They helped me pick out the correct fish for my community tanks and were very knowledgeable about how to care for them as well as their environment.Being that they are a small business, I appreciate their willingness to take the time to educate me while they did have a store full of customers.

Love this place. Been coming here since it opened after the pandemic. The pet guy is real real cool and always up to date on information about the animals you purchase. We have purchased 3 iguanas and a couple of Bettas.

I get my feeder rats from Phil. I’ve also purchased miscellaneous items for my dog and cats throughout my visits. Owner is very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I highly recommend supporting this business!

I can’t compliment this place enough. We originally went to just get a beta for our 4 year old to look at and ended up going back the next day for a full fish tank set up. The owner is so knowledgeable about all the fish and answered all my questions with ease. We are looking forward to growing our tank with his help at a pace that is healthy for the fish.

This place is what pet enthusiasts are looking for. They have a great assortment of products. Beautiful fish and reptiles. Bunnies ,ferrets ect. But what you can’t find anywhere else around here is the knowledge that comes with Phil he is as excited about your new pet venture as you are and will guide you every step of the way. If your going to canton for first Monday check him out!! Definitely worth the drive if you were considering your nearest lg pet supply chain!

I cannot even begin to say how impressed I was with everything in this store right down to the owner being so very passionate and personable. I’ve been to so many pet stores over the years and I think most of us can agree a lot of these places do not keep up with care for the animals and or lack the knowledge to keep them healthy. This man by far has his heart and soul into this little shop and I can tell he has personally hand picked and put genuine work into carrying or finding the specific items and pets he chooses to carry or provide for the public. I have never seen so many unique fish in one store as I did that day. He even has a variety of bugs I need for my geckos and all of his prices are really good. I mean great! I cannot say enough about how excited I am to have access locally to a shop like this. Hands down one of the best stores I have ever been in. I am definitely going to be a regular here.

Waited in front of the establishment with three other cars in the parking lot as well from 1030 until 1110. Like other reviews have detailed, no one ever showed up and opened the business. Now for the long 40 minute drive home empty-handed.

Great place. They have a variety of pets to choose from. I personally have bought several dwarf frogs tons of guppies and ghost shrimp and a turtle. The owner knows his fish!!! I'm pretty sure you can ask him anything about the fish your buying and he will know. All in all a great place to get the family some pets.

I’ve been keeping aquariums for over 15 years and was excited to support a small business when I learned about this place. In the last 4 weeks of doing business with this gentleman, here were my issues.1. He boasted he could find just about anything. I placed a couple orders two separate times. He was able to get them, but he had excuses as to why they had not come in yet. I was able to go online and order the same fish to my door step.2. I bought almost $200 worth of fish equipment and went back twice to return some of them “un-opened” and he was closed during normal business hours both days. I live almost an hour away. When I was able to finally catch him open, almost a week later, I had lost my receipt. He said it was no problem, but that he could find the purchase on his computer and return it to my debit card. After he printed my receipt, I found out he only gave me store credit. Why lie?3. I traded in 4 fish, he said if they made it 7 days then he would give me store credit. All of them made it and he only paid me for 3 fish.4. This last one was the final straw. I bought a fish from him that died within 24 hours. I tested my water and it was perfect. I forgot my water sample to return the fish so I had to drive another hour and a half round trip for the sample. The owner tells me my water is too acidic. I ask him what my PH was. He said 6.8. Anything between 6.5 and 7.5 is ideal for the tropical setup I have but he says Im on the border. So he wouldn’t refund my fish. The thing with Ph is that many factors such as a long car ride in a plastic container could effect it. But still my PH was just fine at 6.8. This owner isn't used to dealing with experienced aquarist and appears to try to take advantage of the less knowledgeable. Do your research before taking his advice.

First time to shop at the pet store. Really clean. Amazing selection on pets. Especially helpful to answer any of my questions. Will be a customer again. The owner was so well informed of hermit crabs and how to take care of them.Cat and dog parents; come in to shop. A lot of great items for them too.

Had a great experience my first few purchases. My last and most recent not so good. Bought some fish they died an hour after purchase. Guy said bring back the fish and water for testing so we took the water the fish were put in when purchased. Said water was bad and refused my wife replacement, refund, or to purchase new fish… very unprofessional and sorry.

Bought a total of 4 betas, and 2 frogs, one at a time. All died and I finally decided not to try again. It was so disappointing for my child.The last time, I didn't even to bother to return the corpse or water sample for credit.Don't know what the problem was, but the process was stressful and strange.
