Bentley has been in our family for 9 years and he has never been at a Boarding Place. He has always stayed with family when we travel without him. I didn't want him to be locked up in a cage all day and night. We are going on a family cruise for the middle of the month. So I needed a place for Bentley to stay. I googled and came upon Casa McKibben. I decided to check it out before leaving Bentley. I took Bentley with me. Bentley seems to like the place, Mark and his staff. I had weekend trip to Dallas planned. So I decided to bring Bentley back in a few days to stay for the weekend. When arriving back to Casa McKibben, Bentley jumped out of the car as if he was staying with family. And that's exactly how Mark and his staff treated him, like family. I received pictures of Bentley over the weekend of him being pampered. Bentley will be going back in a couple of weeks and in December. This is Bentley new home away from home. Casa McKibben location is a little hard to find it is on a gravel road. But it's so worth the travel. If you want you Fur Baby to be able to walk around, feel love and not be Gated all day and night. Than this is the place for your Fur Baby.

My experience with Mark has been fantastic. I go out of town often for work, so both of my labs have spent time at Casa Mckibben. They are always so happy when they are there. Mark and his staff take good care of my babies! I love knowing that they are safe and I don’t have to worry about them. The best part is that they come home with better manners! My 3 year old lab stayed with Mark for several weeks for training. This has done wonders to calm down my household. Clyde is more responsive and more focused after his training!

I had a great experience at Casa McKibben. I leave my dog and know he is in great hands and well taken care of every time. Mark is great and very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care and training dogs. My dog gets excited when he gets to spend time at Mark’s place and place with all the resident dogs especially Phoebe. We consider this place a second home for our dog and will continue to utilize Mark’s pet boarding services for the foreseeable future. Great dog care and I highly recommend.

My experience with mark was just amazing. We gave mark our super hyper and not so well behaved bulldog for 3 weeks and our dog came back so calm and really knowing his manners. We can not thank mark enough for the care and time he showed our dog as well as how much he worked with us. You can definitely tell that mark cares for your dogs just like they are his own. We will definitely be returning!

I had such a great experience with Mark. I recently rescued a dog and I needed help with basic training and socialization. He taught me how to handle my dog and she really has come back a completely different dog. Her entire demeanor has changed, she understands I'm the owner and finally listens to me when I give her a command.She went to training camp with her cousin, it was great that they got a chance to bond and now they are best friends.

I am really happy with the experience we had with mark! It was so nice to be able to feel like the pups were in the best of care. Mark lives for this, it’s evident when you meet him! The resident dogs are awesome too… Thor is such a cool dog! Such a blessing to know that we have somewhere safe and fun for our dogs to stay when we need it. Mark took such good care of cooper! We left our 7 month old border collie for the first time. We were nervous of course leaving him for the first time. Mark was so responsive in letting us know how well he was doing. He hasn’t been around many dogs and found a buddy with Balto. We picked him up just exhausted from playing all morning with his new friend! We recommend Casa McKibben hands down and will be back!

Mark trained Lucy a few years ago and was absolutely wonderful! He’s very knowledgeable and his passion for dogs is evident. A few weeks ago I had a sitter cancel last minute and when I messaged Mark three days before I left, he quickly responded and said he could take care of Lucy. I drove from Austin and it was absolutely worth it. Will definitely take her back the next time I take a long trip :)

I recently found Mark on google and visited his place. After meeting and visiting, I knew this was a good fit for my 2 fur babies. Just before dropping them off for a week trip out of state, one of my dogs had some sort of allergic reaction and required medication. Mark was so accommodating and understanding of my worry about my baby getting the meds. He had no issues with giving the meds and responded timely whenever I texted to check in on them. Mark’s place is ever growing and improving and his commitment to animals is obvious. We will be using his services again in the very near future!

