I've been taking my two elderly dogs to this location for a couple years now. My dogs are both 13, one has had a hip replacement and spinal surgery so he cannot stand for more than a couple minutes at a time. The owner comes in to groom them and they do a wonderful job. They can usually get me in within a couple days and the prices are very fair. They do a great job grooming them as well. I think the reason for less than a 5 star is due to previous owners because I've had nothing but a great experience with this place.

It was our first time visiting this self-wash dog spa. Shout out to Ashley for your assistance! If you’re looking for a nice environment and affordable place to wash your dog, this is the place! Shampoo (provided), brushes (provided), towels (provided) and blow dryer (provided). No one is rushing you to finish! Other services are offered, but we did not add any other services during this visit. We will be coming back for more!

Wonderful!We are traveling the country in our RV with our kids and our Corgi. The self serve tubs were amazing and EVERYTHING was provided.✅body wash✅face wash✅ear cleaner✅pink wash collar✅ multiple towels✅ apron for me✅great tub, pressure, water temperature, and✅clean and invitingMost IMPORTANT- she was child friendly and went out of her way to help me get my boys settled so I could wash the dog😍.

I was so impressed with the gals here today. The girl at the front desk ( can’t spell her name but it’s the number 7)☺️ and Hannah were absolutely amazing today. My furbaby was in miserable condition when we arrived and when I picked her up, she was literally a different dog❤️. They spent time with me discussing different options available to help my girl. I will never take my girl anywhere else for grooming. Thanks so much ladies. Hope you have a blessed day!

100% recommend Dog Wash Spa. I have a Aussie labradoodle and the first time I took my pup there, let's just say they saved me. I tried taking care of her matting situation on my own and I made a mess. They were so incredible in communicating with me all they were going to do, and not only they fixed the horrible job I made, they took really good care of my pup, with so much love. This was a weekend , and they didn't have any appointments, but when they saw how desperate I was, they took her in and stayed until almost 8 pm to help us.They gained a customer for life. I took her again for her second grooming appointment yesterday and she came back so happy and excited. I trust them, and I absolutely recommend them.

10/10 would recommend!!! My Sausage kolache suffers from anxiety, and arthritis and they always make sure to make her feel comfortable esp that she can be difficult sometimes. They took good care of my fur baby. And her coat feels AMAZING and soft each time. Thank you dog wash for your service will be back again!😀

My dog has a pretty decent sized and deep cut that we were not informed about at all when picking up after grooming. It looks like it was glued together at the grooming visit and it’s opened back up today, really confused and unhappy as to why we weren’t informed that this happened.

AMAZING!!!! I went looking for the full package nails trimmed, ear cleaning, shed control, a bath, teeth cleaning and a hair cut. Chris was wonderful with communicating to me about what we were gonna do and price range!! I have a 2 year old fox terrier that has a bunch of hair! He came out looking amazing! My expectations were excited and it’s budget friendly! To top it all off I had called around all of round rock and cedar park and everyone was booked including Chris but he still made the time to get my Shiloh in!FANTASTIC!!!!!I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE THATS LOOKING FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Rude staff and unapologetic for wrong service! Don't ever take your dog to this place EVER! I brought my Chow with ger beautiful hair and ask them to cut it and when I came to pick her up, I didn't recognize her! I asked for a cut and they shaved all of her fur abd was unapologetic n rude! When i called n asked for a refund on the haircut, the guy was sooo rude and hanged up on me! Unbelievable!!!!! Look at what they did!!!!! Unacceptable!

