Pet Paradise in Cedar Park, TX is absolutely incredible when it comes to taking care of Lilly, my beloved Boxer dog. From the moment we walked through their doors, I knew she would be in the best hands possible. The staff at Pet Paradise are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of every furry friend that enters their facility.First and foremost, the level of cleanliness at Pet Paradise is exceptional. The facility is always immaculate, which is a testament to the staff's commitment to providing a safe and hygienic environment for all the pets in their care. I can confidently say that Lilly has never been in a cleaner and more comfortable setting than Pet Paradise. What truly sets Pet Paradise apart is the attention and love they give to each and every pet. The staff members are attentive, compassionate, and treat Lilly as if she were their own. They understand her unique needs and preferences, ensuring that she receives personalized care and attention. From daily exercise and playtime to regular grooming and even special dietary requirements, Pet Paradise goes above and beyond to meet Lilly's individual needs.I also appreciate the variety of services and amenities offered at Pet Paradise. Whether it's the spacious and well-maintained outdoor play areas, the cozy and comfortable boarding accommodations, or the convenient grooming services, they truly have everything a pet owner could ask for. I can rest easy knowing that Lilly is not only well taken care of but also enjoying herself while she's there. The peace of mind that Pet Paradise provides is priceless. I never have to worry about Lilly's safety or well-being when she's in their care. The staff is always available to provide updates and answer any questions I may have, which further demonstrates their dedication to excellent customer service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Pet Paradise in Cedar Park, TX enough. They have exceeded my expectations in every way and have become an integral part of Lilly's life. If you're looking for a place that will truly treat your pet like family, look no further than Pet Paradise. They are simply the best.

My 3-year old Boston Terrier recently graduated from the Pet Paradise Dog Training 21-day program. He has improved dramatically and is much more calm. Most importantly, I have learned to be a better pack leader to a breed that is naturally hyper and stubborn. Madison, the trainer and K9 behaviorist at Pet Paradise Cedar Park is highly recommended. I continue with the training at home as taught and shown to me by Madison. It is a joy to see my dog to be a more confident dog. I'll be back on the weekends to continue to bring my dog to Pet Paradise for a couple of hours so that he can play with other pups in a safe and clean environment. I like that there are web cams, a big yard, dog suites, in-door play areas, and a doggie swimming pool. Most importantly, the folks are friendly. If needed, there is also an in-house veterinary clinic. Thank you to the staff at Pet Paradise Cedar Park for taking care of my Rossi during his 21-day board and train.

There is no option that I can give rating in negative else that would be the best rating I could have given.I suppose to drop my pet on Friday evening at 3 PM and I know last minute things are so much into rush. Hence I visited their place on Wednesday to show all my vaccine and paperwork. What they found my pets bought Allah vaccine has been expired and they suggested me if at all I cannot get that before Friday. They have a wet they can provide vaccine for my pet Or else they will visit the place I usually go and get the vaccine for my pet.It sounds so amazing, isn’t it?I felt the same way how good these people are.But my experience got shattered.I connected with my regular and came to know The Bordetella vaccine is missing for my pet and there is no appointment till Saturday noon.So I thought of checking with pet Paradise and informing them that please tell your vet to provide this vaccine to my Pet.The day I need to travel and I supposed to drop my pet by 3 PM Am trying to connect these people from morning 9 o’clock being in the call for Almost 30 minutes I realize it’s better. I can provide my number and they will give me a call back which option has been given when I was in hold.I waited couple of hours and finally I called them around 1 o’clock to see What’s going on this connected with the vet line of pet paradise and the lady who pick up the car she said no without this vaccine we cannot take your pet. Our vet is in vacation till Tuesday. We cannot provide the vaccine at all and I was like oh my God what should I do now can I connect with your people who confirm me that they will take my dog or take me to the other place where I usually go.She finally ready to give my number to one of the manager and finally Manager called me.He started saying sorry we cannot do anything. We cannot take your dog without these vaccine and apologies that somebody gave you a wrong Information.I would like to say that it is not someone who gave me wrong information. The information has been given to me in your front desk. When I came to your office to meet them Documentation. This is not at all professional attitude. It’s really a bad bad experience of very bad experience because last minute I Had to search a seater for my pet.But yes, the manager did not took the responsibility, nor with the tone they actually felt sorry .This was a terrible experience, and I will never recommend anyone for this place. When you office your front desk People don’t know the rules and giving me wrong information I am Going that place again Or refer anyone.

