Shear Excellence Dog Grooming Academy (SEDGA) lives up to its name and is a wonderful complement to the Dog Alliance. Annissa is a highly skilled and compassionate instructor who takes her time with pups while she is demonstrating grooming techniques.My pup has participated in the modeling grooming program on multiple occasions has received high-quality grooming each time. As a bonus, at pick-up, students will walk you through what they did and why. I am not familiar with any other programs of this caliber in the Austin area and highly recommend both the grooming academy and the modeling programing.

I found SEDGA right after I took an early retirement from my corporate world job. I’m so glad I did! Annissa is a wonderful instructor; always providing non-judgmental critique, always positive, and extremely knowledgeable. The school was a highlight of my week and now that I’ve graduated, I’m enjoying a second career that I love! All thanks to SEDGA and Annissa Austin.