Mark and all the staff at casa Mckibben are so wonderful! They are very professional and full of knowledge when it comes to pups. you can see they truly care for animals and love what they do. Every time we bring our dog chip to casa Mckibben, it is always a positive experience and we have a hard time getting him to come back home with us. The set up for the dogs is nice. they have plenty of space to play and learn. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a doggy daycare, lessons, or even boarding. I promise you won’t regret it! So glad we found this place❤️

I took our German Shepard to Casa McKibben at the recommendation of our vet. He is a young puppy and very active. Jethro stayed for 2 weeks. What a difference! Jethro was clearly happy and well behaved when picked him up. Mark spent time with us when we picked him up, showing is how to work with him on what he already knows and how to keep his training moving forward. Thank you Mark!

We have a very high energy 8 1/2 month old puppy. My husband calls her a Knothead. My sister calls her The Terror. You can just imagine. Mark took her for 3 weeks, as we decided that this girl could use all the help she could get, and she returned to our house a different dog. Even the look in her eyes was different, more calm, respectful, wise...He is absolutely committed to helping all dogs and will go the extra mile to do his best, no matter how "crazy" the dog is. We made a new friend and now have a great dog trainer to go to. Mark should have his own show, watch out, Cesar!

I LOVE Casa McKibben. If you are looking for rows of gleaming, pristine kennels, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a place where your dog will have fun and be loved on, THIS IS THE PLACE! I was nervous about leaving our german shepherd who has seperation anxiety. I loved that Mark doesn't cage the dogs unless he has to. They hang out with him in the office, sleep on beds in the room with him, and get to have fun playing on his property. My pup was so calm when I picked her up, I knew she hadn't been stressed at all. She had so much fun being a part of Mark's pack that I think she was actually sad to leave. We will be taking her back anytime we need to board her. It's worth the drive from College Station!

Casa McKibbon took great care of my dogs, one of whom suffers from epilepsy. They made sure she got her pill on schedule and helped her to work through her anxiety around cats. They were willing to accommodate us in allowing our dogs to use their own blankets and beds. Both dogs appeared very comfortable when we returned from our vacation.

We have used Casa McKibben for the past 3 years. Marlow (silver lab) is always excited when we get there, and comes back clean and worn out. Definitely a 5 star boarding facility, your pet is not put in a box, with limited exercise. Would recommend Casa McKibben to anyone that wants their pet to be treated with care!

We took our "Oakley" to Mark for the 14 day training regimen.When we dropped Oakley off, Mark spent an hour+ learning about us and Oakley. When we returned, again, Mark spent a good amount of time teaching us how to interact with Oakley. We took home a changed dog. Lol.We've continued using some of Mark's tips and have had a much more enjoyable relationship with our pooch.Thanks Mark!

Mark was amazing with my dogs! I have two year old American bully that hated the kennel but is now kennel trained thanks to Mark! He is always willing to answer a call and answer questions or address concerns. We will definitely be taking our dogs back to Casa McKibben!

We have taken our girls to other trainers and considered their results soso. Not being happy with the results we continued searching and found Casa McKibben. Not only did the girls exceed our hopes under Marks training they seem more whole and confident in their roles in our home and as the amazing GSD they were bred to be. Mark not only trains the dogs to be part of a family he helps them excel in their breed. Our German shepherds are a handful in any scenario but they are now well balanced and are much more manageable. They are both very strong physically and mentally and have been such a challege for us until Mark broke it down for both them and us. He also spent time with us helping us understand our weaknesses and how to overcome those weaknesses. We are very pleased with the results and are happy to have a second home for our furbies for those times we can't take them with us. We are confident they are in good hands and are having a blast with their friends.

Found Mark after a quick google search and very glad we did. We have a 6 month old Boxer who has tons of energy. Our little miniature schnauzer is 5 months old and we took her to Mark. What a kind patient and animal friendly advocate. Mark trained Maggie in a loving manner. Maggie is now housebroken, crate trained, interacts with dogs and cats, and follows commands to sit, stay, down and come. Now if my husband and I can stay trained is the real question. 😂

I first met Mark through an unexpected tragedy when we lost one of our kittens to the highly dangerous rode we live on. We have known him for over a year and he always goes ABOVE and beyond to help not only our family and furbabies but our entire community. Our high-maintenance elderly basset hound had a great experience. They were really good about giving him his medicine and love. They went way above and beyond and built him a custom ramp to get up and down stairs. And they sent videos of him every day. They clearly love dogs. 10/10 will use again.