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to ensure the information was accurate. These people do not properly feed the animals, nor do they take the dogs out for proper potty breaks. The cameras of course do not work, and you cannot see what they are doing to your dogs. When I dropped off my dogs at this location, I provided two additional days of food in case of emergency. The food was to be refrigerated. I do not believe they fed my dogs at all. I believe my dogs stayed in the rooms the entire time without being taken out. All three of my dogs had a strong odor of urine upon pick up. One of my dogs was in a completely different room due to his anxiety and still smelled like urine. When I picked him up, the floor was soaked in urine. It was disgusting! My dogs never use the restroom in the house or at other boarding places. I asked them about the food, and they stated they did not have any left. My dogs were sick when I picked them up. Since this happened, I boarded my dogs at two other places on different occasions to see if the same result would occur. The boarding was totally different. I got food back after dropping them off, my dogs were not sick, and NONE of my dogs smelled like urine.I trusted pet paradise in Cedar Park with my dogs because I had previously boarded my dogs at the pet paradise in Houston, they gave us cards that included the dogs progress, and they allowed us to see the dogs on camera for play time while we were away. None of them got sick or smelled like urine upon pick up in Houston. These people in Cedar Park should be ashamed of themselves. This is animal cruelty.

Glad we had Bo neutered a few weeks ago or he would not have been able to go to daycamp here. It’s one of the newest places for dogs in Cedar Park & it’s massive! I think they have at least three pools they also board dogs &cats as well as offering daycare programs for half or full days. They have a vet there, they can do grooming there and an abundance of other add-on services! It was Bo’s first time there. They offer a free assessment and day if you’ve never been there before. They advised that if we did not hear from them, that was a good thing, as it meant that Bo met the criteria of “playing well with others”, and could stay for the rest of his day as planned. They are very flexible schedule wise -we had originally planned to bring him from 9:30 to 5 PM but I decided that I wanted to pick him up at 2:30 instead , as with all our dogs when they go for the first time I get anxious as I’m hoping they’ll have a good experience. We did not get a tour in person of the facility. I did ask and if we do decide to board at any time we can go and see that area of the facility before we make a decision, they have a lot of information online including videos. One of the things I love is that they have multiple live cameras that run the entire time the daycare is operating and you can switch around until you find your dog to see what they are up to. When we went to pick Bo up, He was running around the main pool, which is in the front of the building near the reception area, he was with a pack of several dogs and was obviously having a good time. I could tell he was wet, but wasn’t sure exactly what he did in terms of going in the pool. There was an attendant inside the pool area with the dogs at all times and she was helping to keep the peace if there were any issues.Overall, it looked like the dogs were fairly well behaved for that many. The lady who checked us out was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I really appreciated all the information she gave us.It put me at ease and we will be bringing Bo back at least weekly!

Well, we really just been wanting our dog to get groomed. They informed us they could not groom our dog until his vaccinations had been updated. And they conveniently have a vet clinic attached to their facility. So we accepted bringing our dog to their vet. The vet informed us that our dog had an ear infection. They prescribed medication and requested a follow up appointment. I completed the follow up appointment but then they said they wanted another follow up appointment. Apparently not everything had healed. I understand these large eared dogs get infections in the ear sometimes but do we have to turn this into a $500 affair? Each of these follow up appointments cost us $100. We did not perform the follow up to the follow up.Finally it was time for the grooming. We have been trying to schedule the groomer since January. So we were excited to finally be on the schedule for end of March. I showed up with my dog and they told us the appointment had been canceled. They said that they had texted and left a voice message. When I checked my phone, they had texted just one hour previously. So we are a few hundred dollars into this and still our dog has not been groomed. This place can do better. We chose Pet Paradise because they are located close to us. But now I’m happy to drive longer distances to a different clinic that will hopefully provide more honest and reliable service.

