Genuinely so happy about the care they take of their tarantulas here! So many chain stores have them in completely wrong enclosures and parameters, but I was so impressed. Their abdomens were nice and round, and the humidity looked great š they're having a sale on them right now, too! The manager at the front was incredibly cool!

I bought a bag of Purina Pro dog food here, which was completely infested with live flying bugs and cobwebs. The manager refused to give a refund or help in anyway unless I brought back the open bag of infested dog food back to the store despite me showing multiple pictures of the product and having bought it less than 20 minutes earlier. I refuse to put a bag full of flying insects in my car and shouldn't have to. I'm assuming the other infested dog food products are still just sitting on the shelf for other customers to buy based on the lack of care the manager showed.Will never be returning to this location again. That food should be recalled.

I just witnessed a gentleman coming to get 1 male guppy and 2 females for a 15 gallon tank. The petsmart associate did not let him purchase the fish because āyou do know that they will have babies, they can have up to 100 at a timeā As a fish enthusiast and keeper for over 10 years, I have kept many guppies. My guppies have had 10-30 babies per batch, they EAT half of them, and the other half take months to grow to full size, when the tank becomes too overcrowded you take some out and take them to your LFS like Aquatek and drop them off. That experience was just so off putting and wrong. You couldāve explained that to them in depth and helped them understand what steps you need to take in the future if that was to become a problem. Where do you think fishkeepers start?? With one tank and no experience, thats where. Thats why YOU are there, to help guide customers in the right direction so they understand the proper way to care for fish. This is like the experience I had when I went to buy a sorority of betta females for my community tank, and the associate tried to deny my purchase saying that I couldnāt put them all in one tank. It sucks that a business that has been thriving for so long canāt even give their staff the proper knowledge to help guide their customers. Not to mention the fact that half the time I go, there are dead fish in the tanks, stagnant water, half grown angel fish, Oscarās, large goldfish etc. in 8 gallon tanks for weeks and weeks when they are supposed to be in much larger tanks.

This is the best place to get your fish!We were fortunate enough to get assistance from Kyle whose vast knowledge on all manner of fish along with his patience was very much appreciated.He has a passion for his work and it was a fun experience picking out fish for our small backyard pond. We also noticed the impeccable cleanliness of each and every tank which is critical to buying healthy fish.Thanks again Kyle for a great shopping experience!

I have missed a couple of grooming appointments/canceled since I have no car or a family emergency. So I got a called today, and the lady was really rude, and said if I don't come to my next appointment, then they won't groomed my dog ever. Like I said that's not great costumer service.

Initially I thought my dog just needed a bath. With the recent ice storm and rain he was a little matted not as much as I thought he should be shaved but nevertheless I reluctantly agreed. Specifying NOT to go to skin. I was pleasantly surprised with Giselleās work. Although I prefer him with long hair this short hair is growing on me and at least he still has his cute puppy cut face. I recently adopted a kitten from here, Iāve adopted through Texas Humane Heroes before at their shelter but the employee, Micah went out of her way making this adoption stand out. She went above and beyond to help me, making my time there stand out by how surprised and overjoyed I was. I would go out of my way to go to this location, it was cleaner and nicer than the petsmart closer to me. If you have the power to give Micah a raise or some recognition on her hard work, please. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews but I canāt stop thinking about what a great interaction I had this weekend.

I took my dog to this location on November the groomer( Emily R) cuts his leg while grooming and gave him the worst and uneven haircut possible. I had to call to the store and talk to the manager to get him another appointment to fix this situation with another groomer(Nadiia P) which she did a fantastic job. But today I called to make an appointment with Nadiia but one of the salon associates said they couldnāt take Fluffy no more!!!!! So they are the one who messed up in first place but now they CANT TAKE MY DOG FOR GROOMING NO MORE! stay away from this unprofessional groomer(Emily R) and save your self and furry baby.

