I have given Adidas Outlet 3 out of 5 stars because they offer a military discount on ONLY 20 pairs of shoes in the store out of 1000s it items.When the store is having that is available to the public, less then 1% of their inventory is available to service members at discount.Why offer a military discount? So everything on the store was half off except a row of shoes. Those shoes at full price are the only item in the store available for a military discount to be applied. How does that separate those that served and offer them an additional discount over 99% of Americans that don’t serve?Just saying! Look at the receipt. What’s another 10 or 15% at this point?

This store is great. I've shopped here several times and they are always helpful. Yesterday I needed something in particular and José was so patient and helpful he even walked me through an on line order in addition to finding everything I needed in store! I will definitely won't hesitate to get my kids what they want from here! OUTSTANDING SERVICE, and very friendly!! Definitely a great place to shop!!

Manager and cashier wouldnt allow me to use my voucher on my purchased. Said its new policy. Called the adiclub and 2 other stores they never heard such policy. Will not be shopping here for future purposes

Great place to shop, easily the best at the outlet shops, I was helped by Jose and Theresa, was given amazing service by them. Found everything I needed in my visit and the discounts where great. Definitely coming back here again. Highly recommend.

Addidas is my Favorite brand of all time. I love when they have 50 off sale! Got my son a pair of shoes for 25 dollars yesterday and a hat for myself 50% off. Customer service on point was asked several times if I needed help. Good Job guys.

Their customer service is the phenomenal. All their associates go above and beyond to answer any questions you might have or check on a different size for what youre looking for. They always have great promotions and specials. Their prices are so much better than any of their competitors.

Everyone was really helpful, I was helped out by Ulysses, my girlfriend was looking for some shoes for her mom for her birthday but the ones she really loved were only available for kids, Ulysses worked his magic and was able to convert the kid size into adult female size, thank for being awesome Ulysses and making my girl happy for some of that magic magic magic later in that day!

I love Adidas and only wear Adidas branded clothing, but I wish this location would carry my size. Im sure if there were more 3XL and 4XL sized clothing in men this location would thrive in sales.

After we did our final selection to make our purchase they informed that they don't accept Samsung pay or Apple pay because management don't approved it because they can stole information from the customers that's very sad every body in these days use phones for everything hope they bring that option back even McDonald's or the gas stations accept this type of payment

As much as I love Adidas maaaan, they don't have good stuff here. Just the sporty clothes and shoes. I wish they had more of the casuals and normal color shoes. They carry some color combinations that I am sure would be a hit in other regions with other ethnics, we Latinos don't really like some color combinations, not being mean just saying that they should really use demographics to better target costumers the right way.

All of the store associates are unbelievably nice. The bad part is they have minimal choices, even for an outlet store, to choose from. We have been twice looking for NMDs and Ultraboosts with minimal to no success.

We placed a large order for soccer jerseys. Our bank rejected the order, flagging it as fraud. So we placed a new order for the same items. Without our knowledge or consent, Adidas re-ran the initial transaction, so now we have duplicate orders. They been shipping the items out over 5 shipments and refused to cancel any portion of it, charging our bank for each fragmented order. I was told by 2 Adidas reps the best they can do is accept a return of these items. An order that was supposed to cost just over $500 has cost us $1100 and crippled our new Soccer team, causing us to withdraw from a tournament due to the lack of money. It’s been a nightmare and all they can say is I understand.
