I couldn’t be happier with my puppy! Jackie was so great from beginning to end. She is a good breeder and not one of the bad ones. The grounds are very nice and you can tell she loves all the dogs so much. She is adamant that you can call her anywhere down the road for help which is really nice. I will definitely be using her in the future!Update; today is her 4 month birthday and she is as cute as ever! She gets so much attention and is very outgoing and smart. She trains really easily. Still working on potty training though!

Jackie was absolutely amazing! She tells you the entire history of the puppies, gives you shot records, food, treats, a blanket and so much information. Her site is clean and well organized. You can see everything, nothing to hide. You can tell she loves all the puppies and wants to make sure the people buying them will take care of them. :)

We lost our 14 year old dachshund in late February due to an inoperable tumor near her pancreas. The house was too empty without her. We found Dachshunds of Texas through Google. The process was top notch from the moment we reached out to Jackie to the day we got to pick up our new pup. She is everything we hoped for. Jackie runs a professional operation. Everything was organized, the property is very clean and our new dog is playful and in good health. We love our new dachshund and highly recommend Jackie. Over the past four years my family has purchased five dachshunds from Jackie at Dachshunds of Texas. I am a lifelong dachshund lover and now my kids and grandkids are too. In 2019 we found Dachshunds of Texas and began working with Jackie to find the perfect puppy. We picked up Bailey in November of 2019 and she is perfect for us! Jackie knew just what we needed! Then I told my sister and she bought a puppy from Jackie. My daughter bought two. They are all wonderful pets. Just this week we added one more adorable dachshund to our family. We are already in love with this cute, energetic, healthy dog. Jackie takes such good care of her dogs and as a result has quality puppies that will complete any family. Mrs. Odstrcil was incredible to work with. She was straight to the point and answered my questions thoroughlyWhen I hade made the initial phone call requesting information. I didn’t receive the run around treatment that I had gotten from other breeders in my search for a Dachshund. I drove 6 hours round trip to pick up our new pup and it was worth every moment of it. I had a limited window of opportunity to make it and she worked with me every step of the way even opening her schedule to allow me to come on a day that works best for me. Once I arrived I was greeted by a warm smile. I looked around and took a moment to appreciate the cleanliness of her kennels and how well the pups were taken care of all the way down to the A/C and heated accommodations for the unforgiving weather we see here in Texas. I was gifted a puppy basket full of all the necessary essentials to start our journey with our new pup, including sound advice for caring and vaccinations. As well as an extended offer to help with anything I may need in the future regarding health concerns, grooming, and care. Over all I will definitely be keeping an eye out for her future litters and will be recommending dachshunds of texas to anyone I find looking to start a new chapter in their life with a fur child of their own

We bought our puppy today and Mrs. Jackie made the entire buying process so amazing! She was so very very helpful and answered all of our questions and even let us know that she would still be available to answer any questions even after the buying process. Mrs. Jackie was wonderful to work with when it came to picking the newest member of our family. She quickly got back to us, was willing to meet us when we were available, and her facilities are beautiful and clean. Our pup was ready to go with shot records and supplies. We are loving our baby girl. She is beautiful and want to thank Jackie for taking the time she did to answer all my questions and helping me out even to call her in the middle of the night if ever I felt worried about my puppy once at home. She has clean and organized place and is pretty great that she has so much variety of puppies to choose from. Our experience was exactly as she said it would be and recommended getting a doxie from her 100%. P.S. Doxin’s are so loving . They always want to be cuddling next to you. If you want a dachshund, Jackie is the absolute best breeder to contact!! We adopted our first mini doxie, Yogi, from her in August 2021, and our second, Bruno, a couple of weeks ago! I took my kids on a 4 hour road trip and told them it was a surprise (with means to meet our new pup…which ended up being 2 pups.) Our children fell in love with these cute, healthy, playful and lovable joys that we couldn’t walk away with just one.Jackie is such an inspiration, she and her husband are such hard workers. I rate this place a 5 for every reason possible, it is very safe for the puppies and when you pick them up you get a care bucket, it comes with a blanket toy. If you have any questions at all about your new pup Jackie is more than happy to answer. This is one of the cheapest places to get a pure bred Dachshund puppy and they are soooo cute. I would highly recommend buying from Dachshunds of Texas if it’s your first time dog and if you have had dogs before.
