The two managers are incredibly rude and I overheard them gossiping about customers that are currently in the store. These two women are clearly so miserable and unhappy with their own lives that they feel the need to make others feel worse. Never coming back.

I have been to this location several times and have always had spectacular service however, today's experience was on a completely new level. Eva at the store showed me patience and kindness while I debated for quite some time about what watches I would get. She was also very professional and accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. Stop in if the chance ever arises and you're looking for 5 star service!

Service is unbelievably great, however it is unbelievably hot inside. After having a great conversation with the employee, she told me they’ve been without AC for almost two months. I just hope they’re paying the employees hazardous pay 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Very disappointed. Found out leather satchels are only warrantied for a year on manufacturer defects even with the receipt. Only had mine for 13 months! Leather Satchels are not inexpensive. The sales clerk was kind enough to offer other satchels. However, why would I invest in another that is not going to last more than a year? The GAP honors theirs for the life of the product. Be warned.

This was the worst service ever I entered Fossil store 3 employees did not acknowledge me all 3 employees on their cell phone ! I got to the register the employee who look like she just got straight out of bed 32 oz in the middle of the counter!!!!