Stay away from this groomer! Louie, who is no longer there, was excellent grooming my Maltese dogs. The manager, Kimberly, has an attitude, and just thinks everybody who comes in there is a pain. She is always right. She told me if I had such a problem, I should not bring my dogs back there. She doesnāt have to worry about it. Also, I have a 12-year-old dog, and a six year old dog, who Iāve taken into Banfield there the entire time Iāve lived in Texas. Iāve never had an issue with them, and theyāve never had an issue with me.Xander, had been in to see Louie on seven separate occasions before he quit. There had to be some notes in Xanderās file about how his hair was to be cut. I took him in there after Louis quit, and Michelle did his grooming. She cut his boots a little shorter than I wouldāve liked, but I than that, it was fine.I took Xander in today, and someone named Claudia did his grooming. My son dropped Xander off and told them that his boots were too short last time. Claudia asked him if he wanted the body shaved at a four, and my son said yes.They basically shaved Xander. When they said the excuse about how my son said to do the entire body, I asked why they didnāt shave his tail? Shaving his feet shouldāve been equally as ridiculous to them. When I asked Claudia if a red light didnāt go off in her head somewhere before she shaved off Xanderās boots, she said that it did, but she was just following instructions. Kimberly told me that she didnāt realize the Claudia was working on Xander until after she shaved his feet.When I spoke to Claudia later and she was out of excuses, and changed her story twice, she scoffed at me and told me āitās hair, itāll grow back.ā Before I could ask her if she knew how to cut boots into Xander's feet after the hair grew back, she hung up on me.The appropriate response would have been āWe are SO sorry for the miscommunication! We will refund your money, and when Zanderās hair grows out, we will fix it and have him back in the same shape he was in before.ā That wouldāve been acceptable and professional. Thereās really no excuse for a dog coming in with this haircut, and leaving looking like this.

Was just at the store looking for Canidae Lamb and rise Pure dog food. they did not have any. Asked an employee if they could check other stores. Response was NO. It's not like I was asking them to call competitors to see it they had it. and it looks like PetSmart is limiting the Canidae dog food variety.

As a first time dog mom my experience at this location has been so good! I went to get my pup a name tag and left feeling educated, a more comfortable pet owner and prepared! The service team there genuinely take the time and care to help! One service member saw I was struggling to get my dogās attention and she quickly came over with some treats, so kind! One service member- Elizabeth deserves a gold star for how long and thorough she talked to me! She helped me pick what kind of dog food, understand crate sizes and how to use them and tips on toys. I cannot recommend this location for all your pet needs. I plan on taking my furbaby to the vet and training team and can only imagine how great itās gonna be!

The two girls in the grooming department with adorable purple highlights in there hair, if I recall their names were Emily and Samantha had great customer service. My little Jack Russell is 15years old and blind. They made getting her nails trim such a breeze! They got to hugged my dog while working on her nails which was the best! She loves hugs! Thank you so much for helping out and making my dog feel loved despite her disabilities.

Firstly, im gonna have to say that DON'T EVER GO TO THIS GROOMING HERE!! Immature groomers and unprofessional manager will rip your money off!! After what they have done to my dog, ill never go back here again!!! I'd like ZERO star option.I have been a very loyal pet smart customer since I started to have my dog for the last four years. I used to be a Banfield vet customer as well. Most importantly, I take my dog grooming to Per Smart! From Portland OR to Dallas TX, I took my dog to each location and was always happy with their service, UNTIL I moved to Austin TX and took her to this grooming service.....I was asked if she needs ear and teeth cleaning but no extra charge was mentioned. Their grooming price is about $43 and they added about $22 in addition as somewhat called "premium", which I wasn't explained what was premium. Okay, I paid $22 more than I usually pay, but I didn't complain about it until I saw their result.They are scammers and unprofessionals! The groomers said that since "my dog screamed", she and he didn't complete the face part. As you can see in the pictures, her body hair was very short, but FACE! So ugly! What about other groomers in other locations, they have done perfect jobs. However, only here at this location, they didn't complete jobs including teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, or face haircut, and charged me full and premium price. Even no apology for not completing their service. No humble attitude! I think it can be so simply concluded that these groomers just don't have skills. Period. I ended up with cutting her face hair and cleaning teeth and ears by myself and it was not hard at all, as you can see.I called and talked with a Pet Smart manager at this location for a refund, and she wasn't even feeling sorry for their poor service and impolitely telling me that "you can bring your dog to us back, if you want". She didn't offer me refund. What's wrong with these people. They are not trained in both business and grooming skills. They think that finishing only a body part is acceptable to charge a full price. I would like reduced price for the grooming and full refund for the premium because I don't see anything premium. It is worse than normal grooming, seriously.I'm very disappointed on their quality of customer service. Please compare these pictures. The one with long hair on face is Pet Smart's and short one is my grooming skill. Don't bring your pet to this Pet Smart grooming service! They will rip your money off!!!

