Cleanest facility I’ve ever been in for game processing, professional, process is done in a timely manner, the packaging is clean and neatly packaged and they help you load and unload. They have a wide variety that they actually complete, instead of false advertising like many others. I suggest you don’t pass on the Cajun pan sausage. Ratley’s is my number one choice.

Mr. Chuck did awesome with our first pig! This was our first experience with a processor and he was awesome! His facility is pristinely clean, his helpfulness with our questions was much appreciated, and I loved how the meat were all vacuumed sealed for freshness. The way he seasoned the fajita meat was excellent and was our fav! Definitely recommend!!!
