I had wanted a place local instead of a big chain store, but strangely this was worse. The manager accused me of having an *accent from the middle east -but I'm from Texas.My aunt and uncle owned a nice store, so I wanted Ace and can compare.In the end, went to a real Mom and Pop place by Sam's and got good service.

When asked if help is needed once by separate individuals fine. But I don't appreciate it if I feel as though I'm being watched and approached by the same individual asking if I was sure that help wasn't needed. I calmly told him no for the 3rd time. I won't be patronizing Ace hardware as their prices are ridiculously high. Too bad True value hardware closed down.

I only go here if I have to . They are overpriced. They're usually out of what you need, and don't get me started on the paint department. They have 50 employees, and only a few of them are willing to help( the young guy with long hair and older cashier are great workers) fire the rest!

You've been to 9ne you've been to em all... clean well stocked, wasn't actually questioned whether I needed service or not. Actually had to locate a store employee. Checkout time was quick. Parking was ehh... but that has to deal with actual building location they can only deal the hand they got.

Went to return my battery powered trimmer and blower; was denied. Now I know that you must return your items to the same ACE Hardware store you purchased them from. That didn't stop them from showing me the awesome STHIL gas powered blower and trimmers, in fact the gentleman educated me on the battery and gas powered tools. I really appreciated that!! I'll be coming back!!

I had an employee help me with some PVC fittings. He was a great help. They have one full row of PVC pipe to fittings. Better than Lowes. Prices were great. Lowes has no one to help u,like the store is so big,that employees hide. I will take my business to Ace instead. Cashiers they had 3 working and very nice.

Ace Hardware (Canutillo) is nice, very clean, well stocked hardware store. Did have a little trouble finding someone to help me locate what I was looking for. Two employees walked right past me, never looked at me or asked if I needed help.

Great selection and mostly...knowledgeable people.Asked fornthe location of an item, and the answer was...."I think over there"...pointed to a corner of the store.Item was on the opposite side of the store.Customers don't expect all knowing employees, but if you don't know, find out!

i usually go here for convenience and sometimes you get mediocre service. the cashiers are very nice the older gentleman is great. but.the last few times the guys that are supposed to help are super slackers. i waited almost 20 realistic minutes to get a key copied and the store was dead inside and out

Useless workers there! Had to ask the girl up front 4x times to get someone to get me wire. She wasn’t doing anything and kept getting irate for being asked. I don’t like coming here because of the useless young lazy staff members there. I prefer to give my hardware business to locals but do yourself a favor and take your chance with lowes or Home Depot. Very disappointing experience.

Three years ago, this store was pretty good. Now, they have become useless. No one knows anything. Only one guy can sell you parts for the over priced Stihl products. No one in paint has a clue. They used to have just about any fastener you might ever need. Now the inventory is a fraction of what they had. The management is never available to talk to. I suggest avoiding this store. Most of their stock is dated. A sad place to go.

Terrible customer service, called to see if they make keys (key fobs) and lady rudely put me on hold more than 5 minutes. Strongly DON'T recommend doing any type of business with them.

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They offer quality products and unique products. Great store, in general. Bought a Stihl Chainsaw and a Remington Pole Chainsaw. This is the second of these Remington Pole Saws that we have purchased. The last one we had lasted about 8 years, and the only reason it broke is because it was ran over by my uncle's truck! Ace has quality products and quality service!

This location has always had helpfull staff. Everytime I go, someone always asks if i need help. Only gripe for me is the prices are always a lot higher than the big orange store and the blue store. But they carry lots of parts for mobile homes, which is something you dont find in those big chain stores. Look for the hummingbird nests all over inside the store!!! If you are lucky, you may see the bird flying around or chillin in the nest!

Terrible customer service. Went to get a copy of a key for my car with a chip. The key didn't work the way it should have. It was made correctly but it was too long to the point where to open the door and turn on the engine, I had to pull out the key a little bit. I went back to the store to talk about this issue and told me I was wrong! Even the owner of the store refused to try to solve this dilemma and did not even check how the key fit into my car. MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I FEEL ROBBED!!!!!!
