Consider it retail therapy with a side of 'Wait, did I really just buy a 10-pound bag of gummy bears?' Big Lots: because who needs a plan when you have a shopping cart and a sense of humor?"P.S- Need to mention Donna! She totally gets me, and she is the best! Treats everyone like family... but is also the reason I need a shopping cart instead of a basket when I go. 🤣🤣🤣

Convinient and good selection of cleaning supplies. Stopped in to get flossers and Swiffer. They didn't have flossers I like but, had plenty of Swiffer refills.

I'll be honest, the main reason we go to Big Lots is to cruise the clearance shelves. The only thing we found on clearance were some Mario Lopez workout accessories, which weren't very tempting, even at over 50% off. What happened to multiple shelves of snacks, drinks, toys, or household items at awesome discounts? It was so much fun to feel like we got a sweet deal on something, ANYTHING, at a time when the price for literally everything else is skyrocketing. In fairness, the store was quite clean, so there's that.

Absolutely loved this store ! Best customer service in a long time at a retail store! The manager and the cashier were so helpful and friendly helping me get my reward card set up. I went today around 2:30 and just wonderful! The store was clean and organized. I WILL return ! Ladies .. thank you for being so helpful and kind .

Thank goodness my sister introduced me to Big Lots. I love this store. Sometimes I just need one or two items but HEB is just too packed and I know Big Lots has it, that's definitely where I'm headed too.Big Lots has great customer service, very clean facilities, great prices and they stat relatively stocked on most items and you can get lucky with some items that randomly arrive at the store for a short time.Definitely one of my go to stores now and the prices are great!

I was next door to this store this last trip but they have good prices on what they're selling. Big Lots sells overstock and seconds for the most part. You just have to watch what you buy.

Don't let discount store fool ya, cause it's kinda expensive. Unless it's in clearance. Best thing about Big lots is you can buy furniture and make payments on it weekly or month. I'm not sure how it works today. Lots of furniture at a long time ago. It was good for me since I was on a server payroll.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. The employees were so nice and helpful. I found so many great items. They made public announcements supporting and thanking first responders doctors nurses and offer a 15% discount to them. I am so happy with everything I bought. I can't wait to go back.

Friendliest employees you will ever have the pleasure of meeting! Seriously, the customer service at this store is the best I've ever encountered. And not just one, or a few - EVERY single employee. They smile, they help, and they seem very happy to do so. The store itself is clean and well-stocked.

I just want to give the Cedar Park Location a thumbs up. Over 3 weeks ago, I think I had called probably every Big Lots stores in the surrounding Austin area. I had an usual request for my sister who lives in Houston , she was missing part to a lounge chair that got lost in a move. Every other store I called they were polite but I didn't feel hopeful that I would get any help. It wasn't until I spoke to Ann at the Cedar Park store and she listened very carefully to my request that she said she would do her best to help me. Ann took my name and phone and as many others had done it was a long shot. I was totally overwhelmed with happiness when I received a call from Ann this past weekend while I was in Houston and she told me she had kept my name and #. She found the part off a damaged chair. It was a miracle. My sister and I were ecstatic that Ann followed through. Today when I went to the store, I was greeted by the Big Lots staff, I knew Ann would not be there but Janie in the furniture department was expecting me. I have to give Ann and the staff at BIG LOTS my sincerest thanks and gratitude . It is great to know that there are still wonderful employees like Ann, Janie and Sharon the cashier that really care about their customers and provide exceptional service that gives customers like myself a reason to keep coming back to shop. Thanks a million.. Great Job Ann and thank you Janie! . You made my sister and I very happy.

Awful experience. I made my order on the 6th of April and paid for the same day delivery. They didn't deliver my order and didn't inform me about this (however I called them numerous times on the 7th of April). Only next day I clarified that delivery company couldn't pick up my order because Big Lots doesn't have this item in the particular store. I had to call to delivery company to clarify it myself. And when I asked Big Lots to send me the item from another store they told me that they can't do anything. Embarrassing...

Store interior has been improved greatly. It does not feel cramp with all the bulky items, but rather a very open feel. Items are reasonably priced. There are some good deals on certain days. Good selection of furniture and bedding. Staff are attentive and are always welcoming as soon as you step in the store and as you leave.

I just want to thank Janie (furniture dept) for everything that she did for us yesterday. She went an extra mile to help us get the daybed that we so much wanted and needed to get. From the minute that she greeted us at the furniture department to the very last that we spent there, she made sure that we had a great shopping experience. I want her and the rest of the staff at the Cedar Park store to know that we appreciate the outstanding customer service that we received at their store.

Super friendly staff. Had a blast shopping there. The store is organized well so items are easier to find there than at some other Big Lots I've visited. The staff seems to love their jobs, which made it a real pleasure. Parking is easy. I love the location.

This Big Lot's is clean, well organize, the staff are friendly, helpful, and if you need to return an item. No problem w/no receipt if your a rewards member. Store also carries so many nice home decor and goods for less. Def a place you like esp in savings.

We had not been here in years. Came in today to look at recliners. Ended up buying a very nice and comfortable rocking recliner for less than $200. Robert and Reina were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Huge selection of nice quality items at excellent prices. Very impressed with cleanliness and organization of store. We shop here once a month for our kid's lunch box supplies. Keep your eye out for coupons for up to $50 off $200. Got to keep an eye on the dates, but the store is always clean, check out staff helpful, and you can't beat the deals.

The store it self is always great with deals and well cleaned. But the Customer service at check out tonight was HORRIBLE. Not even the standard "Hey, hope you found everything ok" happened. Other times no problem always a repeat visit but tonight wasn't the best night.

The Big Lots is Cedar Park is great. Clean and well stocked. They always send coupon stuff and the quality of the merchandise has improved over the past few years. I even like their furniture.

One of my favorite store, always clean organised but the best thing about it is the customer service ,and specially the nicest lady I have ever meet Anne the lady in charge of the Fornuter stuff she is the right person in the right place , hope everybody learn from hear how to treat customer help them listen do her best to get you exactly what you want with big smile and very kind hearted.

What you can and can't find is hit or miss. Our store was recently updated and looks great. I love shopping there but be careful if you're looking for bargains. They are not always cheapest!
