The nice lady Shaun that work in MC Donald’s is so nice! I ordered a Mc griddle but my nose was smelling that famous steak bagel. I exchanged and got what I wanted. Thanks Shaun for being so professional and polite!

Cleaning staff is too lazy. Instead of cleaning showers they love to talk with each other. I wait 30 minutes even nobody was infront of me. Staff needs to learn some ethics. They are just wasting drivers time.

it has all the services but the water on the shower never got warm or hot, it was cold, and is not really a cold day,(so if is cold what's gonna happen?)not sure why but that is a big failed, had to get a cowboy shower, fast and barely there, wasn't looking forward to have a cold shower in the morning

The worst pilot I have ever been to the bathrooms are nasty the showers are nasty and there's only 23 regular parking the rest are reserved can't believe this must be a privately owned because there's a new pilot on 20 no reserve parking don't understand why they got to be so greedy we pay for your high gas we pay for your stuff in your store that has been upcharge five dollars at least let us Park and be able to get some sleep for free I don't understand we pay fuel taxes and road taxes but we still got to pay to park at a truckstop..ijs

Stopped by for gas and a pit stop. The restrooms are rough or just plain bad. The store is ok and the staff is ok. The store seems to be going down hill quickly. To much traffic but this is changing since other stations are in the area now. They have a McDonald's attached.

This is easily one of the cleanest pilot out there I don't usually do a reviews but the stuff was good Miranda was fantastic she was cleaning everything everything was perfect so I recommend come take a visit

At first I gave it a B+ because I had only used the shower. But when I came out to the food and drink area I was disappointed. Very neglected. So was the soda and coffee area. They need me here. Kelly, a nehind the counter Associate, gives great customer service even though he was workng a back to back shift, he was still pleasant and full of positive energy. Beware of these con artists selling bunk electronics. Managed to get a picture of one of the guys. They drove off in a black suv.They used to work the Americold in Dallas off Catron. There may still be a Google Maps review warning about them for that location.They've been at their hustle for years with the guy pictured wearing the same Best Buy shirt in an attempt to give them credibility. Talk about desperate.They hustle truck drivers into buying bogus electronics.If you are the kind to buy stuff on the street from random strangers I guess you kind of deserve it, but this may help an unsuspecting honest person avoid getting ripped off.

Biggest problem I have is the congestion around fuel pumps. There is just no room to maneuver, entrance gets blocked and trucks are waiting to turn in and and block traffic on service road.Staff very pleasant and restroom was clean.

I stop here on my way home to get drinks and fuel for my car sometimes. The ladies here are usually pretty nice. Even though I drive semi tractor and trailer and live really close, I never park here. I pay and park in Dallas instead the truck parking just a little to shady for me. But this freaking food looks crazy. Biggest Wiener I've ever seen 😳 😂

What a mess. Looks good from the outside then I got my shower walk in and dirty towels everywhere obviously wasn't reset. Soda machine and coffee overflowing. Definitely on the lower end of expectations.

The staff is nice and the store is good but the pumps are problematic. You’re only lucky if the pump ever actually prints a receipt and the locks on the pumps are always jumping off, forcing me to manually hold it on there when I could be otherwise doing other things. Im not saying this based on one visit, I come here a lot due to proximity and so this is a constant issue that happens all the time.

I JUST GAVE AN EXCELLENT REVIEW ON ANOTHER PILOT,HOWEVER THIS ONE HERE IS GARBAGE TYPICAL TINY PILOT,UNORGANIZED,HARDLY NO PRESSURE IN SHOWERS LONG WAIT,OH AND ONLY 1 WASHER AND IT'S OUT OF ORDER OF COURSE,,MORE THAN HALF THE TRUCK PARKING IS FOR RESERVE (GREEDY) THIS IS RIDICULOUS,,AND NO TEAM WORK,,PLACE JUST SUCKS..WISH I WOULD OF WAITED TO GET $800. WORTH OF FUEL,,OH ALMOST FORGOT HAD TO PAY $22.00 TO PARK THAT IS INSANE DAMN CROOKS,,I WILL DEF TAKE MY BUSYNESS ELSE WHERE..!!!..ADIOS AMIGOS..!!

The young lady working on 11/29/2022 around 8:40pm should not be working at the register with customers in my opinion. The man next to her was amazing with each of the guests he served. He greeted them as they approached and even interacted with them during the transaction. She on the other hand kept trying to talk to him. She loudly announced that the young man ahead of mehad his card decline because of insufficient funds multiple times. Them went out went through she looked at him and finally said "you good you can go. "When my turn came, I was only greeted with rolled eyes. She turned to the other cashier as I was taking. I read the screen aloud to myself. She them tried to explain it was the coo. I said I was just reading it. To which she replied ... very slowly... "it is the price for the cup." I told I know what it was, I was just reading it. Whew again, rolled her eyes and looked at the other cashier. When the transaction was complete she just "your done". I asked for my receipt ans she smacks her lips and said there was no receipt tape in a time that suggested that I should have known that. I simply said okay, thank you. As I was leaving I hear her commenting about how I was irritating. I don't know why she felt that way, but if she didn't want to work, she should have stayed at home.The 2 starts are for the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Just came in here not too long ago. The female cashiers act like they've never seen a black woman before. They were very acting very weird towards me like they didn't really have a lot of home training. Also watched them selectively greet other people. If they aren't going to treat all customers the same and not discriminate against them based on race they don't need to be working there. I will try to avoid coming here in the future.

1. The pump card reader didn't work. Had to go inside to prepay and the guy at the counter messed up and we had to use another card. And deal with a fraud alert call from the first card company2. Four of the truck lanes were closed. When we tried to stop on the way to Ft Worth, the trucks were backed up onto the frontage road. We just kept going. On the way back, long wait due to the closed lanes. After fueling we couldn't move forward because the driver in front of us was dealing with the same ineptitude inside.

Pilot in their infinite wisdom has concluded that trucker don’t run overnights and that hot food is not something that should be offered after 6 pm !!!! After all the executives with PFJ don’t hardly work themselvesI asked a female employee if I could get a couple hot dogs to microwave, so I could have something hot to eat other than McDonald’s. She tried a couple excuses, after my rebuttals, she sighed and begrudgingly said she’d grab a couple. I said don’t inconvenience yourself, so don’t botherI never thought PFJ could get any worse, they are sadly proving me wrong !!!!!
