Jonathan saved my rug today! He first spoke with me by phone asking for photos and exact specs of the rugs material (a wool/viscose blend) order to make a preliminary assessment and even tips to prep before he came on site. I was in the commercial flooring business for years - it’s important to note .. he asked all the right questions and is incredibly knowledgeable. I felt 1000% comfortable after the initial call. We had such a great experience using Dirtex! They were very responsive to my upfront questions prior to booking; had great communication prior to my appointment and did a phenomenal job on the day of our appointment. We had our upholstery on our sectional sofa cleaned, carpets cleaned and treated for pets (much needed with our new puppy) and an area rug cleaned. Jonathan was professional and so informative! If I could rate a “10” I would!Jonathan made my 13 yr creme/white carpets look new again! Also cleaned & sealed my highly trafficked tile floors. They only look good but they smell fresh & clean! Great customer service! They truly are responsive 24/7! And they definitely will try to work with you payment wise! And they take the time to talk with you about your expectations of their work just so that you know what to expect. For instance, I had a really tough stain and I knew it wasn't going to be completely removed, but they took the time to talk with me and explain that they would absolutely do the best they could but because I had already bleached my couches with cleaning supplies, I wasn't expecting a miracle. But they sure did a lot better than I thought and you can barely see the stain now! Beats buying new couches!

Nick cleaned our light ivory carpets. He got all the marks/stains out and left them looking like new. His cleaning extends the life of our carpets and keeps them looking great. THIS IS YOUR CARPET GUY! If you've been looking to get your carpets or upholstery cleaned, this is the company to do it. We had an issue with our dog peeing on our carpet (it was horrible) and Dirtex came out and completely removed all of the urine smells! We also had an issue with our high traffic areas. They looked so incredibly worn and dirty and Johnathan at Dirtex brought them back to life! I didn't think it was even possible. I will always use him! I just purchased a $1000 Sofa for a low cost, but it had a funky dog smell to it from the lady that owned it before me. Multiple companies told me that they probably couldn’t get the smell out, but Dirtex accepted the challenge! I got a full cleaning and used the pet treatment and it’s better than brand new!