Beautiful and spacious place. I love that I’m able to see my fur daughter all day (except when she’s resting) and every time she’s out playing with other dogs. All the staff I’ve dealt with so far, especially the assistant manager, are very nice and courteous. My Bebe really enjoys being there and you can see how all dogs are happy and playing all the time on the webcams they have available.I especially love the pool as my Bebe has arthritis and I like her to swim. She’s yet to go in but the assistant manager was really sweet and said next time she comes in, they will go in with her if they need to, to get her to swim.I love how accommodating they are and how they seem to truly love and care for the dogs.

Our experience here has been wonderful from the start! We use their day camp service and have previously used their grooming service. I don’t think they have a groom at this time since when I called in Nov ‘23 they were looking for one but directed me to their other location.Overall, that staff is great and I trust that my dog is being well taken care of. They encourage them to play and you can tell the dogs have fun. Previous place we would use would put the dogs in kennels when they played too much or high energy.Pet Paradise has great areas with lots of space for the pups to let out their energy, year round! We love it here.

Best place for your dog.I take mine for play dates and they love it.The place is huge and has different pools, there’s always someone from the staff there.I love the cameras so I can check on my pack a few times during the day.First day is free so it’s a good deal to get to know them.

My pup loved this place! Very clean (it smells so good when you walk in) with friendly happy staff. I appreciated the cameras so I could check on him throughout the day. You can tell the staff love animals and enjoy what they do. They allow for early drop off which works out perfectly because I’m a nurse that works long hours. My pup smelled so good when I picked him up and was smiling ear to ear! He is so worn out and will definitely be sleeping hard tonight haha. I highly recommend this place for daycare and will be coming back regularly!

My dog has been attending the resort at pet paradise since January and we couldn’t be happier with the service and peace of mind that the team provides. My dog is always excited every morning when we arrive and step in those doors. Christi and her team are always professional and attentive to whatever concerns or needs I have as a dog dad. We love it here and we’re not going anywhere else!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE. My dog came back 5 pounds lighter, smelling of urine, and seemed like she had been traumatized. She is also sick and throwing up. If you love your dog do not send them here. I decided to give this place a try and I will certainly not be going back.

This was my puppies first introduction to other dogs and he was allowed by staff to be bullied and traumatized. I asked them to please help him socialize gradually but instead he was bullied into a corner and left there just watching. He tried several times to get off the block and the corgi, bulldog or both together bullied him back to the corner. I’m so hurt that he was traumatized. He got home and went right to the backyard because he had diarrhea from being so stressed out. I canceled my reservation for his stay this weekend and I am just going to take him on my trip with me so I know he’s safe. The staff should have mitigated the bullying. I’m so disappointed

I liked that they had cameras to watch your fur babies after you drop them. The first time my baby played in tiny town for 3 days of the week I left him then didn't play the last 4 days. The second time I dropped him you could tell he didn't want to go. Even jumping over the wall to get back to me. So all day (boarded for 1 night) I checked the cameras every hour to see if he got 1 hour of play time. He didn't get let out of his room for 24 hours. I understand bc he isn't neutered but at least play with him don't leave him alone for that long. I was very disappointed and when I asked if he got play time I got "I don't know I didn't play with them yesterday so I can't tell you or help you." I will not be going back unless I absolutely have to. Other then that I will be looking for another daycare/ boarding

Since discovering this place my wife and I have used it often and love it. They’re very professional and attentive, and they are always so happy to see our dog.My only “complaint” is that the hours for daycare are a bit limited, with pickup times they are too early to allow us to use them for an evening out. Weekend hours are also truncated. We use them for boarding quite often, however, and trust them completely.