So disappointed. I went there to get new fish for my tank, and every tank has algae dead fish, fish feeding on other fish, and layers of nasty film at the top of the tanks. It's so awful.

We had been using this location for our two dogs for grooming since moving to Cedar Park in 2016. We have always taken them in every 2 months for a bath and full haircut. Yesterday I brought them in for the usual and they came back to me with a trim instead of a haircut. When I complained to the manager, instead of working with me to figure out how the mistake happened, she told me the last records they had of my dogs was from 2020???! My own records clearly show the last time we were there was 2 months ago and it was for a full bath and haircut. You know itās a lie that their records for the last two years are suddenly lost because they confirmed with me on the phone when they scheduled my dogs that their rabies vaccines were up to date. They are not willing to admit their mistake and are not willing to accept that they have caused me an inconvenience. She said the only thing they could do was to schedule my dogs again to do their haircuts and not only would we have to wait a week or two, I would also have to pay full price again. The least they could have done would be to offer a discount so Iām not the only one punished for their mistake. Stay away from this location. There is absolutely no accountability for staff mistakes and even if youāve been loyal customers for years they treat you like trash just for the money.

My PeggySue is my little love so when she needs some grooming we will take a trip down to PetSmart where we are greeted with warm and big smiles from Angie, Mackenzie, Amanda, and Tabitha. Staff here isnāt always the friendliest or well informed. 2 weeks ago we came in to see if they had any cats for adoption. My friend went to as an employee to be let in to see the 1 cat they had. That employee told him the adoption center closed at 5pm. It was 4:45pm, which he told her, she sighed and replied, are you really looking to adopt? We are, but that question just seems very inappropriate to me. She then proceeded to tell us how the cat would not be a good fit for us. The next week we came in Sunday for the adoption event and the Texas Humane Heroās werenāt there. Weāll be going to another pet supply store in the future. I give 3 stars for the staff that has been friendly.

0 stars. Christy in grooming is a terrible human and extremely unprofessional. We booked our first appointment with them ever. They called 2 hours before our appointment and cancelled on us. Our dog had 11 bladder stones stuck in him and needed surgery. Needless to say he is in dire need of a grooming. I explained our situation nicely, and explained how we would appreciate if she would cancel someone elseās grooming instead of ours, why do we have to be the exact ones? We are flexible with times. Her response was baffling. Christy said, āoh ya well we canāt do anything about dogs getting sick, thatās life, and we canāt do anything to help you.ā She said, āhave a nice dayā and hung up on me. No care in the world. No remorse for having to cancel our appointment. None. She didnāt even listen to me. I said he had surgery. She belittles the situation and says dogs getting sick is a part of life? No big deal. Get out of here. Fire her. Christy the manager is rude and a terrible human.

I love the store, I always find what I want for my little dog. The two stars is for the groomers. We took her in, they trimmed her whole body as we had requested,but did not touch her head. She had a huge head and a tiny body. They said she didn't allow, but she's definitely sensitized to touching her head. She smelled the same, ears were not cleaned and she had some white dandruff like thing all over her. It was the worst experience for us.We ended up taking her to another place, where they evened out her face and made her look adorable.
