Would give a half star if it could. First I went and spoke with them about bringing my dogs in for grooming and was quoted a price for multiple dog discount. They looked me up in the computer from when it was Tops and Tails and gave me the prices the old shop charged and gave me a price they would charge me since they aren’t Tops and Tails and I had 6 dogs. The prices were to be equal to what I was paying the groomer I usually used and I would change groomers and start using Stellar. Well first groom they charged properly as we discussed for standard poodle but overcharged for the small dogs baths which I told her I was quoted by her and the man don’t remember his name they would match my current groomer but charged $5.00 more for the 3 small dogs when I brought it to her attention she said well that’s the price Tops and Tails charged and I said you’re not Tops and Tails and we agreed on $20 per small dog and $85 for standard poodle and actually agreed to $40 for my medium sized dog which they charged me $47.50 for him I don’t have a clue where the.50 cents came from but I kept the receipt and top her she owed me a credit next appointment and I set up our standard poodle for every 6 week appointment. I took our poodle in today she said it would beI said no we agreed on prices before I ever started using you and she replied it was for a one time fee. Well no if you quote a new customer a price and discount it for multiple dogs it’s not a one time price it’s a continuous price. So basically they lied to me and I will never set foot in that place again and she doesn’t do a very good job on poodles face she leaves it too long but the biggest complaint is lying to me about prices! I can tolerate almost anything except being lied to and telling me we were talking about boarding! I have a House sitter I don’t board my dogs but I did ask them if they boarded but had nothing at all to do with grooming prices. She kept referring to Tops and Tails well they went out of business so if she wants to be Tops and Tails good luck with your business but I’m never going back because I don’t like being lied to. She was a total rude lying horrible person and I wouldn’t use them again if they paid me absolutely rude liars.

I am writing this post after I left my two Aussies at 8:00am for deshedding & baths. One of my aussies weighs 46lbs & the other is 53lbs & I was charged for 45.00 for over sixty lbs. when I should have been charged 35.00 like I have always been charged at Tops & Tails. I called to get the price before I left to pick them up & owner said she would have the total price at pickup. When I got to pick up my dogs the owner was pulling out of parking lot & the total price was 176.21 I received one bath & 1 deshed, & a groom. I will never return to this facility after being so price gouged. The owner was so was unprofessional & has a unclean facility.

Staff are great with out pet. They offer no frill services at a reasonable price. They offer grooming, boarding, daycare, and pet supplies. We plan to take agility classes once they reopen the pool for the summer/fall.

They take very good care of my dog! We adopted our dog from a shelter so he has anxiety issues when we leave him anywhere new. They are very prompt in calling or texting me when he is done. He looks great too when I pick him up! The staff there is always super friendly too.

Took my dog here for the 1st time to get her nails cut & I don't feel they were properly cut low enough. My dog was really scared to be near the ladies so I think that says alot. However, I am confused by this establishment as one half of the building is for dogs while the other half is a Men's tools shed. I don't know if this place is strictly for dog's or just a regular storage building but I probably won't come back. I didn't get a welcoming feeling.

I took my dog here twice, just to get his summer cut and I never been disappointed. They do a really good job of what they do. The people here are nice. I highly recommend bringing your dog here for a summer cut.

Our Shih Tzu mix, Roscoe, has what one refers to as a definite High Maintenance Personality which certainly extends to his grooming needs! Tops N Tails' groomers manage to achieve top stars under a most difficult situation.☺️ We especially appreciate their patience in returning Roscoe to us with a topnotch doggy doo! Bless their hearts! 😇
