Drove half an hour to take my dog (10 lbs) to his grooming appointment and he was turned away because he flinched when the groomer tried to put a leash around his neck. He was deemed to be too “jumpy“. No growling, no barking, no signs of aggression. Has been alive for four years and has never had an issue with any groomer (we don’t always use the same one). Don't recommend booking with Ayesha - doesn’t seem like she’s too experienced in handling/making dogs feel comfortable.

Once our appt. was set, everything went great. Patricia gave Coco perhaps the best grooming he's had. Thank You!

Very poor service and not considerate of the dog. I went to pickup my dog and they shaved them all the way down with the excuse that he was matted, I brush him 3 times a week and the day before taking him in I made sure to brush him even extra to make sure he wouldn’t get shaved. We arrive and ask just for a groom not a shave, they check him by running there fingers through his hair say okay we’ll have him ready later. When we return he is complete shaved. No call or anything about it, this is terrible service. They do what’s easiest and just shave him, in addition they left a lot of hair in his ear which makes no sense

Omg! I am so pissed - so we came and they told us it would be three hours and that they were going to have to shave him completely because on his tummy he had small matted spots so I asked why they couldn't just shave that sm area because it was on the tummy and you can see it they said no they had to shave him all the way down all over I said even if the matting is not all over and its just small spots. They said yes so I was like fine whatever is best for him - (we brought Beau along as well just to get a bath just cause) So they took Pudge back and on the table then did two paws and he was doing good then she went to his underneath area and he was a little wiggly but he was doing ok so we where about to leave to go eat but she called me right before we walked out to go eat and said he's not liking it and I don't want to traumatize him he was getting antsy so I was like fine so after all this and with appointments at 11 I said about how much longer for Beau She said about three hours I said for a bath she said yes there others in front of him so we where like ok we now we have pudge so we can't go in and eat anywhere so we were going to just go back in and grab Beau because he was just a bath and because we were taking pudge so I went back in to get Beau and they said Well I said can I go ahead and just get Beau and pay whatever cancelation fees because we just brought Beau because pugde was coming she said oh well he's all wet right now I said oh I thought you said it was going to be about 3 hours due to all the dogs in front of him she said hold on let me go check then she comes back and says we he didn't like the blow dryer so he is kennel drying I said that's funny he's never had a problem with the dryers before hummm I said ok so about how long is that going to take she said about two hours then we will get his nails trimmed I said he just went to vet two days ago and got them trimmed he doesn't need his nails trimmed she said oh we I would not recommend you taking him right now because it's freezing out side. Just walked into check how much longer and now they have him on the table blow-drying him. so not only was I lied to you in my face but the service was horrible. The lady that did Beau was great and he did smell good and was very clean. She did a great job. I think her name was Izzy. The one that was supposed to take care of pudgy was the one that lied to me about Beau. Then we took Pudge to a different place where they were able to take care of him without shaving him down and they did an amazing job. Will never come back to this store to get my dogs groomed.

Both 80-lb dogs had their nails and teeth cleaned while I waited. I appreciated them taking us on time and listening to the differences between the dogs, both rescues. Nervous Nellie (name describer her) is calming more with each appointment and the staff remembered both dogs!. With my Petco Rewards and Vital Care, their nail buffs reduced from $10 for them to $2.14! Both had a great experience and everything was COVID- and other pet-safe.

Thanks for taking care of us in affordable way so w we can take care of the other stuff. I wish vets would have a heart and pp doctor e too. I feel sorry for the rest when they in hell .

First, I didn't think you'd be open! Your staff (everyone) is always so welcoming. I've never had a bad experience in your store. Not all Petco's are like that. Secondly, my dog Samson was done in record time! Thank you!

I came 5 minutes late for a grooming appointment, bath only and I have a small dog and they said I was late and that I would get him back damp, when they didnt look all that busy and it was rude especially because I was waiting to be helped for awhile. I didn't let then work on my dog because they weren't all that friendly to me.

Sharesa is very kind and makes my dog very comfortable. She listens closely to instructions and follows them and also gives recommendations for better service. She is an asset to petco.

I have a Australian Shepherd which is a breed that has longer hair in the behind area. I would have assumed a groomer would know this however they shaved his entire backside almost down to the skin and it looks ridiculous 🤦🏽‍♀️
