Our dog Ski loves Top Paw! The staff is hard working and loves all of their dog guests. They have a huge play area with cameras. The dogs play ALL DAY. Our high energy husky comes home so completely exhausted that he sleeps the entire next day.The other dogs are all well behaved and you can tell their owners take very good care of them. Top Paw does a great job screening for temperament.We have boarded Ski many times with Top Paw and never had any issues. One time he caught a cough while there, and the staff took great care of him, procured top notch vet care, a prescription for antibiotics, the whole works. They sent many updates. We are completely confident in their ability and judgment.They have convenient hours, including day care on the weekends.

LOVE this place! I have been taking my dogs here for years and a review singing their praises is long over due. Knowing that his place is family owned and has been for many many years makes me feel so at ease when I drop off my dogs. It is the reason I picked Top Paw in the first place. My pups get uncontrollably excited the moment we turn onto Top Paw’s street, it’s their home away from home. I feel good knowing that they have a blast and are well taken care of at a facility with owners who have integrity and know how to keep a trustworthy staff of familiar faces that my pups can’t wait to see!

2 stars since the place looked and smelled clean and since I didn’t really use their service. They need a better system to handle proof of vaccinations prior to the appointment and better trained front desk staff. My fully-vaccinated pup was denied daycare service by the front desk staff because they were unable to comprehend his vaccinations and were unable to explain to me what the problem was except that something was expired and/or missing. I accepted the insufficient explanation at the time as I was getting late for work and had to start looking for another daycare. I was offered an apology when I emailed them later to ask about it.

My dog love this place. The staff is the most friendly and professional in the area. We have visit and used other places in the area and this one is our favorite and go to now. Our dog gets happy and excited when she notice we are heading here.

My family LOVES Top Paw! They are fairly priced and run such a great daycamp and boarding service. I can trust that when I leave my dog there, he’s safe, in good hands, and having a great time. Staff is friendly and honest about your dog’s temperament, what’s going well, and what you need to work on with your dog at home so he/she can have a better experience at Top Paw. They also recently started selling merch! I can’t say enough about this place; they’re incredible!

We used the daycare while I was in a program nearby, and our pup LOVED going here. The staff is kind and friendly, and relative to other daycares we've used, it looks and smells clean inside, which is a huge plus for us (we boarded at a daycare for a few days last December where our pup came home so filthy; just rinsing her for her bath, the water was a dark greyish brown).Top Paw met our pup at her needs, when she was scared/timid in one setting; they saw this and moved her to another where she was more comfortable. It's things like that that keep us coming back. We're never worried when she's at Top Paw.Thank y'all for loving on our pup so well!*She also loves running through the hose there, hence the wet pic! 😅

They absolutely love the animals and take great care of them. The facility is nice and very clean. This is a wonderful facility to take your dog(s) to. My only reason for giving 3 stars is because I worked here for 2 weeks and was fired due to the owners finding out im a recovering addict of 8 years, through another employee who was talking about going to raves and doing drugs. They are a very clicky environment so if you out shine one of the higher ups you will be let go, if you make to friendly with any of the staff you will be let go, and if you question why they do things a certain way for clarity you will be let go. They also do not give write ups or warnings. They just terminate on the spot over the phone not even in person. I never even met the person that terminated me.

I’ve taken my dog here for over a year consistently and I’ve honestly never met a group of people who care this much. My dog is anxious and has never loved going to daycare anywhere else but he sprints into this building and goes with every team member with excitement. I drive 45 minutes longer every day just to bring him! I love that you can watch your dog online. Big thanks to the folks who work here for loving on him the way you do.

I've been taking my dog here for many years, and the staff treats her like she's their own. I'm specifically thankful for Brian, who has helped me so many times. In fact, when my apartment flooded last Christmas, they opened their doors (after close) so I could give my dog a safe place to stay while I figure out what I needed to do for our home. Today was the first day that I took my baby (Bentley) to daycare. He is very shy and guarded in new environments and with new people because friends and family that he's known usually watch him so I've never really socialized him with other dogs; mainly because it was hard for me to find a place that I could genuinely trust. I have been searching for a day care for a while now (2 years, smh) but always hesitated because of the negative reviews I would read about places. After reading Top Paw's reviews and a word of mouth by a friend/neighbor who said Top Paw was really good, I decided to take him there. Of course, his first day ever being in day care was stressful for him and myself, but I was able to watch him on camera for the majority of the day and felt comfortable because I could see him and see what he was doing. He does have separation anxiety (and there is a review I read here about dogs with separation anxiety that made me hesitate *sigh* but the positive reviews outweighed that, so I brought him anyway). I really appreciate how the staff dealt with him, from what I was able to observe on camera. Staff was able to gage his anxiety/fear(new environment) and worked with him. They called me to give me a voicemail update ( I couldn't answer) and I appreciate that! They do really care about your dog's comfort. He was in a room for most of the day (which he needed because of it being his first time at daycare and needing that time to adapt). He had 2-3 dogs in with him at a time throughout the day ; if staff left, it was only for a little bit and they came back in; he was never all alone. Towards the end of the day, all the small dog group came in the room with him :-) and he did not seem nervous from I could see on camera. I appreciate how they slowly made him comfortable with a few dogs with him at a time, and then had the whole group towards the end (THANK YOU!) Being able to see him on camera calmed my anxiety about the experience, so the camera access is a major green flag in my book. Another green flag, before you can board with them, your dog has to experience day care at the facility to ensure that they are comfortable and that staff can care for them( I am going out of town in 2 weeks and wanted to find a place I could trust leaving him for a couple of days in case family/friends couldn't watch him). I want to highlight that I appreciate how caring Brian, the general manager is and how at ease he made me feel. When I talked to him, he made me feel reassured. I feel that he and staff really do care about the wellbeing of Bentley and want him to be/feel comfortable and feel safe before anything else. His first day was not the best (because of his anxiety/insecurity) but I am confident that he will get better with time as I continue to bring him there, and I do feel comfortable bringing him back there. My goal is for him to get more acclimated/comfortable with his peers and the environment and to be able to make new friends :-). I trust that he will be taken care of and do better and better with his anxiety each time he is at Top Paw. I appreciate and have confidence in you Top paw :-). Thank you <3

