I'm writing this review in hopes that it helps to encourage owner to get it together. I have been driving to the Wycliff location in Dallas from DeSoto to shop for our fur babies for many years. Finding out that we had a new store in our backyard was very exciting. I brought in one of our three for a bath and to buy dog food. The water heater wasn't working....learned this after starting the washing process. Next issue, blow dryer didn't work!When I was checking out I brought up the two issues and both men working the cash register just stood and looked at me. After a few minutes they went on as if it never happened. The store already looks as if no one is truly in charge. Sadly I doubt I will return to this location!!

Let me just say if I could give zero stars I would. 1st I came in the day before to kind of gauge the place and see if I could come by and get my fur baby a fresh cut because it had gotten a little warm a couple of weeks ago. I went into the Pet supplies and went straight to the grooming area. There was a customer there before me who I didn't know was a customer because she greeted me before the actual workers in the grooming area did. She, the customer, went on to talk to me and pet my fur baby. There was a old man there with a young lady at rhe front of the grooming area. They were both looking confused at something on their computer never looking up really to greet me or ask me anything. I waited for about 10 to 15 min then then were finally finished with the lady in front of me. I still was not asked if I needed help or anything. So I asked their time and price for grooming and the told me and took my name and number. They asked if i wanted to set up a grooming appt i said yes and scheduled it for the next day then left the store. I kind of knew then this may not go well but I wrote it off as this is a new store and their just getting it together. I received a text for the appt and a follow up text the day i drop my fur baby off the next day but stayed close in the area so she would not feel tshe was alone with new people to long. When i picked her up i could not believe how awful her cut was. It looked like someone was cutting her in the dark.There was also this lady dressed like a man short and short hair with a very dark skin tone. She came and put her face in my dog'S face like she was trying to intimidate or threaten her. I pulled her away and I hadn't notice how scared my dog was acting until I got home. Before leaving they then had the nerve to charge me nearly $70. Tthey literally stood by the register right beside looking at me swipe my card . I gave them the 'can you give me some space' look but them just sit there. So when i got home with my little fur baby not only was she was weirdly quite and timid nothing like her usual playful very loud self. It took a full week to get her to eat, and stop wimpering literlly all day. I could tell she had been hit or something bad had happen to her. Her behavior changed so drastically and was nothing like her usual self. I literally had to coax her from under my bed. She would not come our she was so scared. I dont know what you all did to my dog but animal abuse is not acceptable ever. I will never be back to this location ever. Please hire professional groomers. And CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS GROOMER AND THEIR HARSH TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.

So happy I won’t have to drive to the Waxahachie location. Every here has been so kind and welcoming
