Remote didn’t work to the TV tried explaining to the front desk and they didn’t want to listen.Where the TV was it was sticky all over.Carpet wasn’t fully vacuumed.Worst service at any hotel I ever stayed at, $300 a night should at least get you some sort of customer service and clean rooms where the tv’s work and lock on door is broken

A/C to the room busted and could not assist me with another room, they advised me they would get someone out at 9:30 P.M. to resolve the issue. I did advise the staff I worked early in the morning (and if switching rooms was going to be corrective action) and did not want assist me (they could not explain, why I couldn’t get another room) hopefully customer service is corrected. Maybe portable fan(s) could help resolve issues in the near future. Thank you from a concern paying customer

The staff is friendly, the housekeeping team does a great job and is very flexible with our hours. Breakfast is good, the rooms are good size.In fact, the only bad thing I could find, and it is small, was that i had to get my room key recoded every day that i was there. I think it was something with the coding machine.Other than that, great place to stay. Wish I didnt have to leave, but the company that I work for is cheap, um, i mean budget-conscious.

I had an excellent experience at this Best Western. My stay started with friendly welcoming staff who thanked me for staying with them. It was a hot day but my room was already comfortably cool. The bathroom was perfectly cleaned. The bed and linens were clean and comfy. Multiple nights were all quiet. The breakfast was simply amazing. It had everything you'd expect and more. The eggs were freshly prepared in a different way each day. Refried beans or whole beans were part of breakfast each morning. Breakfast potatoes were prepared as well. The FREE Breakfast was easily a $15 value in other hotel restaurants.

Plus means more problems:Yes friendly staff but, the maintenance did not fix the room phone nor replaced the broken clock.Better wash clothes than basic Best Westerns but, water doesnt get hot enough for shower.My room was very well lit but, outlets connected to lights did not workThere was nice variety of breakfast food but, food not hot & tortilla was hard. However the dinning room did have a microwave.Also the stairwells needed to be vacummed. Lastly,there was one morning with no running water for over 3 hours.

Our experience was good, front desk was so helpful and provided insight of nearest restaurants. Maria served some hot breakfast, but her enthusiasm delighted us, exactly what you need in the morning.We definitely would stay again.

Don't stay at this location manager is incompetent has no social manners didn't even call us or provide a discount or refund for our trouble. Keys didn't work and we couldn't get into our room until 3:00am the next day. We had medication that had to be taken before bedtime. But, there was no concern because the manager couldn't be reached and the staff couldn't figure out how to open the door. So, I will not ever stay at this location !

I have stayed here before and maybe it was a one time thing, but I definitely hated this most recent stay during new years. My experience at this particular Best Western location, was extremely disappointing. The room seemed to have barely been cleaned out- The bath tub was still dirty with hair from the pervious guests and there were also no toiletries available and the closet door was missing. The most important reason why I would not recommend this location is because based on my reservation, check out is at 12:00 and I had housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:00am asking if I was ready to check out. Also, I had the front desk calling me at 11:00am asking if I was going to extend the say because I had not left the room. The ladies seemed to be more upset that they were working new years eve and new years day.

Check in guy was rude, they state they serve breakfast until 9-10am, we’ll you better be there before 7am cause once it’s gone, they don’t take out anymore. The sofas in lobby to sit on look like if they got them donated from the goodwill, they are all dirty and seems like you are going to catch something just by looking at them.

I had no problems checking in getting my room. The rooms were clean organized ready to go. I live out of a suitcase washer and dryers were there for me. I have state in other places. This was one of my best experience.

Always love this place, all the guest and staff are so nice almost like a 2nd family.The only down fall that I saw this time around was the wedding that they had come in to stay. The wedding party seemed extremely rude, verbally abusive and refused to wear their mask. There were kids (small)kids running in the parking lot with out adults around. They would drink beers and just throw the can at the building.

Nice and clean hotel. Good customer service. The only reason why I rate 4 stars a d not give is because the rooms are cramped. Two people have a hard time moving around with their luggage in the room. With that said, everyone was friendly and caring. That is 5 stars for sure

The breakfast was amazing!!! Every morning something by different and home cooked! The staff was friendly and hospital. The rooms were pretty clean, had to request them change the sheets but other than that the 2wks I was there was great.

This is the second time I've stayed here and each time I have stayed we seem to get a view of a roof top. Before I made the reservation I read the reviews but I tried to give it the benefit of doubt in the one of the reviews it stated that housekeeping knocks on your door EARLY let me confirm that they do indeed do that , housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:00 a.m!! Before that my family and I went downstairs for breakfast which by the way ends at 9:00 a.m. we went at 8:20 a.m. and an employee was SITTING AT THE TABLE STUFFING HER FACE did not acknowledge us until I went to front desk to ask what time does breakfast ends because there was no food at all! She simply stated "we are all out" I tried to confirm what time is breakfast over and she did say it ends at 9 a.m. but that they are all out...I noticed that she had her friends coming in to join her for breakfast (the breakfast that they were all out for us)!!! We had to go to town for breakfast. We were very disappointed at the attitude, treatment and the customer service that we received. So if you dare to stay BRING YOUR OWN FOOD!!! Or wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning to get a morsel of the limited food they offer!

Both the lady's at check in and the check out where very nice and went out of there way to make me feel at home. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at any motel and I spend a lot of time at motels. Will definitely stay here again when im back in the area!

Very nice and helpful desk clerk. Nice/comfortable room, but nightshift workers can't close the curtains to block out light/sun, and the key swipe card is temperamental..."Sometimes it feels like a nut. Sometimes it don't." Lol!

Dried blood on my pillows and sheets. Took an hour to get them changed. I left my information to let the manager know I was unhappy and she never called. Contacted customer service and nothing ever happened. They admitted that some cleaning people don't change the sheets and pillow cases.

I feel that this motel is over priced for not having everything in working order. A full hot breakfast was offered but was not available at 6 a.m. and there was no offer to make anymore even though breakfast was served to 9 a.m.

Room was good but all the staff were sitting down having food so i left without checking out. Have tried to get a copy of my bill for the last three weeksI called again today and Hotel assured they'd send, have never received it. Called customer service number and they couldn't get a copy of it either.Seriously disappointed in the service.

My fiancé had to work Christmas so I booked a room here at the Best Western so we could spend the night together in a "nicer" hotel. The hot water didn't work. There appeared to be blood on the top sheet, so we took it off and there was hair on the brown flannel blanket. Disgusting! Won't be going back!

They really put effort in their breakfast. Rooms are pretty clean. Wi-Fi is really spotty during the evening of the times though. Its gets frustrating as the network drops frequently at about 4-7
