I just love HEB! They always have everything you could want at a good price, in addition to lots of organic options. I wouldn't say it is cheap (what is cheap these days...), but you get quality items, especially the HEB brand things. Their bakery also has a lot of fun items, and they do custom cakes.I love how many different kinds of items the store offers, from home goods, to beauty, seasonal items, etc, it is definitely a one-stop-shop (for the most part).

Thank you Gabe in the fish department for making me salmon burgers today without all the filler stuff I cannot eat. I had gone to other HEBs including our neighborhood one on McNeil & Palmer, if they could make plain ones for me and was told NO.Thank you so much!! these taste amazing! Wanna know why we Spent $300 dollars here 9pm store pretty empty only. 1 register open we pay and a nerdy timid guy at door uses Electric cart stop remote to stop our cart. And a cologne filled greasy hair Uber driver looking grocery store manager standing behind us. Wanting to see our receipt. When we literally just walked from register?? In a store with 1 register? We give receipt to the help and they confirm it’s good….? Great job grocery store worker people

We normally shop at the HEB in Leander but were in this area and decided to stop by. I am so glad we did. Everything was easy to find but what stood out to me the most was an employee named Ken. He was sampling a dip and drinks. He was so incredibly nice and considerate. I would go out of my way to shop here based on his work etiquette alone. Keep him around! Thanks again Ken for being so sweet to my mom and I! We’ll be back soon!

This place was good before COVID. Now they employ lot of irresponsible amateur young employees who absolutely not focused on customers. I was billed $14 for some stuff I did not purchase. The worst is I went to customer care the next day to get a refund and the lady at the desk said they need to find what they have billed for. I waited for almost 30 min and they said they are still looking. Asked me to wait. I said I cannot wait further and tried to explain again this is something I have not purchased and I would appreciate a refund. They didn't listen and I left. Never allow this business to monopolize Austin.

Returning to Austin, Texas after 34 years was unbelievable! The city has grown 5x's its size, but the quality and service is the same! Love, love this store and the environment and staff were great! Definitely will return sooner now. I'm amazed at this store is still as I remember, great products,great service and great prices!!!

Really like HEB has friendly cashiers and people to help assist in bagging your purchased items. You can also find workers in the aisles to assist in finding items you cannot locate. Plus prices are very comparable to the so called discount stores.

This HEB has become awful in the last 4 years and it did not used to be this way. On Veterans Day evening, the only open entrance didn’t have red, while and blue like I expected. It had a huge yellow display of flowers for a religious holiday from a completely different country. My jaw dropped to the floor! The HEB up the road didn’t have that display and the manager said “we celebrate all religious holidays” when I asked about it. Disrespectful to the men and women who fought for this country so that we can be all feel and be free and live here. FAIL!! Found a new HEB!!

This HEB is at a very busy intersection but provides everything you could need for yourself or the family. Coupons are regularly available and sometimes come with an extra perk like discounts on two related items. There is a large cheese and deli section at this HEB. Staff is friendly. If you plan to exit south, it's easier to exit towards the west back and take the neighborhood roads than the major frontage.

Never overcrowded except holidays and snowzillas. Clean, well organized, convenient parking, nice staff. Would appreciate the salad bar and bigger daily selection like in Central Market. Other than that we find everything we need at this store. HEB gas station always has the best prices around. Ordering online with a home delivery is easy and convenient too. Never missed anything from my order.Update January 2024: Got a couple of items missed from my order. Filled complain through HEB app. Got my money back. Still doing shopping at HEB

My favorite H‑E‑B. Always seems better stocked than the much closer 620/O’Connor H‑E‑B. Definitely more space for shoppers, making the shopping experience better. Most of all though are the employees. I am never disappointed after an interaction with an employee at this store. In general employees are willing to help and are friendly about it. Thanks!

You should have posted warning signs about your new cart stops. I was returning my EMPTY cart because you were out of what I needed. Had I known, I would have left the cart wherever. I have two compression fractures which cause me a lot of pain as it is and now this left me in pain and crying in your parking lot. Cart stops won't stop theft and now because of your failure to warn customers, I have whiplash.

