Usually we have an amazing experience at the pfville petco. Brought my buddy here once and it was amazing so we broiled him im again this time but we had a shabby trim on his legs and it looks like a bald spot. I hope they work on this feedback and take extra care next time. I emailed them and im waiting’s to hear back from petco regarding this service complaint.

Petco was pretty much the only store that had the specific pet food we needed in stock. I had ordered from a different vendor and told an eta but 4 days after it still had not come. By that time we were about out!Any dog owners will understand it’s not the best idea to just switch over to a different brand without the dog (and subsequently you) having gastric issues.We had not used Petco as they were later coming into the Leander area and we have had dogs for the last 20+ years.I placed an online order for pick up-curbside (if possible) for the following day.They notified me it was ready after the store opened as promised. I had to travel a little bit to get there but that wasn’t a problem.When I arrived I noted quite a bit of foot traffic so was concerned that they might be too busy to bring it out.I called as instructed and a friendly gentleman advised they would be right out.They delivered it right into my trunk and closed it for meI was extremely grateful, and I thought the customer service was excellent. We will buy our dog food here from now on.Thanks Petco!!!

I think the lady that helped me was named Alisha.. she was wonderful! Both ladies that helped us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had both of my children with me who were thrilled to be there and picking out a little hamster and it was a wonderful experience. The pets all looked very happy and well taken care of. This location will be my new pet store. Thanks so much!

Great staff in the grooming salon. Excellent work and communication skills. Lizzy was our groomer and she is outstanding. Great assistance otherwise concerning food products from it appeared to be a manager. Knowledgeable about the product.

Worst experience ever! I had been in a car accident and had to reschedule my appointment via phone call they said that they could only get her in at 3:00pm I walk in at 3:11 the lady walks over to the counter at 3:15 and tells me my dog can’t get groomed because they close at 6:00pm she had no compassion and tried to tell me that I set the appointment online when I told her someone should’ve told me. She was so incredibly rude. I will never come back and I hope they find more competent and respectful people to work for them.

I was able to quickly find the dog food I needed and proceed to check out. Petco also sent me a 20% off coupon for this specific brand. They are doing a good job of tracking my purchases.

I am starting to see a recent trend at this store that is bothersome. A few weeks ago, they had some Wellness canned food for cats signed on sale by the manufacturer. When I went to pay for it, that price didn't come up. It was full retail price. They immediately started pulling the shelf tags, but at least the store manager at the time was willing to perform a sales override.Today, I attempted to purchase some cat litter that is priced regularly at $21.99, and it was tagged at $17.49 for Petco members (which we are). The shelf tags indicated the price was good through 2/1/2025. So, when I attempted to purchase the litter, I was told the cost was $18.99/bag.Nowhere on the shelf signage did I see $18.99. The sales clerk insisted I was getting the "sale" price and didn't even attempt to check with the store manager. I skipped purchasing the litter and left the store. I think I will take my business to Petsmart on the other side of 183A and probably deal with Chewy online rather than come back to this store. Very frustrating.

I had to stop by Petco in Cedar Park today, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible service provided by Dyani. I work in retail management and I admire employees who are passionate about the community they serve.Dyani not only assisted me with Vital Care Premier, for our aquatic pets but also went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed for Vital Care Premier for our dogs as well. She helped us sign up for both!Her exceptional service has undoubtedly earned Petco a loyal customer in us. Dyani she's a true champion of customer service, and I believe she deserves all the recognition for her outstanding hospitality. You've set the bar high for customer service!

As a new dog mom , I stepped into Petco not knowing what I needed from my shi tzu. I was assisted by a young lady named Dyani. She went above and beyond . She went into detail on all the products I had questions with. You can truly see she loves what she does. Plus, you can tell she loves animals. I'm so glad and happy I decided to go to this store and not another.

I arrived at Petco a few days ago with my seven year old daughter. We decided upon purchasing a pet mouse. Our CSR was SO helpful. He walked us through all the necessary items to having and creating a great home for our new friend. From the enclosure, bedding, watering bottle, food, to the spinning wheel, we checked out that day with all the needed items. Our little mouse now has a great home and is bringing our family much joy. It was the time and effort that the CSR gave us that allowed us to become educated on the needs of owning and caring for this small creature. Thank you!

Literally watched multiple people walk out of the store because the employees are nowhere to be found to help them or work the register.3:35pm on a Tuesday and I wait at a register for 5 min to no avail. Put my products up, left, and went to petsmart.Byeeeeee. 👌

I had a bad experience with the puppy training class at that store in Cedar Park . I registered my dog for a class, and on the day the class was supposed to start, the trainer called me to cancel because they couldn't attend. The second week, my dog had a "class" that was just conversation and nothing related to training. The third class was again canceled by the trainer, who said he wasn’t feeling well. The fourth class was also nothing about training, just talking about dog nutrition. I had paid for an intelligence training class, not a nutrition class. The fifth class was canceled again because the trainer went on vacation. That's when I complained and requested a refund. The store refused to refund me, so I had to continue in the class. Now, more than two weeks later, the trainer has resigned from Petco. The store didn't tell me anything or call me. I had to go to the store to find out, and they still didn't refund me anything. I am very disappointed that a company like Petco can steal money from customers who pay for a service they don't receive or that is incomplete. Petco has refused to refund me, even though they refused to provide the service I paid for.

I went to get my Samoyed groomed as scheduled and the staff wanted to shave his double coat without even listening to me as how it can negatively his health and ability to regulate his body temperature, especially in summer.They would not even attempt to brush him and said they refuse to groom him without shaving. I ended up walking out and just brushed him out with a slicker brush at home myself without the need to shave him and saved his coat.Waste of time and energy. Never will schedule a groom at this location again!

No one working up front. After several minutes, two finally came up and seemed bothered people were waiting to checkout. You don’t have to be nice, just don’t be rude. Cmon, it’s a pet store. Also, perhaps consider not wearing earbuds at work. Long time customer with 3 dogs. Just canceled our dog food auto-shipment and will get it elsewhere.

Super happy dwarf neon gourami!! They actually care for the fish at this Petco!! I saw 0 (zero) dead fish in their tanks!! Staff was helpful and captured these little guys without too much stress. 👍👍👍👍👍

This Petco is a smaller store and does not have as big a supply of items as other stores might. But staff are friendly and this is a nice store.

Petco has more reasonable prices than other pet stores. I love their signature pet food Whole Hearted because it is grain free and already has probiotics added into the blend. Although I wish they would have a resealable bag. They have periodic promos and also a reward program. They are my go to for dogs cat and fish.

Poor service. Just eanted to talk with each other, not help customers. Fish had white coating on them ' not many fish and lots of dead one floating. Not clean place.Went to Leander petco instead and was a night and day difference.

Excellent service! Maggie can be cranky & hard to deal with, but the staff took their time and trimmed her nails short & expressed her glands - Maggie doesn't like that.

My service got denied when I told the groomer that EU Passport is a valid document to prove rabies vaccine in the US as well. I also had my American vaccine record with me but she did not feel comfortable grooming my dog. Nothing happened just a conversation. No loud voice or unacceptable language were used. Maybe she was on her period :) If you want reliable service go somewhere else!

Groomers told me that they couldn't groom my dog because the equipment they use would kill her. (Bought 70$ trimmers from petsmart and did the job myself... guess what shes still alive) Ive also bought a faulty fish tank heater here that killed my fish. This place is 🗑
