I went to dollar general for two things, i looked at the dramamine , noticed it in the wrong spot. so i decided to just go with the dg brand.. next i go get cleanser wipes, those too were in the wrong spot, they both had multiple of the same product behind it. so i took pictures. next , when i went up there, i told the cashier angelica, but she still made me pay the full price for the wipes. DO BETTER DG!!

Over all good experiences, but in the last month or so. At least twice the store has been closed before the advertise time stamped at the doors, or they open late. Just make your hours clear so that one can visit the store and don’t be disappointed.

There were 4 puppies running around the store the owners were shopping. No harness no leash there were 2 puddles of pee from the dogs in the chip isle. Cards had rolled through it dogs had run through it and had tracked it all over the store. It smelled so strong of urine in the store it was nauseatingThe worker was more concerned with how.cute they were

Informance and crisis workers here if you don't care about that then there is alot of congestion of stockers working most days and wild dogs that run around the parking lot. A 5 min shop can take 30 min

The mgmt and staff need more training on new registers and pos system. Not one register but self checkout is taking the cards only cash, every now and then they're having to reboot systems as well. Lines not only here at this store but just about every dg store are ridiculously long. Do you all not know about the 3 or more customers in line policy in all stores??? I know it has to be in your handbook somewhere. There should always be back up cashiers in your stores for that reason. Remodeling could have been somewhat better with store setup. The store is a trip hazard waiting to happen with items in and out boxes, carts, u-carts, ladders and step stools all over floors in every customers way when it can all go up on shelves and in its right place at that, if you all are not gonna honor the price for items being in the wrong spot. There are items showing on app that store has in stock but yet I go to buy item(s) and shelves in aisle are looking empty in certain areas of store. I used to like shopping with DG but it is now starting to feel unwelcoming.

Convenient for those of us who live in rural parts of Cedar Creek. Great selection of housewares, toiletries, food staples. They really have just about any and everything you need. Wish aisles weren't so narrow and cluttered with stock and carts. Staff could be a little bit more accessible.

The store used to be good. All the staff that made it a good experience are all gone. They just remodeled the place and nothing is stocked. New manager seems like he has no experience. Long lines and it feels very unwelcoming.

Oh my gosh! I went into this store looking for Pokemon cards for one of my students. I had already been to two other stores with no success. The cashier was so helpful she showed me to the exact location in the store for the cards, were we found one single package of cards. Upon seeing my disappointment she called another store to check their supply before I left. With her simple act of customer service my student got the one single thing he most wanted as a reward for his improving behaviors.

As a fairly new store I'd expect it to be close to fully stocked. The dog food and dog treats isle had many missing products. The cookie section had more than one item out of stock. The freezer section had multiple quick convenience meals and items missing as well as the clear plastic popsicles in the mesh bag you buy on the regular shelf and freeze at home were missing. These are items I regularly stop in to the Dollar General off of 21 in Cedar Creek for, but it's usually a bit cluttered at that location and usually have multiple items out if stock as well with inventory carts blocking the isles so I thought I'd try this one on my route home at Wolf and Pierce Ln. It wasn't cluttered and was clearly cleaner but the inventory carts taking up the back isle and missing stuff in the shelves is frustrating . The inventory is obviously there they are just apparently understaffed. (as a business owner I can relate) so I'll probably be back but I'll have to inquire when the inventory days are and shop the day or two after to insure I'm able to get at least the majority of the quick grab items we regularly purchase.

Most of the time that I go they do not have packaged water bottles. You ask them a question and they answer sometimes in a rude way. I always have to go to the dollar general on Ross Rd due to them never having stuff that is very well needed stocked. Very little staff, it takes about 30-40 mintues tops because the line is so long.

The store is clean, they have a lot of stock, plenty of options, it's not really crowded. You can find the essentials that you need without any problems

It's not really a Dollar General or Dollar store, they have all kind of things and prices are not exactly one dollar, could be any price just like a regular store. But you can still find $1 water bottles.

This place is the closest u get up in these woods except JR's but there alittle bit higher on prices so I stick with Dollar General that's what the Doctor ordered just joking great place to shop and would recommend to any of my close friends or neighbors anytime.

Close to home so it's very convenient. Usually has everything I need. Clean for the most part. Usually only 1 worker in the front so there is a wait to check out.

Line does tend to get long here. When there are 3 people stocking,there is just one worker at the cashier. Why,just why?
