They had a really good selection of products for pets but I went in mostly to look at their selection of aquarium supplies and of live fish/snail/plants. It looked like most of the snails in the snail tank were dead, they only had a couple of guppies in a tank, and while none of the fish looked particularly sick it didn't feel like they were a top priority at the store. They also had live aquarium plants for sale, but again it looked like more of an afterthought. They did have a large school of feeder fish so it seemed to be a good option locally for those, but if you are interested in live fish as pets, I think another store would better serve you. They had a good amount of sales going on for various kind of items so you could likely find a good deal on other items and they have a huge supply for dogs and cats, but also some reptilian products too.

This is a great store. It is well stocked for dogs, cats, birds, fish and some reptile needs. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The selection of dog related items from beds, medicines, food choices, training and treat choices, cloths!, leases and toys is fantastic. The onsite dog wash facilities are great, and have worked for my small dog, and my senior mid size dog

It's convenient but the prices are always high. Sometimes, even $10 more than other pet stores. They mail coupons, but you have to remember to actually bring them in. They aren't "loaded" onto your phone number affiliated account.

I have had 2 ordered that said they were delivered, but never were. This caused an additional delay in receiving my order. The icing on the cake was yesterday when I used a coupon code to receive $15 off my order. As usual, they were out of something. Usually it is not that big of a deal, but this time they were out of $40 worth of my order. My coupon code went to waste and I ended up with maybe 5 cans of food. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Really great large store, well maintained and clean. I wish there was more variety in the cat food section but I understand that there are a lot of shortages right now and they're trying their best. I was able to set up a rewards card in no time at all and the employees were very nice. 10/10 store.

They always have the best deal and I did buy all my pet supplies here. No issues with any of that.However, last time I found they had a mouse in the store…and they acted they already knew. Please do the cleaning for the entire store if possible as it may be a sanitary concern…

Unbelievably rude store manager checked me out today, will never be returning to this location. She asked if I was paying with a card and I said “apple pay”, she then says “that’s a card sir, it’s attached to your card so it’s a card” in the most condescending way possible. Shouldn’t have even proceeded with the checkout after that. I dont understand people who treat complete strangers like that, much less a manager at a store treating a customer that way.

Love this location! All of the employees I've spoken to have been very nice, and I think my favorite thing is the on-site dog wash. It has professional tubs, industrial driers, and 4 different types of shampoos, plus it's only $10 for a single wash.

They have everything I’ve needed for my doggies. They have items on sale on a regular basis, they’re knowledgeable about the ingredients and performance of the food items, and are always greeting me with a smile. I switched from PETSMART to Pet Supplies over a year ago and haven’t regretted the move one bit!

I don't know why this place doesn't get much traffic. It is wonderful! I've learned so much from the staff, and my Lilo loves baths here. If you haven't stopped by, check them out. Also, there's a kitten playroom. 😽

So disappointed with the amount of aggressive dogs the store let back into their bath area while we were there. I was generally terrified by a Rottweiler that would bark and growl when anyone went to get a towel. Upon leaving there were two German shepherds that were entering the bath area that tried to attack our dog. The employees DID NOT make sure the bath area was a safe environment for their customers.

The customer service here is excellent. The manager is nice and I love that when I was changing my dog diet over to much healthier food, I was able to return the food my dog didn’t like to try another option with no questions asked. Overall my experience has been very pleasant shopping here.

I had an amazing experience with a young lady named Jazz. I walked in not knowing what brand was better so I took two brands of the same product to the register . When I got to the register I asked the young lady behind the register about the products she was able to explain and give me details of what the differences were in the brands. She helped me which I was gratefulfor because I had just seen the her deal with an unpleasant customer prior to me . Even though she was dealing with such an unpleasant customer she was able to keep her calm and help me after that situation just to make my experience at your store a great one . I want to thank Jazz for sick a pleasant experience and for helping me . I will definitely be coming back to this location because great customer service is hard to come by .

The staff is friendly and kind! my puppy is shy but they always go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and say hello to him. Had some bad experiences with delivery but the staff resolved those issues working with management and provided excellent customer service. Started doing curbside pickup also very convenient. Really love this place feels we'll be lifelong customers.

It has your general things needed for a pet. But it does lack most of the health pet diet foods. If your cat needs a specific limited ingredient wet food, this is not the place to go. That being said, the prices are reasonable and its a cute pet supply shop.

We came here for the self service dog wash. It was only $10. They had plenty of towels and several shampoo options. Their tubs accommodate all dog sizes. The only con was that the blow dryer only blew cold air and was very loud.

Sadly, I think I’m done with this location. The staff is always friendly and the store is well stocked, but the dog baths have gotten SO gross. The past several times I’ve brought my Lab all of the baths and floors have been completely coated in dog hair and they no longer have built in collars or doors to keep your dog safely in the tubs.
