yes I am reporting a employee by the name of Michelle that works at the Dollar General in Caddo Mills off of Highway 66. I was in the Dollar General at around 6 PM on April 13, 2024. She was very rude. She threw my merchandise on the counter that I purchased and I would like to know how I can get hold of the corporate office for that store location if anyone has any idea.

Twuce the same checker has been beyond disrespectful & rude including the Manager! Not caring one bit about doing what is RIGHT for their customers! Most of the time only self check out works. At least then don't have to deal with rude, hateful, employees!

I don’t know what’s going on. For a month or so, only the self checkout is working. The two other registers are broken. If someone needs assistance at the self check register, employees are often not there to help. The line is usually very long with a long wait. I let this go on for a long time before saying anything. I think this company may have corporate problems.

UPDATE: This store has really went down hill. I’m not sure if the District manager is responsible for this. When I first moved to the area there was a pretty good team working there. Polite and courteous. There was always someone at the register or to assist you. Well that staff is gone and there has been a rotation of workers from other stores I presume. I don’t like shopping here. You never know what you’re going to get when you walk in. If the store will be stocked or cleaned or if someone will be at the register to assist. So I drive to the next local location and it’s worth the drive.

This store has undergone multiple management changes in the last 3-4 years and has progressively gotten worse. Since the “remodel” they are consistently understaffed (or management isn’t efficient with number of staff on the clock) and out of stock. I would rather drive up to the Josephine store to avoid this one m.

The older lady with long blonde hair is incredibly rude constantly and has no customer service skills. They had a sale for 4 for $5 on 2 liters and she stated she couldn't give us that deal bc it "wasn't in the system" then very rudely jerked them back when we decided we would wait until someone else was there who could give us the proper sale that was advertised all over the store.I have edited to add that the store manager is amazing. Such a hard worker and always so kind and helpful. You can tell he truly cares about the store and community. He always goes above and beyond!

The store seemed to be a little dirty and disorganized. After being remodeled you would have figured it would be organized and cleaner. The staff was very helpful. They offer a self checkout option or a cashier option. Wish it had been a little cleaner and more organized and would have been a great experience...

Store was a disaster. Couldn't walk down aisles because there were boxes stacked almost to ceiling.Other customers would come down the aisle the opposite way and one of us would have to back all the way out to let them through.Then you bave the plastic barrier at the register.That gives you like a tiny space to set your items. My toilet paper would hardly fit through there. Very annoying.

I was much more impressed with the manager that recently left. The new manager is very unimpressive. Does not greet customers even if he is standing right in front of them. Instead he just called for a cashier to come help me. The cashiers are also very unfriendly.

Friendly staff and convenient location. It's been clean everytime I've been here. Narrow isles but they are full of basic necessities along with candy, household goods, even frozen food now. You'll fi s everything you need to survive here at the Caddo Mills Dollar General.

not having a grocery store in town, Dollar General, always saves the day. The staff is so helpful ! Best part is they help you put together everything on your shopping list and even make suggestions if something is out of stock. Thanks for your hard work for our small town.

Better stocked than before; however, store is very cramped and sometimes difficult to maneuver through. Have to do the limbo to get around displays, vendors and other customers on occasion. Staff usually friendly and helpful.

I use this Dollar Store almost everyday it is convenient and most of the time it has everything I need it's just we are going through water shortages & the freeze.and I know that's affecting everything... most of the freezer cupboards are bare

It's a dollar store. Most need to be stocked constantly and there is usually stuff in your way but hey you get what you need and you dont have to go to the big star. So I will give them 3 stars for the convenience

This place when it first opened was clean, lately too compacted, not very clean, always hot and they have fans running, bathroom is dirty. But it is easy access for something you need to grab.

I guess maybe I shouldn't have given you all of five stars but lady was absolutely an awesome customer service but as far as stop in the store her truck was being delivered and there was spilt soda in the floor I almost fell and broke my back had to point it out to her that she had spilt drinks in there with all the elderly people in there it would not have been a good site

This is part of the Dollar General chain and is a typical DG store so no bells and whistles and limited selection but affordable items and great for a quick stop.
