0 stars 1ft time there and they couldn't understand us at drive through and then they left mic on and talking bad about vehicle in front us ,and be cause of this we left to goto sonic and all the young kid did was laugh about it ,but that ok ,we were already told to drive to Crystal city for dairy queen ice cream now we know why

Here a month after and guess what same thing half hour now still no food slowest place in America by far! Good lord slowest place I have ever been too in my life it’s called fast food for a reason I’ve given this place three chances now every single one of those I have waited 20 min or longer for my food floors filthy service is poor just all around I won’t be back

Order# 237 1/25/2023. Thought about writing this review for over a week. Hate to be negative. Greeted by unhappy/rude employee who really seemed not wanting to be at work. Ordered a #4 bacon cheeseburger combo. I was directed to pull around and my order would be brought out. Three vehicles who ordered behind me was bright out bags of food before mine. My order was brought out and the receipt was read to me as to verify my order. Unfortunately what I ordered and what was verified was not in the bag. I received a hamburger with no cheese, no bacon, no mustard as shown on the sign, no mayonnaise and the meat was cold. No ice in the sweet tea. So much lettuce on the Burget, I had to pull my truck over and throw a bunch out the window. $11.25 cent over priced waist.

Horrible experience!!!The young girl at the counter was afraid to take my order so someone from the kitchen area had to take my order. Credit card machine was down. My burger was served with cold buns, little vegetables and tons of mustard. The strawberry sunday I order was loaded with strawberry syrup and very little ice-cream. No paper towels dispensers in the restaurant. Extremely cold! Bad experience from start to finish!

Been to plenty of DQ's but this one by far the best. The young lady at register was so professional. The restaurant was very very clean very well set for covid service. Food was outstanding. If your in Carrizo Springs this is a safe bet.

Sad to come at 10:40pm..20 minutes from closing to order a chicken basket, but they wanted to leave early. The lady turns off the lights while I'm at the window and tells me, it's that he already cleaned the grill...smh🙄

If you wanna wanna know the full details of me going into this stupid fast food restaurant let me know ,from managers not giving you the free deserts cuz you didn't ask for them up front to the cockroaches on the floor..makes you wonder whats in the food you eat ,by the way i have pictures too..not to mention they take forever when there is no people in the lobby ...that free desert was for a 5 yr old..i will go the extra mile and go to sonic for that desert instead and will never step inyo this place again!!!!

Ice cream is always delicious here but the variety is little and the entrees always feel....underwhelming I like the food its just not exactly memorable in taste.

Stopped at 9:40 on 12/2 and door was locked and drive thru blocked with cone. Person came to door and said they were closed. When I said it was not 10:00 he said they told him to close.

This place I recommend If you have cancer or depression it's pretty good for a place that serves ice cream,the food isn't that good I recommend if your traveling alone come here at dairy queen

It was okay the service was slow and got my order wrong asked for mayo and gave ve me mustard which I'm allergic to took one bite and realized it was mustard thank God I had spit it out never again
