I walked into HEB with a tap to pay situation due to a debit card security situation. After welling up some tears, which was hard to do bc of the 108° F temp out in texas. They had a team meeting, which sounded very heated, and agreed toallowed me to shop. Great people good prices , air conditioning. Probably the best store in the world .

Any big H.E.B like this one is always heaven for me! I work out of town alot and to be in a town in or close to an H.E.B is just the best! I started off at an H.E.B in my high school days, great company to work for and when you have great coworkers- 👍🏼!

I don't like leaving a bad review, but in this case I have to do it for your awareness. I moved to Carrizo Springs over a year ago because of my husband's job. By the way, my husband is the top taxpayer in this area. I started going to get grocery’s at the H.E.B store here in Carrizo Springs. Every week I spend $350 ++ on groceries at this stupid store. At first, I immediately noticed the workers bad and unfriendly attitude. They never greet or show any courtesy to the customers. Or maybe it’s just me? Is it because of my race? Or my nationality? I tried to simply ignore this terrible attitude towards me.Yesterday the rudeness of these cashiers reached its threshold. I came to this store to buy a large, very heavy 5 gallon bottle of water. I approached the cashier at the first checkout. And this guy just completely ignored me. He continued to rummage through his cash register even though the light was on because it was open. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes and then I told him that I needed a refill of water. He took this empty bottle and he walked around the hall with it like a sleepwalker. It was nonsense. Then he went to the cash register again and took my payment. I said that I needed help, but he ignored me again and began to serve the next customer’s in line. I had to leave without  help and go get this bottle myself. I have a serious problem with my spine and therefore it is physically very difficult for me to lift these bottles.On this day my husband could not help me, he was working. I was tormented to take this bottle and put it in my shopping cart. And then I saw that these cashiers, these two guys at the first and second checkout, were simply laughing at me. They just stood there and laughed impudently. It was the  epitome of rudeness and ignorance. I'd rather drive to Uvalde to get groceries than ever again go to this stupid H.E.B store in Carrizo Springs. Awful service, awful experience. The worst grocery store by far.

Not a lot of good choices for fresh made meals/HEB simple meals. It's convenient but Pearsal or Lytle HEB better. Otherwise has essentials.

Mom mistakenly bought the incorrect items. They were polie and helpful to reimburse us for the difference in the other selection. The employees at the Carrizo HEB treat you like family

Employees are helpful and cheerful. Wish we can have more varieties of products but due to the fact this store is small. This store has potential especially the revenues.

Although this is not my local store, it is much larger and offers a greater selection than the store in my hometown.The parking lot is large with plenty of parking spots, they have a fuel center on site with some (if not the lowest) gas prices in the area, and a car wash to boot.I'm normally an early shopper so I can't speak to what it's like during other times of the day, but if you're an early bird like me the mornings are great. Almost every employee I've interacted with is friendly, more than happy to offer a hand, walk you to where items are, and generally cheerful. The variety of items offered here is actually pretty big for a small town, and the prices are fair. They're not going to overprice an item just to make it seem like you're saving money.They usually only have 1 register open until about 8:30am, but there have been an abundance of times where a manager has opened up an extra lane to help with customers. I usually have over $100 in my cart when checking out, so it's nice that they're aware of the lines and customers. At times when it does get busy, I'm usually able to checkout relatively quickly also.All in all I enjoy shopping here for the variety, friendly atmosphere, and relatively quick checkout times. Occasionally you'll get the grumpy customer complaining about why rice is white or something dumb like that, but those people can't be avoided.5/5

Bad service yesterday went to go out gas and girl outside breana or something like that was a very rude girl she was in the phone 📱 when I was trying to pay because I live out of town stop at heb to pump gas she was so rude bad experience so sad because I go a lot and it’s always very friendly but Monday 12-26-22 was so rude and very bad attitude, she needs to fix that attitude if she’s gonna because that customer service was not good at all and I love you there every time I go sorry but you lost a customer because of her rude ness from her smh

The shelves were pretty much empty. But considering the bad weather we had and everyone rushed the stores. I usually have no problems shopping here. Plus I heard they let people leave without paying. So I have to give them a 5 star. Awesome place to shop.

Always super clean and friendly employees. I just wish they wouldn't keep making a big deal of my out-of-state license but I do understand being cautious. It would just be nice if your cashiers all knew you accept more than Texas I.D's. I even struggled with my passport I.D. card.

When I come here on a regular basis with my kids it’s usually pleasant. Today was a different story. When I have a disabled daughter sitting in the cart in her own world and the cashier keeps commenting on her and how she’s so different and one day she’ll “wake up” is ridiculous. First of all don’t comment on other people’s kids in the first place especially when you don’t know them well or at all. I don’t go around advertising that my daughter is disabled but I shouldn’t have to to get a cashier to shut up about my daughter.

Never will I go to this HEB, beware one of the managers snaps photos of vehicles and lets just say your getting pulled over later once you leave because people need to make quota. Don't worry I think they only target visitors not locals but I don't know for sure but wanted to inform people of what is going on.

We ordered our pastor appreciation cake at the bakery. The cake was perfectly decorated and delicious. They did such an awesome job! The staff was super polite. Thank you bakery staff!😊

Great food prices and choices. Very friendly staff. Shop, pick up prescriptions (good rx prices cheaper than Walmart) gas up and wash the car all within the same space. Great idea!

Nice about the whole ordeal.Unlike employees at Wal Mart, placed a finger over her mouth as to shut me up, then went on to separate us....motioning a large card board cut-out which read,“Six feet apart!!"🙄
