Helpful staff. However, prices are outrageous and there always seems to be stipulations on why I can’t use my reward points on certain items. Why even have the rewards. Most of the time I just sit there and look at them in the app and then watch them expire.

They have everything you need without having to go to a BIG box company. They may not have a varity of the same product but they have something that will work. All of the employees were extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We will be back often.

I have been goin there forever, but was a lil disappointed when i went last week, the young lady whom i hadnt seen before, rang me up and didnt ask me if i was a rewards member like all the others have always asked me. When i asked her if they still do reqards, she said yeah. And that was that. I just wont go to her when i go again if shes there. Im omw there now actually. 🤗 Other than that, they got what i always need. And the workers are always willing or offering to assist.

This place is stocked with almost anything the big box stores have and some really neat specialty items like fishing tackle, along with a helpful staff... only half point dip is prices, they're not cheap but being out at the lake one should expect a premium.

I love this place. Even though it's a major brand, this store still retains that Mom & Pop feel. Located in a small community, it can be more expensive than the big box home improvement stores in New Braunfels. But if you need something in a pinch or just want to support your community, this is the place to go.

Plants are expensive. Every plant that I bought at Ace didn't survive. One hedge plant was $30, Attendant called it a Whataburger Bush. Another was $15. Smaller ones at$8. All died!

I had been at this location for quite sometime since it’s the closest location for NB!The staffs are always helpful, friendly & they allowed dogs inside (of course with the lease on), they pass out treats to puppy at the cash register so our puppy registered & looking forward to it every time.Over this weekend, there is a tall unfriendly looking guy, whom was waxing & cleaning the floor, he kept on hustling my puppy for no good reason. I’m unsure of what was his reason for this unpleasant experience that he try to inflict or intimidating! I ‘ll still go back & shop but he should know better from not treating anyone any different!

This store has pretty good supplies for a small town store. It specializes in camping, RV, and summer needs, too. If you need the odd tool or house hold fitting, chances are that you will have luck. They also have a garden center.Almost everything you need is here. No journey to the giant store needed.Super glue today. Lots of choices.

The entire store is very friendly. They answer questions quickly. There is a very wide selection of tools and equipment you can buy. There are always more cashiers than people waiting. When you go they greet you as you walk in and if you ask for help they will assist you throughout your visit. Great store.

The staff in the nursery is very knowledgeable.. I enjoy visiting with them and picking their brain about my trees that I grow. They have a great selection of soils and a large variety of plants to choose from! The nursery’s location is very convenient for me.

Just looking for some pins. Oddball stuff, is always a pain. The staff gave me good suggestions, and helped me find what I needed. Now, I still think the prices are too high, but that is because I used to make a dollar an hour. Now it is pocket change. It saves a lot of time, and gas, for us locals.

Most of the time I come here I’m disappointed with the lack of assistance, the employees can often be seen in pairs having their own conversations. Whenever I ask a question and disrupt them I get the sense that they aren’t getting paid to help me, but to hang out with their coworkers. I even took the time to point out damaged product on offer, a bent piece of sheet metal. An assistant manager suggested I use a pair of pliers to straighten it, and told me I’d be surprised what people will buy. The dust covered bent sheets of metal were just put back on the shelf in case someone wishes to buy damaged product. Honestly I could care less if a business wants to make money or not, but I will not shop at a place where comments are made behind my back when I’m not quite out of earshot. Home Depot has far better service, and the employees definitely care more in my experience.

Really good overall selection for a hardware store. Stop in for work a couple of times a year when I need a part for a job and have always found they have what I need or something that will work for my needs. Well, stocked.They have an interesting selection of miscellaneous stock and usually wind up buying something I've needed, but, haven't taken the time to order online or make a special trip for.
