Easy to set an appointment. They have good availability as there is a whole team of groomers. Dropped my dog off at 9 and picked up at 12. I love that my dog wasn’t there all day! They did a good job on the groom. They were up front about what was possible since my doggie was matted. I recommend!

Horrible Grooming Job left the dog half way groomed talking about she tried to make it even… it’s so uneven dog looks worse then before he even went.. will not be returning to this place ever for any grooming needs. Was charged $80 for just a bath… with an XS dog

The grooming staff is one of the nicest I've experienced in all of the many Petcos where my pup, (Rio, Shiba Inu) has been groomed. I travel from Dallas out to Cedar Hill because they take such good care of him and are so genuinely warm and welcoming. Love this team.

Customer service lacksFront desk doesn’t know how to engage with customers.They just leave you there standing and waiting even after the look up at you. Does not acknowledge the fact that you have entered.The cut for my yorkie was a decent cut but the lack of customer service will have me looking elsewhere!

They scalped my cocker spaniel. When we picked him up, he looked like a beagle. I have never been so disgusted. Then the store manager had the audacity to call and ask me about my experience because of the answer to my survey. I sent him an email showing him before and after. He has yet to respond or acknowledge my email. DO NOT BRING YOUR FURBABY to this place.

When I arrived, the workers added on a deshedding package that I didn’t ask for. Instead of the cashier taking it off when I asked, she told another worker who was trying to convince me to leave it on. She was like “you do realize it’ll be a bad job and he wont dry fast?” Ariel and Alex were both rude. How are you going add on a package to my total without asking first? I went to the Petco in Cedar Hill.

We have been using Petco Grooming Services with Ariel for years, always with the same perfect satisfaction. The Staff knows and loves our dog and always treats her with great care and patience and she always looks great after each grooming. We are moving out of town and will SORELY miss this Petco and hope to find another near our new home.

They were very kind and understanding of my dog's anxiety. My dog is a sweetheart, but gets fearful of new places, but she opened up and was cheery when we went to pick her up. Fast and diligent, and her claws looked fabulous. My only issue is that she was so anxious she had some bathroom troubles when we got home, and since I've never been before, I'm not sure if it's something they did, a treat they gave her, or her just being scared. Hence the 4 star instead of 5. But still, excellent service!

Words can not express the awesomeness of the Petco staff in Cedar Hill,TX. Everyone needs a raise and or at least a bonus. Joey in doing a great job with the staff. It’s one big happy family. Buddy and I had yet another pleasant experience. We’ve already scheduled our appointment for next month.

Groomer said they were unable to gave my puppy a haircut because he was aggressive and tried to bite her. Hes a puppy and hardly has any teeth. He's the happiest puppy I know and was licking the groomer when she bought him to me so I highly doubt that happened. Complete service was supposed to be $40. He didn't get his hair cut and she still charged me $30 just for a bath!

Our German Shepard has a long hair and sheds a lot. The de-shedding service has helped to remove much of the undercoat and reduce the amount of hair our dog sheds in the house. I have compared this de-shedding service to that of PetsMart and the Petco de-shedding service has better results. I think its because of the time the groomer puts in that makes the difference.

I am beyond angry right now I showed up to my appointment for my baby when they tell me they have rescheduled her appointment but nobody bother to call, text or email to notify me of any changes they just expected me to know somehow.
