Hello everyone, the service here is excellent. I was changing the oil in my truck here. Quickly, reliably, carefully. After 5 minutes the work started, after an hour everything was ready. But also: the guy who serviced my truck suggested that I look at the air filters in the cabin and in the sleeping compartment. He took them out and showed them to me. The filters were in terrible condition. Of course I replaced them. Surprisingly, this was the first time I was offered something more than just an oil change according to the instructions. The guy's name was Jose. Everyone was very friendly with me. But, most importantly, everything is done very quickly. I recommend this place.

Allowing parking in the fueling lines is unacceptable!!! You get your fuel and you move forward. You don't go inside and eat a meal or take a shower while others are waiting to get fuel!!!

Very nice staff. Stopped for a shower during a road trip. The shower isn't new but it's clean. I tried to buy a cup of coffee after buying the shower and the gent gave me the coffee gratis. Really nice. Recommend.

Not a bad place, but there's a couple stray dogs wandering around, aggressive towards motorcycles. I'd recommend avoiding if you're on a bike or don't want your vehicle inspected by street animals. Clerk inside says there's nothing they can do about it.

They are ok but definitely not what I expected from a petro. The parking lot is completely separated from the pumps and doesn't seem well thought out . looks like a truck stop you may find in Cali . The employees seemed nice tho. :)

Very excellent service, was easy to fuel myself and my truck and there's fresh tacos rite up the street. Very friendly and knowledgeable personel. Was one of my top stops to stop and refuel. Will reccomend to any driver headed that way. Ten stars.

Poor shop this location, young techs 18 or so, inexperienced. Failed my truck on a DOT Inspection. I went to the next TA had it done again and passed.

Stopped here to get a trailer tire replaced and the service was excellent. Everyone I dealt with in the shop were really friendly and personable. They got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

Got only 2 gallons of DEF . I told cashier that their DEF mashine is not good . I needed 5 minutes to get 2 gallons. He said they don't have some sort of magnetic thing . It is kinda my fault that my 2019 truck doesn't have a steel tank ? Really ?

Clean shower, hot water and they are generous with towels. They even have a hair dryer. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice people, place was pretty clean. Ate at Subway, bread was so dry, the sandwich fell apart, wouldn't suggest it unless you like to eat your sandwich with crackers for bread.Also, I guess when it rains in this area, the power goes off, no electricity anywhere at this exit. Went south a few miles on side road to get coffe since hwy was at a halt to avoiding 2 accidents, they can't drive in the rain either here. They had electricity.Get it together El Paso!

Employees didnt care that boys around 10/11 years old were in ladies restroom. Checkstand lady was rude and refused to sell my husband who had ID one beer because i didnt have mine despite being nearly 30 and visably so and not even getting one for myself. Refused to let us speak to a manager.

Staff was nice, but, as a truck driver that likes to shower.. the water pressure was really bad and water was barely warm. And only 2 other showers were in use..

This review is for the service shop. Excellent friendly customer service and great shop techs as well. Im very picky as to where I change my oil and lube but they do a great job here. Very nice lobby and shop too.

Friendly staff make this place great. The shower was clean the water hot and the jet powerful. $14 and well worth it.

I give it 5 stars because it is what the name is- Express stop. Not your typical full grown TA, but the cheapest fuel in El Paso, a good cup of coffee and I'm happy. People working here are friendly, the parking and shop are across the street, but it works. Only real gripe is the shop is not 24/7, but if you need something fixed at 2 am, there's a Petro right down the road.

The self serve drinks, ice machine and the driver kiosks was not working. I couldn't use my points for something to drink or eat. The youngins at this location were clueless and unhelpful and just shrugged their shoulders when asked any questions to remedy the situation.....they need better management and training

Excellent folk's. Very helpful. Shower were cleaned up immediately for the next person to use. Place is exceptionally clean inside and out.

Shop here at petro lady manager is very very rudeI ask to give me hose and I will check my truck air pressure by my own she said you need to pay firstIn 20 years of my driving no one ask for money to just to use hose we fuel all the time from petro but noooooo more

Not the best experience.1.Diesel pump no.1 card reader wasn't working. 2.They were completely out of bags of ice. 3. I bought a bottle of Snapple, wasn't very cold.

This use to be a Petro but it is now a TA Express. 👍👍 It still has the Subway inside. The restrooms have been updated and much nicer.🤗👍👍😁👍👍 This is a very nice TA Express to stop by. 👍👍👍👍

Parking is across the street and small for trucks..just a Subway, no Iron Skillet/zFS resturant. 2 washers, 2 driers, 6 or 7 showers.
