If you go to this store make sure you use cash! Twice after going to this store my debit card was compromised. Gave them the better of the doubt, a few days ago my daughter needed some things and she used a visa gift card. Is it a coincidence that unauthorized purchases were made?! I don’t think so!! Giving 1 star because I can’t put zero.

This store is a mess. The employees are standing around talking and playing on their phones. When they could be cleaning up. It sure would make it easier to find my dog's treats. If this ever got cleaned.The store is still a mess. They did hire some new employees. There's a young lady with strawberry blonde hair that's new. I don't know her name. She's very friendly and is always smiling. I believe she's one of the managers there. I would give you 5☆'s just for hiring her.

If you ever go to the store, pay attention to the cashier because she was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance. Went in there and ask her a question if she did not even bother to ask the manager, she immediately replied, and said no. Young looking girl I don’t know her name. Worse Customer Service I’ve ever received.

This store is just a mess, horribly stocked and also double check your receipts because the prices are not correct. I was charged different prices even though their label Stated buy this for $... The people running this place are a joke and clearly now thieves. Just close up already. this place a disaster

Refrigerated section is always broken, always short on staff / new faces every few weeks, half-unloaded product always blocking aisles, things incorrectly stocked in the dollar aisle with incorrect $1 prices, and apparently now they will just randomly block the door when unloading the truck delivery with no sign indicating why or an ETA.This store sucks and it really reflects poorly on Dollar General.

The new manager is hard-working and the cashier's on board now work hard to keep the store clean and provide wonderful customer service. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Jeannie(?) are AWESOME! They always greet you when you walk in and truly treat you like a friend. I used to avoid this store when it was badly managed and NASTY! Now I enjoy every trip I make there!

I can get over how great the ladies are that work here. I experienced excellent customer service. I went in because I didn't want to go to town just for a Kinder Egg at my daughter's request. Well, they didn't have a Kinder Egg but there was plenty other things to choose from. Anyway, good job guys!

Love this store! Its close to my house and i love coming here, always find what i want and i love that it is always clean and very well organized. I feel very welcomed when i come here, also the cashiers are very friendly and nice, and helpful. Especially when we had that winterstorm, very thankful for the cashiers working that week, will 100 percent recommend this store.

Store hours are 7am- 3pm. Most people work 8am - 5pm, shut the whole store down at this point, it was already trash now we can’t even shop there.

They've recently remodeled and the isles are a lot less cluttered. They have added more selections in frozen & refrigerated items as well as some fresh produce. Big improvement.

I shop here a lot since it is so close and I they have a lot of essential products. I swear the staff here are all saints! It is constantly busy and even when people in line are being grumpy or downright rude, which I have seen many times, the folks working here just smile and keep it rolling. They all deserve raises!! The staff is by far my favorite thing about shopping at this location.

If you have concerns about Covid, don’t shop here. Quite a few of the employees leave masks off or half down while they are inside the store and out from behind the counter. One young man doesn’t wear his mask indoors while stocking shelves and is outside smoking every 10 minutes and was rude when confronted politely about wearing his mask inside. As far as I can tell, there is no management enforcing the county’s mask mandate with their employees. Loved the store pre-pandemic and will probably shop there again once this is over, but they’ve lost my family’s business for a while.

I just want to say Thank You for having an outstanding staffs 👏🙌 . Sherrie and her Partner (was not able to get her name ) her hair was on the way. MARCH 15TH around 12 :30pm I stop at this store to exchange some diapers Sherrie and her Partner were so kind. Great Coustomer Service. I'm not originally from here. I had the worst experience in San Antonio (Potranco) the Manger was extremely rude to me. She was rushing me while she was busy on the phone,not only that but she was yelling at me across the store. I felt embarrassed because she was rude to me in front other coustomers .I had called the (Marbach) location to verify if it was true that I couldn't exchange it.The manager was so kind he explain me the policy .Thank you so much for the kindness. SHERRIE AND HER PARTNER .

Could not walk down any aisles. And sooo many shelves were empty and out of place. Half eaten products were on the shelves. The only redeeming quality is the workers that were there, they were friendly and helpful despite being new.

On June 30th 2021 at about 9 p.m. I unloaded several boxes of popsicles on the counter to purchase them. No one was there to sell them to me. I walked through the store found an employee told him I needed help. 7 minutes later he arrived at the counter with an attitude that was the last time I will walk into this store with rude employees.

Normally I love going into this Dollar General store but today was a different story seeing as I stood in line waited my turn got it to the cashier and ended up having to go to the other cashier so I had to get in line again I shouldn't have had to wait in line at for a second time whenever I'm already running late

Bad management. Even on days with 4 employees, still can't get it together. Long lines it's ridiculous. I rather go to the one on hwy 21. It's always clean with no lines.
