I’ve been here twice now and both times there were issues at the register with pricing. Make sure you review your receipt! On top of that, the dressing room attendant barged in on me without knocking. Bottom line, for being an outlet there weren’t that many good deals. Most everything was just 25% off but you can get that just about anywhere. Saks and other retailers who carry PRL routinely have 25% off events. I remember the days PRL factory store was giving stuff away. Now you’re just better off buying it at Dillards.

Watch what you buy from this store, they use cleaver price deception to fraudulently think the item is on sale or clearance and the reality is that it’s most likely not. Purchased a T-shirt that had a 30% off sign on front of it and it was full price. They had 7-10 pairs of the same jeans in the clearance section and guess what they were full price too! This is fraudulently advertising the items are on sale or discounted and they in fact are NOT! Prior two experiences I had to go back to the store to have security tags removed that were left on after purchasing. After today I won’t shop at your store! I dont like to be deceived or ripped off! My experience today rates you right at Walmart level, how insulting is that to your brand?

Based on my experience here, the store was pretty organized and customer service was fine. The prices and sales were decent. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.

Just had a terrible experience at this store. The store manager, who claimed her name was "Karen," treated my brother unfairly when he tried to exchange a pair of pants due to an employee's mistake during the purchase. Despite my brother's patience and attempts to provide necessary information, the manager dismissed every form of proof. Frustrated, I questioned if there was no recourse for an employee's error, but the manager remained unhelpful. We suggested reviewing security footage, and only then did they acknowledge the mistake. Surprisingly, there was no apology, and the manager's attitude throughout was unpleasant. I doubt her name is really Karen, and I regret not taking a photo. The manager's conduct and the employees' complicity in the situation were disappointing.

Price gauging at the highest level total rip off. One day the clothes are one price then in 24 hours there’s another price. Next week another price. They place tickers on top of the original price. Each price hack is 30% more the the original price. As I investigated this store the price went up a 150%. One thin tee shirt went up to almost 100 dollars. I am highly disappointed. I think Ralph Lauren think loyal customers are stupid customers.

Love the Ralph Lauren Factory store. I always sign up for the emails and promotion text lol: so typically get an additional 20-30% offf of discounted clothing at the factory stores. I’m still real particular on how much I’m going to spend on a shirt or sweater… I’m never trying to over pay.

The cashier was very nice. Gave me great recommendations on the cologne and the clothes in the store were great. Through this review I do want to share a Bible verse to get the Word out. Stuff was way over priced for an outlet. The one in Washington is better. Plus the cashiers look at you suspiciously if you don't look a certain way but have four thousand in your pocket to spend. What can I say I didn't feel like getting out of my sweats and flannel?

I walked in today and the staff literally looked me up and down and kept walking. Yet other customers were told "welcome". I walked around a little and kept getting either dirty looks or ignored by staff. Finally I walked out and didn't purchase anything. What a poor representation of a good brand.
