I could book for our dog next time to avoid all this, and he said it depends on the dog each time. For all these years of coming to PetSmart, we’ve never been treated this badly. Trying to penny pinching your customer’s money, really doesn’t help you, because they may not come back after this.
