Unfortunately there is an employee working at this location that has no business working in customer service. I believe her name is Corina, it’s what is stated on my receipt but not sure if she was logged in under someone else. She was behind the counter not wearing a name tag, nor a CVS shirt.The employee had an attitude from our first interaction. I get it, we all have bad days. But you don’t take that out on your buying customers who were simply picking up a photo order.She stated they could not find my photo order, although I had a confirmation email. The employee proceeded to print another order while I waited, during that time I saw the first order of my photos was actually sitting on the second printer. I told the employee, she said she didn’t see them there because things were “all over the place” in the photo dept.As she was packing up my cards, she told me that they only had 20 envelopes left, although my order was 40 cards. She had no alternate solution for me.. no information on when they would receive more, or if another store had them in stock. No solutions, no apologies. Just an attitude and complete disrespect of the customer.This employee does not represent this store or CVS company well. Corporate has been contacted. I hope action is taken on this situation so no other customers have to go through the same negative interaction with this employee.

Very unprofessional pharmacist And his crew and when I ask him a question his answer is I do t understand even when I repeated my self 3 times because one of his assistant said oh she is finally here to pick up her meds. And when I asked what did I just hear his answer was I don’t understand, so if you don’t understand English but you understand your crew then we have an issue. This was my first and last time doing business with CVS.

Worst customer service ever and to make it even better it was the MANAGER, never have I heard of “I can’t blow up your balloons because I have to save the helium for the holidays”…..pretty sure it was laziness

Store is nice and clean with a great atmosphere when you walk in. They have products that no other store in town has in stock. Best part is the coupons and extra bucks! 👍😊
