I rated this place a 1 star only because I couldn’t rate it any lower. They got our orders wrong 3 different times and still gave us the wrong food. By the time I was able to eat my food it tasted disgusting because they put everything on it that I asked them not to. When we told them the problem with our food, the employees acted like they could care less and that we were inconveniencing them by having to fix the order.

First and last visit EVER. I ordered 7 items, only to arrive home to find only 4 items in the bag. After calling and being told. I could come back to get the food the I FORGOT(Let's be clear ,They forgot) The manager did not even offer me anything. Half of my family does not eat beef so the missing chicken sandwiches was a huge disappointment to my kids. They were rude, unconcerned, and relatively dismissive of my frustration. Even for the food I did not receive, I would not go back.

Stop by on Sunday 5/21/23. Purchased a large chocolate shake. The clear plastic lid used did not seem to fit because the minute I picked it up from the cars cup holder it is overflowing making a total mess. I had ice cream on both hands, making it difficult to look for napkins. 😤When using large 32/44 oz cups use the correct lid or don't fill it with shake up to the rim.

The strawberry limeade I received was not as good as I've had in other Sonics. The All American dog was a bit too sweet for my liking but that doesn't mean it was not good. The relish is too sweet for my tastes in dogs. The chicken tenders were a bit small and were more like nuggets.

I started to place an order and then I didnt hear anyone respond. I waited a minute and still no response, so I pressed the button again. Long story short, I was left hanging twice. As I was starting to back up to leave someone finally decides to answer. I just left. Horrible service. If they had asked me to wait for a minute I would have been patient but I didnt even get that. Am not returning.

They got the order completely wrong. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and there were tomatoes all over the hot dog they gave me. I am on bed rest with my pregnancy and was told to bring the order back. I can not go to pickup the correct order. I asked the manager if I was supposed to go with out eating she said yes I am sorry. Never once did she offer to refund the money to my credit card. Very poor management.

The summer shakes after 8 pm is a good deal. The shakes are good flavors and there are many options. Wait time was good. Good place for treats

Go to Sonics pretty good are the chili dogs this time my son went to Sonics got a double hamburger with bacon my son came home to eat it and he said he was looking for me and get them to the bacon the baking is thicker than the hamburger to Patty can you believe that my son is 12 he was disappointed
