We love the mini pretzel dogs in a cup. Best snack ever while you are walking through the outdoor mall. Its perfect if you have kids. Small pretzels dogs for small hands

Thursday 7/28. Walked in wasn’t acknowledged for 15 minutes. Blond girl with blue eyes and ponytail was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes and told me the pretzel couldn’t be lightly toasted. Waited 15 mins for my pretzel to be cooked after paying and when I went back in, they didn’t even start. 30 minutes after intially ordering I get a burnt pretzel. As a service worker myself I try to be very polite and her attitude was ridiculous. Bad service and 30 mins for a burnt pretzel, not great…. not happy.

I love pretzels and I buy one every time I go to any mall and wow I've never been more disappointed in a pretzel. Whoever bakes the pretzels should be fired. The pretzel looks nicely done until you take a bite out of it and realize that its extremely burnt from the bottom. I bought a fancy piece of coal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. And also the cheese taste really bad I do not know what it is but stay away from that cheese.

We waited for over 10 minutes thinking it was worth it to have hot fresh pretzel. It wasn't warm. It was soggy. Very disappointed.The cashier could have offered the combo as it would have been more beneficial for us (adding a sauce to our order for paying couple of more cents), but I guess that's too much to ask at a pretzel shop.

No one will ever acknowledge you. This location is always out of everything. The whole atmosphere is nothing but attitude. If I were you I’d go elsewhere.

Everything they serve is exactly what you want, it’s your quality pretzels and Cinnabon’s, drinks and everything else, the people that work here meh, The crowd that shops here can suck, so get ready to be cool to everybody anyway, The place seems clean, they close early & open late on a regular, so disregard the times posted here on Google and go ahead and give them a call if you’re planning on coming here near opening or closing times.

This place as long you go on post is good pretzels are huge compared with other locations around El Paso but if you go to the locations of post you can have the military discounts which will let you get cheaper pretzels even when they are not that big

The mini pretzel dogs are always raw and i wanted to get the bucket and the workers were like no its going to take a long time to make so i had to get the regular combo

With 1 hour and 10 minutes before closing at 9 pm, they are out of pretzel dogs and mini pretzel dogs and do not make any more. Food is not available.