Boarded our dog, the facility looks great. We went in to schedule our reservation staff was friendly but all over the place. The day we took our dog in they didn’t have our reservation. Good thing they had vacancies. We booked the vip suite. That night we looked at the cameras our dog was no where to be found. In the morning we saw them set him up in the VIP room. When we picked him up, we were told they didn’t know why that had happened. My husband called after we left the facility. Our dog was stressed and throwing up and stomach issues. The manager said they had put him in a non vip room and was going to look into it. We were refunded only partial. We’ve boarded our dog at different boarders in the area and never had this issue or him being stressed. Would not recommend this location.

Our older dog lost almost 20% of her weight over her weeklong stay and was lethargic for days upon our return. This is the second time we boarded our dog with them, the first time for 3 days and the second time for 7 days. We are used to a tired dog after boarding, but this was something different. The person at the front desk said it took a few days for her to start eating regularly, but the truth feels like it was quite different for a 57 lb dog to lose 10 lb in a week. After two days not eating at home, we now know she has liver failure - we are still trying to understand why. With vets on site, frankly our expectations for care were much higher. After reading the other reviews, this facility is clearly focused on good looks and does not prioritize pet care. Maybe good for young resilient dogs or daycare, but that is not the services they advertise and offer. We will not return and would discourage others from boarding dogs here.UPDATE: Our dog was diagnosed with hepatitis, which she likely caught during this stay. We reached out to notify Pet Paradise about the infection, as a followup to the Google review response requesting more information but have not heard back in the week since. Kind of a bummer since our dog almost died...

We recently lost one of our dogs and brought our remaining dog for a day of play. She had a great time. They have cameras you can see the play areas. It is difficult on the camera to see which one is your pet but we could tell the way she was playing.

One of the worst boarding facilities I have ever seen! When I went for a tour, the facility smelled like pee and when looking at example suites, you see dogs that have pee and feces in their room. Isn't it the associates job to make sure every dogs room ESPECIALLY a suite you're showing as an example to be clean when giving a tour?!? I'd rather hire someone to watch my dog at my own home instead of bringing them here.

We have done both day camp and boarding here for our 2 dogs over the past year and they love going. They can't wait to get out of the car- no shaking, no apprehension. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Being able to check in on the cameras is certainly a plus. The facility is beautiful!

Boarded our two English bulldogs back in June 16-24, with specific instructions to not let them in the pool area unless it was very shallow, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES don’t put life vests on them and let them in the 3 foot pool. Our instructions were ignored, both dogs put in the pool with life vests, and both dogs have incurred emergency vet visits and developed pneumonia, just posting now because still having after effects from the pool 2 months later. Our female had to be taken to an emergency vet visit because her stitches burst open, and pet paradise, or Pet Hell would be more accurate, was told do not let her get wet. Our male bulldog developed hot spots and then pneumonia both so severe they required emergency vet visits. Our female developed hot spots and pneumonia also. So after paying $2485 for boarding, of which they were kept in the rooms with little to no interaction for all but the two days prior to them developing hot spots, and we also left $300 of dog treatsWe never saw them get and were not returned to us, and now $6305 in vet bills, we were offered about $180 to cover the vet bills when they were there. Terrible service, terrible people, terrible company. Pet Hell, misnomered as Pet Paradise, will be sued.

If you love your animal do not go here! I have sent my dog here twice both times VIP and I have had to call to get them TWICE to put on my dogs sheets. Also, thank god I was able to get a hold of someone because they never answer their phones. I brought my dog home on Tuesday after being boarded for the holiday weekend and as soon as we saw her she looked sick and she had a sneezing attack in the facility before leaving right in front of the staff and they said NOTHING. NOT ONE person contacted me to tell me she wasn't feeling good, received no reports on how my dog did and we paid GOOD money to get the VIP suite to make our dog comfortable. I also was told they bathed her on Monday without zero knowledge. We asked for a bath on Tuesday right before we picked her up, but that didn't happen. Also, every time we logged on to the play areas my dog was nowhere to be found. I called and called and no answers. I am so unbelievable disappointed in this facility. We pay good money for our animals to be taken care of and I have no idea when my dog started to get sick. The vet diagnosed her with kennel cough (mind you, she's vaccinated) and is now on antibiotics, probiotics, and a pill to help with her VERY upset stomach. This turned out to be a very costly weekend and I am very angry that not one person updated me. Never going here again and I'd advise the same for whoever is interested in this location.