The best HEB of them all! The staff is more positive and humorous here than any of the other 20+ stores I've gone to, which makes it my favorite place to shop. I have not seen a cleaner HEB facility. It is an important part of our neighborhood. Did you know you can renew your car registration here? A cashier clued me in to that. I am not a shopper, but I very much enjoy going to this store.

HEB is okay...Walmart is cheaper on alot of things though.I pretty much only get my dog's food here but have shopped for groceries as well.Employees are friendly and helpful...not always so at Wal-Mart.

Forgot a bag of ice that I bought at another heb 30 minutes from here. Stopped here hoping if I showed my receipt and gave a simple explanation (even made a small purchase), it would be an easy fix. All the employees seemed to be ready to help. 5 stars for them! The manager Li however was the exact opposite and gave me a robotic speech about how each store keeps inventory on their ice. She added if I was returning a bag of ice it would be ok. Seriously! Who returns ice 🤣?! Anyway, I went 3 blocks up to another heb on Whitestone and the manager there was so nice and understanding. Got my ice and kept my morning going. LI NEEDS SOME MORE TRAINING!!!

I haven't had a bad experience at a HEB yet. At this one when I was checking out the person bagging my groceries suggested that I try some of the Red Bull flavors because she thought I might like it since I liked Red Bull. I did and it did taste good, not sure it is good for my health since now I want to drink Red Bull even more but I appreciated the suggestion.Also, a more subjective points, well stock, very good produce, very clean, friendly people, and though still hard to find someone to help you still much better than Walmart

I didn't know HEB is thing until i was in Texas, I guess they are only in Texas. They have pretty good groceries they are bit expensive when compared to walmart but you get what you paid for. I would definitely suggest anyone.

So my hubs asked for a cake that read "Happy 44th Sarah" It was handed it back with just the 44th. My hubs said can you add the name. Bakery guy said there is no room. "Maybe initials?? This is what he got. Maybe write it yourself if you want writing... Oh and there is chocolate cake and icing on my (reused) vanilla cake box. Wow just, wow HEB.

Today I realized I don't express how much I appreciate this HEB! Alicia in beer/ wine is amazing and has the most knowledge I have ever seen. She is extremely accommodating and she is the reason my husband buys beer at HEB instead of Total Wine. Such a great selection and she is always on the prowl for the latest and greatest. HEB is so lucky 🍀 to have her ! LOVE OUR LOCAL HEB❤️

Free donut. Free potato chips. And where does this happen? When you walk inside the door by the fresh produce section. Lol!!! I totally love everything else about this store, the variety and freshness of food, the friendly and likeable people working there. I just wish they'd stop camping people out in front of the door by the healthy food, pushing free unhealthy treats. Why not "free container of blueberries or strawberries" instead? Camp out in the middle of the cookie or potato chip aisle if its junk food you are pushing. Give healthier options for people who are trying to avoid junk food who walk in that door.Yeah, I know....just say no. Its always harder when its free, and there is no getting through that door without being jumped on.

HEB treats customers with disabilities inhumane. The people pictured surrounded my basket after I requested to speak to the manager about how they are working with people with disabilities getting into the store without waiting in line. Apparently they only consider people with wheelchairs, walkers, or elderly as disabled. In addition to this, they have their flashlight cop making the determination as well. I have contacted customer service at the corporate # and no one has presented a resolution to this. This occurred on 3/17/20. JUSTIN, was the rude manager pictured in the black shirt. I called the store while in line and he told me to go up front and tell the security guard and he would let me in. Apparently the security guard did not believe me so I gave him my cell phone WITH the manager on it. The end result was 3 people coming out the store surrounding my basket (pictured) and me being demanded to get at the end of the line or leave. When asked why do I need to go back in line when 15+ people just passed me, Justin said, "Because you got out". Evidently he forgot he told me to get out of the line and go up front....I did not yell, no curse, nor make a scene for them to be treated inhumane.
