She was so very helpful! Gave us all the information we needed to keep this gecko healthy. She explained to the boys all the information how to feed him and clean his aquarium. Glad we came to this petco . We definitely be getting his food here !!

This is a pretty clean store and everything was organized. They have a puppy bakery which had some wonderful treats. The cat adoption had some pretty cute kittens.

We had our 75lb long hair Chow-German Shepherd-Pyrenees mix groomed here with Garrett. Garrett did a fantastic job with his groom and the whole process was seamless. We had a wonderful experience!

We went in to Petco today to buy some goldfish. Best experience we have ever had buying fish! I made sure to notice the name of the individual who helped us, because it was one of the best customer service experiences that we have had in a long time.Her name was Bean. It was really obvious that she has a passion for what she is doing and in the future, we definitely know where we will be going when we need to buy some fish. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Bean!!

The new manager is so on top of things at this Petco, and I feel like she interacts really well with the community here in Carrollton! She’s been super kind and generous with my baby Corgi, and I always find great deals at this Petco.Easy parking, friendly staff, great deals— what more can we ask for?

I took my very reactive dog to get his shots. Luis was wonderful. He told me about the packages available and the prices. He even helped me get my dog from the car, walked him in the store then put him back in my car! I can’t say enough about what good customer service Luis offered!

Megan was great! I asked advice on dog foods and she leaned me to another dog food that helped her dog with the same problem mine has. I came 15 minutes before close in a rush because I had been at work late and usually people would be upset about this. Not her, she walked me to the aisle helped me find the right flavor and everything. Thank you Megan!!

We always shop at Petco for our pet food and other needs, but I want to give a special shout out to Dallas Cat Lady for being a fantastic no-kill shelter / foster that takes in cats who were sometimes in quite dire situations and raising and socializing them into the sweet darlings they can be. We've adopted two from them, and both the Cat Ladies and Petco employees have been fantastic about making sure we've had everything we needed each time. Petco is even generous enough to provide a discount for anyone adopting a cat! As long as we live in the area this will always be our preferred pet needs store!

Decided to change up groomers and came here; I couldn't be happier. They did a phenomenal job, were very efficient, and knew a lot about his breed and how to work with them. We will definitely be back!

It's always fantastic and great! The staff is kind and the product is almost flawless✨ I usually buy snacks for dogs, but there are many good things for dogs! Sometimes I don't have what I want, but overall it's perfect!!💞 I plan to go there often! and thank you so much for giving me a good experience every time!! Be happy 😁 always.~^^

An employee, Rebecca, approached me and asked if I needed help. She then proceeded to walk me to several areas of the store, selecting everything on my list.She was professional, knowledgeable, personable and warm. She could not have been more helpful. She rang me up and wished me luck with the very sick kittens at home. Truly appreciate you, Rebecca.Not sure kitty would have made it without your help.Best experience in a Petco, hands-down. 5 stars. Give Rebecca a raise. 💘🐾

My original appointment was rescheduled due to a groomer being out so when I took both my dogs in for grooming the following day, I did not see any familiar groomers AGAIN. Although the groomers were nice enough the grooming was terrible and my dogs look horrible and extremely overpriced. I believe the groomers need more training before being allowed to groom dogs. Furthermore for my 2 small dogs (22lbs and 11lbs) to be groomed this time it was 218.99.Not sure what is going on at this store as to why they cannot keep consistent groomers on staff. I will not be returning to this location anymore.

Best place to take my dog for his grooming, as a senior dog(14 years old) the staff make sure to take really good care of him so he's not overwhelmed by the grooming process. He always comes out looking his best 10/10 my go-to location.

Depending on the day and who you get to help you, the experience here is a 50/50 shot. Some of them really know what they're doing and are super helpful and others are absolutely clueless and take 20 minutes to accomplish a simple task. But I love going here to check for certain things sometimes other stores don't have.If you're looking for crickets here, don't bother. 95% of them are always dead anyway, even though they swear up and down they take care of them. With how many times I've been here over the past 5 years, I never see a difference, so obviously they're not.

The grooming department is very poor I have been going there for few years now with no issues I have a older dog and got there the new people decided they wouldn't groom her for health issues never told me over the phone or anything!! The staff is a high turnovers I will never go back. Be Aware!!😡

I had an appt for last Friday at 11 grooming and I was called earlier that morning to say the grooming was cancelled due to groomer quit. I was rescheduled for Wed 10/11 at noon and when I went to pick him up, the only groomer was so swamped she was not able to groom him, only bathe him. Another appt was made to bring him in Fri 10/13 @ 8 and was assured he will be groomed. I've been taking my dog to Petco for years. Petco is not charging me for the grooming but this is very poor service. Why can't you keep groomers? Do I need fo start looking for another place? Sarah, the groomer, always does a great job but she's the only one working. This complaint is not about Sarah. Hopefully, she'll stay.

They didn't have no saltwater fish there at all 😱😱😱😱😱😱 that's the first pic who ever been to like that I drove an hour and a half out of my way after someone guy told me over the phone that they have shrimp and that they have lionfish!! I get there and was up set I guess you didn't know what kind of fish I wanted.. but I did buy this guy

I've been going to this petco for over a year and it's just steadily declined. I've had to switch dog food brands on multiple occasions because they constantly switch up small batch brands. They ALWAYS have so much clutter from moving inventory and restocking. It's impossible to push a shopping cart around without having to move Petco's stuff out of the way or go through an obstacle course. And the last 3 times I went up there, I walked 2 dog food isles at least 10 times each, obviously lost looking for something, and not one but 2 employees that were restocking the isles never asked if I needed help. When I go to checkout, the cashier is always busy doing something else and makes me feel like I'm putting them out by needing to checkout. I will literally never go to this location again. Do better Petco. This place is a mess.

This store is small but has a huge selection of dog treats and toys, gear, and beds. It also has a very cozy, welcoming feel that is lost in some of the huge, brightly lit stores. This is a place that makes you want to explore every aisle.
