I've been using this particular Discount Tire in Canutillo since I got my Jeep Wrangler in 2014. From balances and rotations to new tires, wheels, and more, I've used them exclusively.In recent years, I've been having non-stop issues with Discount. It started with a sheared lug, to which I attributed to a simple accident when removing my tires. The very next visit after I repaired the lug, another lug is sheared by their incompetence. I fix the issue myself again at Discount's expense. Now, after my most recent visit in December of 2023, when getting a balance done, the techs failed to secure two of my hubcaps properly, resulting in one falling off on the highway and the other almost falling off. These particular hubcaps are screwed on, not the common pop-on ones, so the screws were not properly reattached after balancing.As they say in baseball, three strikes and you're out. I will never be returning to Discount again. I'll gladly pay someone else for routine maintenance that I would otherwise get for free at Discount.

The vehicle was taken to Discount Tire for routine maintenance - the tires were to be balanced and rotated.The passenger side vehicle's tire was sunk all the way to the top of the inside of the fender and pushed all the way back to the firewall by repeated efforts of Discount Tire personnel by trying to accelerate off of the lift at Discount Tire. I witnessed the Discount employee driver continually try to drive the car off of the lift. The driver was being signaled by a guide (discount employee) to come on back and drive the car off the lift, all this time the wheel was jammed/stuck under the fender The car barley moved not even a foot from where the car was lowered to the ground after the tire balance and rotation.After this the many tire busters gathered around my car and started jacking my car up from different places twisting the poor thing up, it looked like elves at Santa's Workshop with banging and people scooting all about. They quickly slammed my car back together and rolled my car to a parking spot. This was like " Clean up on Isle 9 broken bottle of catsup". I stood alone on the parking lot by my damaged car waiting for the tow truck for about an hour - it seemed like an eternity.I was mortified and shocked, all this while the customers in the waiting room looked on through the viewing glass.After speaking with the assistant to the assistant mgr he said a claim would be filed, he lied the claim was filed the following day.They referred me to Fleet Response which is a third party adjuster - they are attack dogs trained to devour Discount Customers.After complaining to "Sid" the VP in Albuquerque a corporate adjuster in Scottsdale AZ Discount Corporate HQ took over - this is the AZ attack squad equivalent to Fleet Response.If you have a claim get an attorney quick, preserve your evidence and witnesses statements. Discount Tire has gone wall st rogue. They only care about the bottom line.Money is necessary, but the love of money is evil.

Bought tires a while back and staff was very nice. But why inform me of free tire pressure service and send an email about it. For me to be the only one in the line and be ignored for 10 mins before I left. It wasn’t unreasonably busy and multiple employees looked at me.

I would avoid going to this particular Discount Tire. I went in to purchase two new tires for my truck and in the end they messed up my tire pressure sensors. I went back to talk to Steven but of course, he took no responsibility and even wanted to sell those sensors for $150 plus... I guess that’s how they upsell. Anyway, I told him the light came on ever since they installed the tires and I never had any trouble until now. Long story short, Steven didn’t care and blamed my truck’s age.

Came to replace my tires. Waited an hour just to find out the men working there couldn’t get my Mazda out of the parking break mode. Turned on my theft detection and now my car is immobile. Have to call roadside assistance to tow my car to the closest dealership. The whole time they died do anything but try and start it. Crazy. So disappointed. Their response was “well we aren’t mechanics so we don’t know what to do”.

These guys take pride in their jobs. As many customers that walk through the doors, the gentleman recognized my family. He asked me how I was recovering from an injury and reminded me of the forgettable tire key. I purchased tires for all my vehicles here, and the professional recommendations are spot on. They email me whenever the services are due. I definitely recommend this location!

The morning crew has no regards for your time. I was there waiting for an hour and a half today. I ended up leaving without getting my tire changed out. It's not all Discount Tire locations. But this particular time they wasted my time. It makes no sense to have 6 car bays if you only use one at a time.

I have exclusively used discount tire for decades. Usually air check is quick but we waited 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there. Went and had lunch thinking they were just busy but after lunch same story. Never got the check because we got tired of being ignored.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for over a decade. While they certainly try to sell tires, that’s their job, and if you have some mechanical knowledge, your experience should be smooth. When I visit Discount Tire, I already know what’s wrong, and I only require their labor. If you’re leaving a negative review because you couldn’t inflate your own tires and are upset about the FREE service taking too long, consider handling it yourself. Most people don’t know How to READ their tires anyway.If you know your tires are old.. don’t go to Discount Tire unless you’re ready to buy New Tires. Seems easy enough…FYI. In over a Decade of using Discount Tire. I have Never had an employee try and sell me anything I didn’t want or need. Effective communication people.