This was our second and last time boarding our dogs with Pet Paradise in Cedar Park. The first time, we added "furever connect" at drop-off but never received any of the promised, daily report cards. We also paid extra for additional, one-on-one playtime but found out when we picked them up, that the facility thought that meant we didn't want group play and only did the one-on-one play. So, we essentially paid extra for less interaction. Disappointing, but perhaps my mistake for not clarifying. With our most recent reservation, I added one-on-one playtime again and noted that we wanted this in addition to group play. Double checked at the front desk to make sure that was in the system. Checked the cameras in the play area daily but never saw our dogs - at pickup, they said our dogs seemed too nervous on the first day so they only did the one-on-one play - meaning they only had playtime one time each day over a 5 day stay. Did I mention that they're dobermans? When I picked them up, they both smelled like urine. Not sure how this is possible with two completely potty-trained dogs in an indoor/outdoor suite but they had clearly been walking through pee during their stay. The last, and final reason we will never return is that I sent both dogs with daily medication for their stay. They each had exactly what they needed, plus detailed instructions, for their 5 mornings - they both came home with two days worth of medication that had not been administered.

We came for boarding and was met with a very helpful employee. Made an appointment to get my dog groomed while she was there before she came home. When I went to pick her up 3 days later she wasn’t groomed as the appointment we made when we first dropped her off. They then said they called about the groomer not being there I never received a call. When I went to go see her in the back I then overheard an employee tell another one to make sure that her cage was clean. So we couldn’t say if it was dirty . That’s ridiculous to think that my dog could have possibly been in poop or pee all those days when they’re supposed to be taking care of her. Isn’t that what I’m paying for? They then told us they had to wash her before they bought her to us which is fine but why wasn’t this done prior to our scheduled pick up time. They turned her over soaking wet. I’m very disappointed and WONT be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you care about your pets!!!!!

We have been sending our dog to pet paradise since the week they opened near us. they are the most expensive dog day boarding in this area. there have been some incidents before but nothing too major. this time, our dog came back home with a bruised lip, a cut in the corner of his eye and an injury to his paw (he was limping). During pick up, when we asked the person at the desk, they simply said it's just a bruise that he probably got from playing in the pool. once we got home and observed him closely, that's when we discovered the other injuries, clearly indicating he was attacked. We understand scuffles do happen, but the fact that their staff did not inform us of it when it happened or during pick up was careless. I then called multiple times requesting to speak to the manager to understand what can be done to prevent this in future but was told 5 times that she will be calling me back. I never received that call back even after narrating the story to whoever answered the call at the front desk. their service is why I am giving them this low rating. Accidents happen but they definitely could have atleast made us feel better by returning our calls.

Was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed! A girl named Sam took good care of my poodle. I learned so much from her and she gave amazing advice. Her work was one of the best I've ever seen, my little lady has never looked this good. She truly is talented and a well educated groomer. Will definitely be coming again!

I will never stop raving about pet paradise. I bring my 2 dogs in every single week, sometimes even multiple times a week. They come back home happy, healthy, and tired! I can tell the staff there loves their job and are always very attentive. They also do amazing work for the community! We will continue to come back! see y’all next week!

Madilyn, and Tracy are not training their team, they have them sadly drowning and firing their staff left and right, they are not working on it. Sadly this company is throwing there associates in departments that weren’t the agreement and firing them if they say something about it. they are in the break room most of the time and never in the front they only pop out when there going home if looking for a job please know not what the job description says verbal or written. My pup (miniature schnauzer) went in for the "meet the fam" day. When I dropped her off they seemed to go very slow with her as she was kinda nervous. When I came in later to pick her up, they had a cute little report card with some booklets of info for other services. They were really honest about her experience telling me that she was shy most of the day and kept to herself. The front desk staff also gave me suggestions on how I can help her become more comfortable with new dogs and people.p.s. she came home smelling like blueberries.