There is no way to express how amazing Mark is with dogs! He has a sixth sense when it comes to communicating with and training dogs.... but also how he trains us HUMANS! HAHA.We have brought our 9 month old rottie (Chip) to Casa McKibben three times for training and boarding and each time our big boy comes back better and better behavior!! And its not only the training and boarding.... its the FUN your dog will have! As soon as Chip sees his puppy pals his little nubbin of a tail starts to dance and he knows that he is in for the time of his life. Nothing but crazy dog fun and walks in the woods.Extras that Mark provides.... YouTube videos so you can see your furry best friend and also what Mark refers to as, "phone calls for life"!Not only have we trusted Mark with our Chip, but we told him that we were looking for a friend for Chip at home. Mark took it upon himself to personally find and train the PERFECT match for our family.And. he. DID!!!!This photo shows Mercy and Chip laying on the ground past out after playing with each other outside. Mark found the most submissive female to help even out Chip's goofy bull in a china shop demeanor.It is settled, there is only one person that we will ever trust with our dogs.... and that is Mark at Casa McKibben! Very happy that I happened across this place! I actually got to know Mark after calling about a dog he was fostering. Made an appointment to come her and introduce our current fur baby Coco to make sure they will get along.We got there, introduced the girls slowly (and in a neutral place-as Mark suggested). We discussed that it would be a good idea to for the girls to get to know each other better before going back to what has been Coco’s territory. After trying to come up with a good time to come back (we live 1 1/2 hrs away) he offered to let us go ahead and leave her, with no notice, so we did.During the 10 day training and time to allow the girls to get to know each of their better, I never felt uneasy about leaving Coco. He always responded quickly to any messages I sent, and then he either posted videos on Facebook or sent videos directly to me so I could see how the girls were doing.Went back to get the girls , they were having such a great time!!! He does so much to try to help animals including fostering “red listed” dogs from shelters from all over! In fact our new fur baby Kenzi was one if those “red listed” dogs that were going to be put down.Had something come up suddenly and needed to find arrangements for my girls. I called Mark a couple of days before we needed to leave town, the response I got was, “ Christy, of course I’ve got room for your girl’s!”Very happy with this place! WELL WORTH THE 1 1/2 hr drive to get there and back!!

Went to a Meet and Greet to see if place was up to our standards for pet boarding. Met Mark and a lot of his "guests". We even met Debbie, the lovely "rock lady"; she was washing rocks. We came away quite confident that out dog would be well cared for while we were out of town.

I just picked up my German Shepherd floki. We sent him for training bc we was having trouble with potty training and off leash. Now floki is doing great with potty training. Also he is almost off leash trained. Mark did all this in just two weeks. Me and my husband was really happy with the results. I highly recommend sending your dog to him to be trained. He does an amazing job. Thank you for helping us with floki.

I brought him a wild animal and two weeks later he gave me a much calmer well behaved puppy. I’ve waited a few days to leave my review to make sure he really was trained and not just tired from all the playing he was doing there. It’s been five days and he’s still much better behaved. My biggest thing was that I love to take my dog with my everywhere but I couldn’t get him to calm down enough to be in public. I’ve taken him to the pet store, my office and to lunch with me and he was calm and easy to control every time. not only that but Waylon seemed happy and healthy after two weeks there. I hope I don’t have to bring him back for training again but I will most definitely be sending him back next time I need to board my dog!

Mark is amazing he trained our 5 month old Rottweiler we were having issues with some aggression and after Mark worked with him he came home a new puppy i have had no issues he is loving toward the kids and does well with other dogs
