Far cry from what it was! I live in the neighborhood so didn't mind paying a little more for the convenience. At checkout a few months ago the cashier did not bother to greet me and a thank you was missing also. Not a word was said. I decided to try again a few days ago. She said hello but I guess thanking a customer for shopping there is just not done anymore.Good job at making the customer feel like a nuisance!This place used to be a neighborhood institution. I will not return.

What gives the Manager the right to address ppl with an attitude ?When he see's you coming in the door and he takes it upon himself to assist or ignore you. This happens all the time. I'm saddened due to this is the closes hardware store close to us, guess we'll make a trip to another place.

Wow, my impression of this store was toxic customer service in the AIR!!! Walked looking for a grill 8 people behind counter up front two behind the counter by grills stared at my wife and I and not one person said hello can help you nothing. In retrospect I guess that’s a good thing. Prices so high omg, how do you pay all those folks in that store. I’llI never go back and I will certainly advocate that no one else does either.

So impersonal and will make the trip to Lowes versus this location. So many times had terrible customer service from several of the long time employees, need new staff. Prices are higher also only other option local is True Value which has bad service too.

good customer service, They may not have a wide variety of stuff like Lowe’s but if you’re in a bind need something quick it works out.
