Good place to shop. The girls are always helpful as are the loading crew. (They got jokes.) Prices are better than anywhere else. Been buying my feed and feeders for the last 3 years and my livestock are happy and healthy.

I can't begin to say enough good things about NETFC, and specifically Holly at the Canton Branch. From the first time we spoke, she made purchasing a laundry list of materials I needed a breeze. She was quick to answer questions, quote material costs, and helped me coordinate pick-up. I would highly recommend Holly and the entire team in Canton. Great folks!

While the prices are lower than most places, it's gone down hill the last 6 months or so. The last couple trips, bags get ripped either right before or right when they get loaded in my truck. I refuse to waste gas to go back and say anything to anyone. Most of the ladies inside are great! But the loading dock people need to be more cautious with loading.

I pulled up to the Co-op. Observed three young men sitting around the loading dock doing nothing. Was approached by a bearded Grisby wannabe. Asking for a ticket. TOLD me I can’t park there till I have one.. He mouthed something to me as I got back in my vehicle about reading the sign. As I pulled out I observed a 2nd graded homemade sign weathered and wrapped in cellophane, barely legible. The “little boy” threw his hands up and said read the sign rules are rules. With absolutely zero customers any where near the parking lot..

I needed several farm supplies, a stock water trough, $80. Cheaper, a specific week killer $10. Cheaper, plus several other items. (all items like size and quality) I found everything I needed at this store. The staff was very helpful with information and price checking. Lots of people shopping today spending lots of money, if this store is any Indicator I think we are on our way to a state wide financial recovery.

Great people. Always have everything I need for all of my stock. They treat us small timers the same as the big guys. I buy everything I can from them (don't even give Wal-Mart a chance with my small animals lol).

Picked up several bales of really good looking coastal today. Gonna have a happy horse. Variety of animal and livestock feed and other items. Great place for bird seed.

I had gone to the Co-Op in Canton during the week and got Gallegher Polywire for $29.99. I ran out and was going to Sulphur Springs so I stopped in to pick up some. I found it but it was priced at 78.99 the same price as the Turbo wire, knowing this was wrong I went to the front to ask about it. The lady went and confirmed with some man about the pricing. Came back to me and said it’s right it was brought in as the turbo wire. I said but it’s not correct she wanted to argue and I said I guess we are going to have to agree to disagree. Let’s call it a $50 dollar mark up but it should have been made right. I won’t be back to the Sulphur Springs store. Not the first time I have had a negative experience but it was my last time.

Got to get a little help when you are on a farm ! They helped me enormously pick out the best horse feed for my senior and carry the best dog food. Service is Awesome, kudos to the big guy behind the counter.

Great staff and great management, they had everything I needed to rebuild my 2 miles of five wire, Barb wire fencing. They had solid options and are a great help if you have any questions.

When we moved to the area last we found NETFC, and have been purchasing our animal feed and other farm essentials here weekly since then.Today I had a problem that I felt needed addressed by a manager. Tracy took my call, however I was left feeling insulted by her lack of willingness to help. From the beginning of the phone call, she sounded bothered. When it was clear I was getting nowhere and asked her who I should speak with about the ingredients in the feed I bought she didn't give me a name or reference. I thanked her for her time and as she hung up without responding, I heard her loudly say: "Oh, my God!". I swear I could hear her roll her eyes while she said it. If you have a problem, I suggest calling the Sulphur Springs office where at least there is a sense of professionalism.

Sell you things they don't have, frequently, wait forever to find out they don't have it, hell to go back in to office and get refunds, ridiculously inefficient and slow service. Love the tire center though, they've got they're stuff together.
