We found ourselves looking to upgrade our truck and drove through the lot at Greg Lair just to see what was available one evening. We were in the market for something very specific so we didn't expect to find exactly what we wanted that day. We were greeted by Abby Lair as we looked and she pointed out a few vehicles that were close but not exactly what we were after. We left Abby with an impossible list of boxes that needed to be checked for us to find just the right one and she would keep an eye out for us.Less than a week later, Abby called us to let us know she thought she found the perfect one and that she did! The truck checked off every one of our impossible to find list of items and a few others we didn't know we wanted or needed. We didn't have to settle on a single thing that we wanted on the vehicle. In our numerous past encounters with purchasing a vehicle, HANDS DOWN, this was the most pleasant transaction! We had Braden Cunningham HELP us through the process. There was no pressure, no hovering, no hassle! Braden was available to ask questions and gave prompt, accurate answers. He allowed us to drive a number of vehicles to ensure we picked the one that was right for us. We even considered ordering a vehicle to ensure we got what we wanted. Braden was literally there for us every step of the way. Blake Moore was the Finance Director we were blessed to work with on the final paperwork.Again, extremely helpful and professional. Once the purchase was complete, Braden walked us through all the options our vehicle had to offer, and believe me, I bet I call him again to get more "tutoring" on all the bells and whistles.
