Rentals department needs restructuring with customer attention & service. While waiting in line to be attended, we were greeted by a female attendant but decided not to provide service and instead left for lunch making us wait for another attendant (Customers Come First). It took 15min to be attended by Alex Rodriguez as he answered a phone call with no indication to provide customer service. Overall our visit of 10-15min turned into 45min.

First time I went great got in line paid for plywood went back got it loaded by my brother and one of their employees.2nd timeThere's a different cashierand I felt bad for the girl. She didn't seemed trained. She didn't know how to charge the man in front of me for some screws. She forgot to send someone to help me get some mix. I hope new employees get properly trained.

My son-in-law and daughter bought me a chainsaw sthil for Father’s Day of 2021. Did not use it until July 12 2021. Had to cut down some trees that had fallen over because of the strong winds. Fueled and add the oil and then tried to start the chainsaw. Took some time but finally started it but as soon as u let off the fuel lever chainsaw would stall out. And after sever times of this happening finally gave up because it was harder and harder to start. Bought a husqvana chainsaw and had no issues. Son in law was looking for the receipt for the sthil chainsaw so we could have it serviced under the warranty since it was only attempted to be used for a couple of hours. Finally in December I decided to take it in the the store without the receipt employees were able to find the purchase date. On Jan 4, 2022 received a call chainsaw was ready. Went to picked up was informed it was going to be $60.00 dollars for a carb tuneup. I was very disappointed because the chainsaw did not even work. And was not informed they were going to charge me for the service. Did not fall under warranty because the carb is not covered. What a rip off. Will never buy a Sthil product again and advise others not to but a Sthil product total thieves. Buy Husqvana instead of u want a better quality chainsaw.

Took my weed eater in for repairs. I was given a scratch piece of paper with a handwritten number 2020 😁 He asked me what was wrong with the weed eater. I told him it needed the trigger and plunger repaired. He said it would take a week. I called a week later he said it would “ take another week due to shop being fixed.” Two weeks later I pick it up and he states “the motor is no good. “ I tell him that’s not what I brought it in for, it was a working machine and now the motor doesn’t turn. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I had a running weed eater prior to taking it in and now It has a frozen motor. The mechanic there gave me the option of fixing it for x amount of dollars. WTH? 😡

The store is under new ownership is being remodeled as we speak. It is still locally-owned! Same staff who are always helpful with anything you need they know where it's at and we'll take you right to it all you have to do is ask unless of course they've already asked you if you need help.

Dropped off my Stihl weed trimmer on a Wednesday evening after the repair shop was closed. I asked an older gentleman if I could leave it for repair and he said it was fine. He took a sheet of paper wrote down my information including the problem with the trimmer and what I had changed out already ie filters etc. He said it'd be a couple of days. I called on Friday and spoke to the short individual at the repair shop and he explained it'd be atleast a week. I stated I would pick up the trimmer. I called back the same day and spoke to this same individual and asked him to place my trimmer back in line as I was going to be out of town for about a week anyway. I call a week and 6 days later and This same person answers at the repair shop and now can not find my trimmer. After a bit of looking around he finds the trimmer and tells me it was not repaired because it was not properly tagged. What incompetence!!! They held onto my trimmer for 2 weeks and I guess it was just laying around and no one bothered to ask why the trimmer was there. Perhaps it was improperly tagged, but 1) the first employee accepted it and labeled it with a sheet of paper that was easy to read and 2) why did the repair shop guy not properly tag it when I spoke to him on the phone? This is unacceptable! If you don't need the work/business I will gladly look elsewhere. Next time you need repairs (out of warranty)go to Bob's small engine repair they are not a Stihl dealer but they know what they are doing and keep track of things. it's a bit further but dependable.

Turned away for not wearing a mask.. I will not spend a dime at a business that requires masks.. Most business have signs posted but do not enforce this rediculous rule. True valve did. I will never return.

The old man behind the counter needs to retire or get on the ball....he ignore me ...! He literally ignored me! He was on his cell phone taking a call and kept avoid me goin side to side on his desk! Not even a "hold on give me a sec...I'll be right with you " oh and his name is Eddy!
