WOW! All I can I can say is, BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE QUICK, FAST and in a HURRY 💨 my babies look so great and the staff was start to finish——AMAZING! I have a poodle-chihuahua that has thick curly hair who got a grooming, pomeranian who got a shampoo/deep conditioner with a trim and a maltipoo who received a full grooming with ear plucking as well as teeth cleaning. I hope they keep these high standards and friendly service. Very affordable compared to Pet Smart where a rushed job and a few complaints of my puppy runs me $80+ This is our place now and our animals came home happy, win across the board!

These groomers really take pride on what they do. They love pets and truly care for them. I’ve been taking my Golden Retrievers there for about a year now. Both of them get very nervous with the blow dryer. However, they are very patient and loving and make them feel safe. Highly recommend K-9 Kuts!

Was my first time taking my French Bulldog. They are an appointment only facility. Customer service is fantastic. They treated my fur baby like their own. Extremely great pricing. Overall I trust this groomer with my Frenchie. Will definitely be returning.

Being new to the area, we have been looking for a groomer for my very anxious and nervous poodle mix rescue. He is so sweet and never aggressive, but just needs some extra love and patience when being groomed. The best way to describe him is hesitant and flinchy. We came to K-9 Kuts and the service was fantastic. Everyone that I encountered was informative, patient, and so kind. They even used oatmeal shampoo to ease some skin irritation that he gets. My dog came home with a fabulous cut and was relaxed (versus the normal stress he comes home with). Not to mention, the pricing was fantastic. We will definitely be regular customers and will drive from Las Cruces for service this good. Thank you K-9 Kuts!

Our dog Buddy is super timid so we wanted to find a place where he could feel comfortable and not scared. K-9 Kuts is that place. They are professional but they are also welcoming and super friendly. Buddy is not scared to stay with them. Everyone there is super nice to him and they make him feel at home. They do a great job with him. He always smells really nice and his coat is super soft and shiny every time he goes there. Thank you!

Great place!! We’re from El Paso, but live in Austin now. Idk if it’s the area but it is super expensive!! I brought my dog here on my last trip to El Paso and absolutely loved it!! They were very busy, but when I called for an eta and let them know I was traveling out that day, they got my dog ready asap!! He. And out very happy looking and smelling good!! The best part was the price! Definitely coming back here!!

My parents are in assisted living at The Legacy. Dogs need grooming when they live there too. I took Trixie over to check out #K-9Kuts & was elated with their loving care of my parents pup. She was done in less than 2 hours, not traumatized when I picked her up. I made arrangements with the owner to pick up and drop off dogs at #TheLegacy for grooming. It was a wonderful experience.

Probably the best dog groomer we have ever used. Very professional. They allow you to bring your dog to the back which makes it much less stressful on the dog and owner. They keep the front door locked so dogs in the lobby cannot get out, which makes you feel good as an owner. Everyone was so nice and professional. The groomer even called my cell to ask how we wanted our dogs hair cut which I thought was awesome and shows they care. The price is very reasonable. Our dogs look so good, they did a great job and took care of every little detail. We will be back soon. This was a great experience for our dogs and the humans as well, lol. Thank you!

Great service. My dog has not been this clean for as long as I can remember. She is a Belgian Malinois and she sheds heavily going into summer. I've been a few places and they do good jobs. But this groomer has been the best yet. I couldn't tell she had shed at all. I highly recommend this place of you're looking around for a new groomers.

I'll start out by saying that I had been a customer for about a year or so. However, recently I started feeling off about the place.I noticed that they keep up to 2 or 3 small dogs together in crates. They started making me take my dogs back into the grooming area where they have all the other dogs and the grooming stations for me to put them into the crate myself.I noticed that there was a surge in the number of dogs that they take in at once.I also noticed that the dogs didn't have water in their crates. I had to call to request water be placed with my dogs because they weren't ready after 4 hours and I was worried about hydration.I feel like it is just generally a stressful environment for a dog -- the dogs are all crated in the same area where people and dogs are walking in and out and are also crated where the grooming is happening. It's always really loud and I even feel stressed walking in.I used to like this place a lot, but decided to stop taking my dogs there out of a concern for their wellbeing -- too stressful of an environment and not adequate access to water or going to the bathroom.The new place I took them was extremely professional, has separate crating and grooming areas, dogs always have access to water in their crates as a general policy, they took my dogs back to the crating area, and the entrance is separate from where the grooming and crating is. The difference is huge. Yes, I pay more now, but it's worth it to me.Positives = prices are good & the place is local

Very fast. Very affordable for small dog bathe and nail clipping. Brought my foster dog in immediately after pickup from shelter. The critter had poop all over him. So I was desperate to find a quick service location. I'll definitely be back!

We are new in town and needed a groomers for our two shitzu mixes. Our daughter recommended this place because she had taken her dog there. Even though there were several grooming places closer to our home , I called and made an appointment. The receptionist was very courteous so I had a good impression. My husband has been sick so I had to drive the dogs there by myself. The very friendly owner met me and helped with the two dogs. I told him I was nervous about driving and reassured me, taking time to show me an alternate route. He was so kind to my dogs I relaxed about leaving them in his care. I picked them up in two hours. They looked wonderful, the best hair cuts they've ever had. When I paid the bill, I was shocked at how reasonable it was. The receptionist even helped me carry the dogs to the car. I will go back again.

excellent prices, we pay $45 for our golder retriever. de-shed, bath,hair trim. they always treat our dogs with care, they've never had a cut on skin or bleeding nails. Everyone that works here loves animals. 100% recommendthank you!!!

Outstanding service. Took my parents dog here, they live at The Legacy and have mobility issues. The owner said he would do pick up and dropoff grooming for residents of The Legacy. That is great forward thinking and business sense. They did a great job on Trixie and she was so content afterwards.