All I'm going to say is I absolutely love this place. I had to travel out of town for a few days, and I needed a place for my fur baby to stay. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They were great with Gracee. I was able to view Gracee on the ODoggy app via video. I love that. This truly is a pet resort. Thank you so much.

I waited a few days before posting my review. Let me first say that this place was very impressive from the time I walked through the doors...just not the spot for us. My Duke is a 2 year old Shih Tzu and he loves to play....just not all morning outside. Which brings me to why I am giving 4 stars. The Doggycam is fabulous! I was able to watch him off and on during the morning...I ended up picking him up at noon due to him being ready to nap and was unable to come inside (I even called and asked them to bring him inside...nothing happened).

I love it! One measure of a pet boarding facility is weather or not you would spend the night there in the kennel/suite. I would! The astroturf play yard was a HUGE selling point for me! Let my housewolf mingle with other pups and burn off the energy. The webcam service is also a really nice perk! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. One drawback is the short business hours on the weekend. If you just run out of town for the weekend, it sucks you can't retrieve your furkid later Sunday afternoon.

Wow! This place and the staff are amazing! I've now boarded my dog enough times to know their facility and caring staff is consistently great! The facility and access to see your pet through live cam is wonderful, but it's truly the staff that takes it above and beyond. They are so caring and love on your pet just as much as you would. Whenever I pickup "Lucky" he is always in a good mood, no signs of stress or anxiety, clues of just how well he was treated here. I would never take my pet anywhere else, thank you Top Paw for all you do!!!

Love Top Paw! From the front desk to the play yard, they really care for the pups! The facility is great with a huge yard, there is no other pup day care with near the outside space for the dogs to run around and play. We use Top Paw for day care a time or 2 each week and for boarding (which includes day care) when we are out of town. It is about a 20 minute drive for us, but that's how much we love it!! Kee up the awesome work!

My dogs love going to Top Paw Resort and get very excited everytime we pull in the their parking lot. I love that I can watch them play on their camera's. I have taken them to daycare, boarded them overnight and both have gotten the spa bath package. Speaking of the spa bath package let me just say what a wonderful job they do. My dogs are always so soft and fluffy and smell amazing! One of my dogs is a corgi and after his bath there he sheds so much less.

Super friendly staff both in person and over the phone.I have senior dogs and boarded them for an extended stay. Both dogs were happy, healthy and clean.Because they are senior dogs they didn't get the doggy play care time with the other dogs and didn't spend a lot of time outside in the heat. I left this to the staff to decide at their discretion. Im thankful my dogs had each other to keep company.

We left our 11 month old chocolate lab for 10 days. I was not worried in the least because it is evident that the facilities are clean and cared for as well as the animals. On top of that, I knew my dog was outside enjoying fresh air and doggie social interaction in daily play care times. She was bathed upon request and ready for pickup when we came to get her.We were extremely satisfied and our pup seemed content and happy as well. We will board here again and I would highly recommend them for your furry family members!

We love Top Paw! After searching extensively for the perfect boarding location for our dog, we found it in Top Paw! The staff there truly love their job, love the dogs, and provide high quality care. The location is clean, the dogs are happy, the outdoor area is awesome. The free webcam ability is a plus! Leaving your beloved pet can be worrisome, but when you have a place like Top Paw, you can be confident knowing your pup is in good hands. We won't board our dogs anywhere else. Particular thanks to Scott, Brian, Rachel, and Sarah there- just the best. I'd rate them higher than a 5 if possible.

First ever experience with a Dog Daycare and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable! As you can imagine, I had the normal "1st time" jitters when dropping off my 1 yr old Black Lab but they were very reassuring. The staff was great at giving me a mid day update when I called and the video access available through the app is a great feature! You can tell they care about each pup and always had someone on watch every time I checked. I would recommend!

We've been taking our two dogs here since they were puppies over 8 years ago. The owners and managers are incredible people and the staff emulate them! Hands down best dog boarding/resort in Carrollton and Dallas area. You can rest assured your furry family members will be well-cared for and loved on while you're away from them. Highly recommend!