This was our first experience with Chris & the Dog Wash spa & the last.We picked our 5 month old puppy up SHAVED.After we specifically spoke with the owner about the hair cut we wanted & showed a photo of the hair cut we wanted. But because it was a Saturday and they didn’t have time to cut the hair properly they told us our puppy was matted and couldn’t get a u comb through her so due to not having enough time They shaved her, she has straighter hair and two of the professional trainers we work with who brushed our dog that week confirmed our puppy was NOT MATTED .Their undercoat helps protect them from the elements.By shaving them down you destroy all natural protective properties their coats offer them.You also increase the chances of bug bites, sunburns, and other skin irritations.Goldendoodle puppies and flat coat Goldendoodles should both NOT be shaved.Shaving the coat completely can also actually damage your Doodle’s coat and it may never grow back quite the same again. This is especially true if you shave a puppy under nine months old and our puppy is 5 months old!!The groomers excuse was that she was matted but it’s not the truth and he knows it.It was the fast way to shave her instead of cutting her and he said it himself

I cannot express how much I love this dog grooming spa. Everyone that I’ve spoken to here has been kind, but the blonde girl with tattoos has been EXCEPTIONALLY kind both times I’ve been in. I first brought in my 65 pound collie mix and she’s pretty shy but she was so kind to her and spoke softly to gain her trust, my dog was so giddy when I picked her up I know she was taken care of well. My second trip she was just as kind and even more so she was understanding Mr.Marti shown in the photo had mats, my mom struggles with getting him groomed regularly as he has bad anxiety. She was still kind no judgment only care for marti and gave me a realistic expectation of what his grooming outcome would be. Not only that but both times I have called the same day, you just can’t get that anymore! (Of course I recommend calling in advance and scheduling as they were busy and did I feel a HUGE favor).I will be a life long customer here without a doubt.

Unfortunately, my dogs were matted, and I thought they would have to be shaved to the skin, but the groomer took the time to cut their hair within an inch of the skin, which I consider a win. Thanks for not taking the easy way out and shaving my dogs.... other salons wouldn't be as patient,

They cut my dog's belly and rectum and chopped up his little mustache. I previously had referred people to them but NO more. My dog went to them 5 days ago and his cuts are still sore. 💔

This is our third try at this place and we are very disappointed. They don’t care about fur babies and only try to save time. Every time we leave our baby here, he comes home with major razor burns. This time it’s so bad that poor baby is not able to walk properly due to pain and itching. We have clearly told them not to cut his hair too short and not use razor on the skin. But they just do what they want without caring about customer request. My little baby is suffering because of them. If you care about your fur baby, stay away from this place.

This is definitely the place to take your furry loved ones. My idiot potato got a blow out (he's a shepherd mix) and he looks amazing. Both my dogs smell and look really good every time. Definitely found my new place since there are so many other dog groomers around who do a terrible job. Not this place. Keep Austin (and Cedar Park) Weird! Support local business!

Appears their hours have changed. 4pm on a tuesday & they were closed (used to be open until 5pm). There are no hours posted on the front door. Maybe they closed permanently?

I have been going here a little over a year and they are incredible. I mostly use the self wash stations and have my dog's nails filed. They are always incredibly kind when it comes to dealing with stressed out dogs and have been more than accommodating. If you have a husky, the self wash station is AMAZING for the in-between grooming sessions. Not having the deal with the dog hair blowout in my own bathroom has been a gamechanger.

I recently took my furry friend to Dog Wash Spa Cedar Park and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Called yesterday to see if Dog Wash had an open appointment for my cat within the next few days. They were very kind and actually fit him in within the hour and went over everything they were going to do - my cat is older and hasn’t been grooming very well lately, so he needed a little extra care. When I arrived, they took a minute to get to know my cat and let him stay up front in his carrier until they finished grooming the dogs. They texted me about 30 minutes before he was ready and he was ready to go when I arrived about 20 minutes later.I was concerned the grooming would be traumatic for my older cat, but he came home very calm. I really appreciate the care they took with my cat.

Love This Place & The Family that owns it. We have been coming here for years, loved the last owners. Then it was sold, and The New Owners rolled up their sleeves and gave the shop the TLC it needed! Lots of up grades and is extremely clean. I am a crazy dog mom, and I 100% trust and love this place. If you have a dog, big or small, this is your place! I have short hair dogs so do not use the grooming services but have seen them in action and they are very loving and love their craft. They will even dye you dog a fun color if you want. Thank you Cedar Park Dog Wash for treating my fur babies like you own!

Amazing ,quick service washed Queenie and trimmed her nails. Great staff , attention to details, gentle and loving with Queenie. Took about 45 minutes perfect to drop off and shop nearby. Cost about $44
