This review is delayed a couple days, but I received exceptional customer service! While good service is typical, one employee went above and beyond by helping me find clothes, addressing my inquiries, and suggesting outstanding alternatives for out-of-stock items. To my surprise, I had misplaced my car keys, and he tirelessly searched until he found them for me! In an attempt to express my gratitude, I offered $200, acknowledging he couldn't accept tips, but he graciously declined, stating, "I truly appreciate your generous offer, but my joy comes from helping others without expecting anything in return." As someone who specializes in corporate customer service for a retail company’s, this extraordinary level of service, driven by such values, is worth sharing in this review! 🤣Edit: if you need help figuring out who it was it, was a younger man named Aron!

Went in to purchase some shirts. I saw one that I really liked, but they did not have one in my size, but I noticed the one on the mannequin was my size, so I asked if we could get that one. To my surprise, the store manager replied “nope.” I asked her if there was any particular reason, and she said “nope” again. She never shared a smile or an apology for not being able to do it, or at least a reason why. I’m in the sales business and trust me, never ever have I seen such bad attitude, especially coming from a manager. By the way, her name is Brooke. I felt really discriminated against and ended up leaving the other shirts and not buying anything, but something good came out that since I was with my twin sons and they learned to never treat someone like that. Super bad customer service, even the guy that first assisted us was ashamed of her attitude.

My shopping mood was ruined by an employee was really rude when I was drinking my coffee. She right away said if I didn’t put on my mask she would kick me out. I understand the precautions we must take therefore I had my mask hanging from my ear so I can put on my mask right away. I took my complaint to the manager and he did not do anything about it.

I came to this store hoping to buy a birthday outfit but upon entering I was not greeted at all by the gentleman and lady working. I've never felt as if my business didn't mean anything. I come from a background in sales and know customer service is key. I will never do business here again.
