I will never stop in another Stripes so I gave this one a shot!THE Cheapest gas I saw anywhere on the whole trip! It's a large store so lots lot of selection. The men's room was useable but hardly clean or I would give it 5 stars

The deli is horrible. We bought subs and there is more mayo than anything else on this sub. Restrooms are dirty. Cashier was friendly the only reason for 2 stars. The girl that made the subs was rude and apparently doesn’t have customer service skills, the subs were sloppy and just thrown together, and it couldn’t have been because she was busy. 😔the picture is after I attempted to take some mayo off

Allow me to clear up some of the misinformation.Starting with it being open 24/7. This gas station is open almost 24 hours a day. They require about 30 minutes to close the store and run end of day paperwork normally around 2-3am is when they do this. The store gets crazy busy. There is a highschool just down the road and it's on a major highway. So before school and after school this store will get packed. Same for the work commute. As far as the bathrooms go; I have seen the cashiers clean the bathrooms only for them to be wrecked within half an hour, mostly because the customers have a huge level of disrespect for the store. I have been a customer at this store for the past three years and have always come back for more.But hey this store has three handicap accessible ramps which is more than I have seen at most convenience stores.

There deli is not that great I bought some takeout burgers from there got home opened them they were burnt had to to t get rid of them not edible it was to far to drive back and complain cooks should be better trained

Must wear mask. Does not provide hand soap. I almost Guarantee they have none while cooking your food, as they have none in the bathroom and none in the general store sink. I asked the clerk if she could please get the soap from the shelf and put it in bathroom so I and others could at least have something to clean our hands properly. She refused. So I bought hand soap for 1.99 just to be able to clean my hands. The soap I purchased was at least nice. 😑😑

It’s on my way to work, great location. Standard customer service, well stocked. BUT last two weeks no coffee! Machines are down if fact all the machines in the building are down. Strange right, multi-billion dollar company that can’t get these basic machines repaired and up and running? Doesn’t add up, no sip and save here. Blah!

I go to this store every day n seem like the people that work there want nothing to do w customers. I've tried talking w the manager letty many times but she is just rude and doesnt want to hear anything u have to say. She wont even let u finish explaining the situation before shell cut u off or just roll her eyes n make faces. I mean a women like this should not be managing your store . The employee will walk around n can see a line n they wont even acknowledge u or greet u they just put their head down n keep walking. Its been numerous times that this has happened . They will let the line get incredibly long before they will even attempt to help customers. I guess that's y many reviews say if u come here be prepared to be there all day. This store is desperate need of new management n training in customer service .

Chris is the most rude employee I have ever had the displeasure of ever trying to do business with. The brand of cigarettes I buy you get a discount if you buy two packs at a time. He gave me an Attitude when I told him that, that was what I wanted to do. I can always go somewhere else. SO I AM

I walked in and the cashier was the most polite person I have ever met, I didn't get his name but without offending anyone he was African american and just the most positive person I have ever met especially for working on Christmas day. I have never left a review at a gas station before so this was really something obviously. I'm still in aw at the customer service.

Cashier with the man ponytail sometimes curls the bangs parts of his hair. He's more worried about giving the panhandlers free donuts, hot dogs and fountain drinks than he is about giving proper customer service. The managers sure need to start doing video footage reviews more thoroughly and frequently. I mean he wouldn't let me slide being short 15 cents but the tall guy with the curly hair pulled back only gave him 50 cents and he still got his fountain drink. Seems like some sort of discrimination to me and I felt very offended by this.

Went today to fill up my truck and to get gas for my wife. Told the lady I needed to get gas in the cans also because my wife who is at home and any day could have her baby needed gas in her car just in case. The lady had the people inside shut off my pump. She also told me you know there is no gas shortage and other people need gas. Yes but my pregnant wife needs gas in case she goes into delivery. Now this is a mid aged lady I would say in her 50s so I thought she would understand. I guess I was wrong. I was not there hoarding gas. I was there to fill up and get what we needed for the family just to last till the next time we fill up. I am not mad by any means, just disappointed.

A very big thank you to Brian for the kindness and help tonight. A bottle of fuel additive spilled in my trunk and when I came in dizzy from the smell seeking to borrow a bucket to clean up the trunk mat. Brian not only loaned me a bucket, but helped me clean off the mat. This will be my new gas station stop on the way home. Thank you again.

If you buy cigarettes 10 at a time, the cashiers rarely rings up the app coupon and the 50 cent off correctly. Coupon should be scanned 5 times to get the correct savings. So beware.

Stopped by very early is morning, and very pleased with how professional the customer service is. Young man personally made me and my wife coffee, and help with the Nacho, and creamer machine. Even broke a 100. Very clean store, very nice people, and I will be back again.

$1.09 for a soda refill. Absolutely crazy. The syrup costs them maybe 5 cents. The mark ups at these places are getting insane.

Came to the store at 2am to purchase some items. The cashier said closed. I asked closed? He repeated closed. I know it's open 24 hour 7 days a week. I looked upthe store hours to verify. Smh

I would usually give this place 5☆ but I'm super disappointed with today's service!!!! Its closed??? She didn't even give me a reason why. I don't ever have a problem with this gas station but today was stupid. I also tried to just pay at pump, it read "credit was down"?????

Josh that works at the Castroville and general mc Mullen location is a obsessed mentally ill person who I had to threaten with the police to stop stalking my home and friends. Now he hangs out at the bus stop on the corner of my street and hides when he sees me. Needless to say I don't go to that location anymore.

Before it became Circle K, the previous company always kept their facilities clean. For this purpose, I would insist this establishment be our pit stop due to the fact that I travel through this town every 3-4 weeks. Sadly Circle K has chosen to go the opposite direction. One can only hope management will elevate their standards.