On my way home the air light came on, so I stopped at the Trans mountain location to get air checked. After 5 minutes waiting I just drove off. There was only one car in the bay and two employees working on it. They looked to me one by one several times, but turned around and continued working. A third one came into the bay looked at me turned around and went back into the waiting room. I live on the east side, so I drove to the Montwood location and it took not even 10 seconds until someone checked the air. And they had all bays full with cars.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal! Got my tires ordered with ease. Gave me updates on discounts. Made sure they called when my tires arrived 4 days early. I got there as they opened up and they were polite and very informative. Got my tires installed first thing. Fast service and still made it to work in time!

I went in yesterday with my truck to get my tires balanced and rotated Because when I would hit seventy or sixty my truck would shake. I went in with a guy named Jesus. Super nice guy, very attentive, very welcoming. How was there for about 20 minutes Tops, my tires got rotated. They got properly balanced and once I got out there and hit the freeway. I went at 70 mph,like nothing. No shakes, no rattling. Then I was like no, let's step on it. So stepped on the gas. I went 90mph , no issues whatsoever. That's the first time i ever hit 90miles per hour.I had gone to Firestone to get The same job done and it came out superbad. I would step on it and by 40/50 miles an hour My truck was shake so bad. I could never hit over 75 because it would shake and rattle so bad!I was super happy, super stoked and Highly recommended discount tire

Discount tire used to be a respectable business. I sent my daughter who had a simple nail on the thread of the tire and wanted to force her to buy a new tire. The tire just needed to be plugged and that was it. I told her to ask to have them put the spare on and they told her it would take 2 hours!!! Common just for a quick buck! Really dissatisfied and lost my years of business!

I had a great experience with each employee I interacted with. I bought new wheels and tires here that I think look great in my cat. I originally had my first interaction with Marco over the phone and he made me feel very welcoming. He helped me order the tires and wheels I wanted over the phone and confirmed everything was right for me. I would definitely recommend this place.

LADIES DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SEE YOU AS DOLLAR SIGN AND STUPID; I went in by appointment to have my tire patched, Manager Dave said they couldn't patch and tried to sell me one star rated tires for $600 not including balancing fee, warranty for only 40k miles, etc. They said my tires were in the below average condition and I needed to buy TODAY. I quickly went to google looking for reasonably priced tires and found Walmart had great deals. After declining they put my spare on and sent me on my way. I drove down the street to Walmart where I was told I still had about 20k miles before I needed new tires but I found some great tires for way cheaper including warranty for 50k miles however I was told my TOOLS for my spare tire were gone. I just had them and now all of a sudden they were missing. Discount was closed after 5 on Saturday and I did not get a call back; I called on Monday and was told they don't use owners tools and TOO BAD. So not only did they try to rip me off but they stole my stuff!!! Tire could have been patched see picture, its on the thread; Also picture of great tires from Walmart. Discount Tire Canutillo - do not offer competitive prices and if you are a WOMAN assume they will automatically RIP YOU OFF!

I have been to Discount Tire on more than one occassion. So far, so good. The employees are honest and fair. I like that they tell you about their products; tires, wipers, etc but they don't push or force you to buy something. Now, if they could do brakes, that would be awesome.

Other than being very busy, the employees took their time to explain what they were going to do and even offered me a water. They went above and beyond to fix my tire; check the other four tires, made sure it had the correct psi and most importantly, they did not lose my valve caps. I was very impressed with their service. Good job 👍

Diffidently not professional. Discount tire workers damage our vehicle while switching the tires. We filed a complaint and explained the situation. They told us they had nothing to with it. All the codes came on our vehicle and they had damage the wheel hub while rotating the tires and jacking it up and as well breaking speed transmission sensor. Wasn't our first time having issues with them. We won't be giving them our service to them anymore. Paying over $1000 to fix our vehicle

Went on Monday to get a nail out of my tire. They held my vehicle for nearly 2 hours once they put it in the shop they let it sit there. After that they came out told me it was fixed even reset the air tire pressure sensor. A day later the sensor came back on I checked the tire and THE NAIL WAS STILL IN THERE. Terrible service and staff.

Izla was excellent. We were traveling cross country and had some issues. She made sure all of our tires were safe and got us a new spare. We were back on the road in no time and felt confident in our tires to get us to our destination! One of the best experiences of our trip.
